Alternatively, the solenoid 300 has an annular structure, and the center of the annular structure is on the same axis as the center of the oil screen portion 100. Thus, the magnetic field area formed by the spiral pipe can be continuously contacted with the fixed area of the oil screen part 100, the continuous heating of the fixed area of the oil screen part 100 is kept, the heating efficiency is improved, oil stains on the oil screen part 100 are better melted, and the cleanness of the oil screen part 100 is kept.
Optionally, the solenoid 300 is configured to convert a high-frequency alternating current into an alternating magnetic field, and the specific principle thereof is well known in the art and will not be described herein.
Optionally, the annular radius of the annular structure is greater than or equal to one fifth of the radius of the oil screen section 100 and less than or equal to one half of the radius of the oil screen section 100. Thus, by setting the radius of the annular structure between one fifth and one half of the radius of the oil screen part 100, the solenoid 300 can generate a magnetic field with a sufficient area to heat the oil screen part 100, and does not occupy too much space, thereby preventing the air flow rate from being affected.
Optionally, the annular radius of the annular structure is equal to one third of the radius of the oil mesh portion 100. Like this, set up the radius of annular structure for the one-third of oil net portion 100 radius, can produce the magnetic field of sufficient area, heat oil net portion 100, and can not occupy too big space, prevent to influence the percent of pass of air current, reduce the windage.
Optionally, the distance between the inner diameter of the annular structure and the center of the oil screen portion 100 is less than or equal to the distance between the outer diameter of the annular structure and the circumference of the oil screen portion 100, so that the solenoid 300 of the annular structure is closer to the center of the oil screen portion 100, the oil screen portion 100 can drive the oil smoke in the circumferential direction of the oil screen portion 100 under the action of centrifugal force when rotating, the oil smoke passing amount at the center of the oil screen portion 100 is less, the solenoid 300 is arranged at the center of the oil screen portion 100, the blocking of the solenoid 300 on the oil smoke can be reduced, and the oil smoke passing rate is prevented from being affected.
Alternatively, the inner diameter of the ring structure is located at a distance from the center of the oil screen portion 100 that is equal to the outer diameter of the ring structure from the circumference of the oil screen portion 100. Like this, can make loop configuration's solenoid just in time be located the radial middle section of oil net portion 100, can heat the middle section of oil net portion 100, and the heat of being convenient for conducts fast to whole oil net portion 100, can make the heating efficiency who improves oil net portion 100, the cleanness of the oil stain on the oil net portion 100 of being more convenient for.
Optionally, the distance between the solenoid 300 and the oil mesh part 100 is in the range of 2-4 cm. Thus, the distance between the solenoid 300 and the oil mesh part 100 is maintained within an appropriate range, and the set gap is maintained between the solenoid 300 and the oil mesh part 100 while the efficient heating of the oil mesh part 100 is maintained, so that the air flow can pass through the gap between the solenoid 300 and the oil mesh part 100, thereby reducing the wind resistance, and the temperature of the solenoid 300 is lowered, thereby preventing the solenoid 300 from being damaged due to overheating.
Optionally, the distance between the solenoid 300 and the oil mesh portion 100 is 3 cm. Thus, the distance between the solenoid 300 and the oil net part 100 is maintained at 3 cm, so that a magnetic field with sufficient strength can be provided, the oil net part 100 can be efficiently heated, the air flow can smoothly pass through the gap between the solenoid 300 and the oil net part 100, the wind resistance can be reduced, and the solenoid 300 can be prevented from being damaged due to overheating.
Optionally, the solenoid 300 is provided with a thermal insulation layer on the side facing the oil pan section 100. Thus, the solenoid 300 can be prevented from being damaged by heat, increasing the service life of the solenoid 300.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the power unit 200 is connected to the center of the oil network unit 100, and is configured to rotate the oil network unit 100. In this way, the power unit 200 drives the oil screen unit 100 to rotate, and the rotation of the oil screen unit 100 causes the oil screen unit 100 to contact more oil smoke, so as to intercept the oil smoke and improve the oil smoke filtering effect.
Alternatively, the solenoid 300 is fixedly connected to the power part 200. Thus, since the power unit 200 is fixed during use, fixing the solenoid 300 to the power unit 200 can improve the stability of the solenoid 300, and facilitate power supply together with the power unit 200, simplifying the installation structure.
Alternatively, the power part 200 is a motor, and a rotating shaft of the motor is connected to the center of the oil screen part 100. Thus, when the power part 200 drives the oil net part 100 to rotate, the oil net part 100 is stressed uniformly.
Optionally, the rotating shaft of the motor is detachably connected to the oil screen portion 100. Thus, the oil screen portion 100 is easily installed and removed, and when the oil screen portion 100 is contaminated or damaged, the oil screen portion 100 is easily removed for maintenance.
Optionally, the detachable connection comprises a screw connection or a snap connection. Therefore, the screw connection and the buckle connection belong to common detachable connection modes, and are convenient to operate and install.
Optionally, the oil screen portion 100 is circular and is provided with a plurality of pores that diverge outwardly along the center of the oil screen portion 100. Like this, the hole outwards disperses along the oil net portion 100 centre of a circle, and when oil net portion 100 was rotatory, accessible cutting striking oil smoke gas stream improved the interception rate of oil smoke.
Optionally, the oil screen portion 100 is divided into a plurality of annular regions from the center to the circumference, and the bending direction of the pores in some of the annular regions is opposite to that in the rest of the annular regions. Thus, the portion where the pore bending direction is the same as the rotation direction of the oil mesh portion 100 can reduce wind-cut noise; the part of the pore bending direction opposite to the rotation direction of the oil screen part 100 impacts the oil smoke gas flow through cutting, so that the oil smoke interception rate can be improved, the bending direction of the pore in a part of annular area of the oil screen part 100 is opposite to the bending direction of the pore 101 in the rest part, namely, the oil smoke can be intercepted efficiently, and the effect of reducing noise can be achieved.
Optionally, in the plurality of annular regions, including: a first annular region 103 and a second annular region 104. The bending direction of the apertures 102 in the first annular region 103 is the same as the rotation direction of the oil screen portion 100; second annular region 104 the direction of curvature of apertures 102 in second annular region 104 is opposite to the direction of rotation of oil screen portion 100; wherein the first annular region 103 is closer to the circumference of the oil pan section 100 than the second annular region 104. In this way, the linear velocity of the circle center area of the oil screen part 100 in the rotation process is smaller than that of the circumference area, so that the oil smoke interception rate of the circle center area is lower, the wind-cut noise of the circumference area is higher, the circumference of the first annular area 103, which is closer to the oil screen part 100 than the second annular area 104, can reduce the wind-cut noise of the circumference area, and the oil smoke interception rate of the circle center area can be improved by the second annular area 104, which is closer to the circle center of the oil screen part 100 than the first annular area 103.
Alternatively, the oil mesh part 100 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of oil mesh parts 100 are concentrically provided. Therefore, the oil smoke is intercepted by the plurality of oil net parts 100, the oil smoke interception rate is improved, and the plurality of oil net parts 100 are concentrically arranged, so that the plurality of oil net parts 100 are conveniently connected with the power part 200, and the plurality of oil net parts 100 are conveniently driven.
Alternatively, multiple oil network portions 100 are driven by the same power portion 200. Thus, the oil net parts 100 are uniformly stressed and synchronously rotate by the driving of the same power part 200, and the oil net part is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
Alternatively, the apertures 101 of the plurality of oil pan sections 100 are curved in opposite directions. Thus, the oil net part 100 having the same bending direction of the apertures 101 as the rotation direction can reduce wind-cut noise, and the oil net part 100 having the opposite bending direction of the apertures 101 as the rotation direction can improve the oil smoke interception rate, so that the oil net part 100 can reduce noise and improve the oil smoke interception rate.
Alternatively, the bending directions of the pores 101 on the two adjacent oil mesh parts 100 are opposite. Thus, when the oil smoke passes through the two adjacent oil mesh parts 100, the oil mesh parts 100 with the same bending direction and rotation direction of the pores 101 can reduce wind-cut noise, and the oil mesh parts 100 with the opposite bending direction and rotation direction of the pores 101 can improve the oil smoke interception rate.
Alternatively, the pore diameters of the pores 101 of the plurality of oil mesh portions 100 are enlarged layer by layer. Therefore, the oil smoke with different particle sizes is intercepted according to the different pore sizes of the oil screen part 100, the oil screen part 100 with the large pore size intercepts the oil smoke with large particles, the oil screen part 100 with the small pore size intercepts the oil smoke with small particles, and therefore the oil smoke with different particle sizes can be intercepted, and the oil smoke interception rate is improved.
Alternatively, the pore diameters of the pores 101 on the oil mesh part 100 on the leeward side one layer are enlarged layer by layer toward the pore diameters of the pores 101 on the oil mesh part 100 on the windward side one layer. Therefore, when oil smoke enters the oil screen part 100, large-particle oil smoke particles are intercepted first, small-particle oil smoke particles are intercepted later, and the oil smoke interception rate is improved.
Alternatively, the plurality of oil mesh portions 100 have different diameters. Thus, in the rotation process of the oil screen portion 100, the linear velocity of the area close to the circle center of the oil screen portion 100 is smaller than the linear velocity of the circumferential area, which results in the oil smoke interception rate of the circle center area of the oil screen portion 100 being lower than that of the circumferential area, but in the rotation process of the oil screen portions 100 with different diameters, the oil screen portion 100 with the small diameter guides the oil smoke in the circle center area of the oil screen portion 100 with the large diameter to the circumferential area, thereby improving the oil smoke interception rate.
Alternatively, of the plurality of oil mesh parts 100, the diameter of the oil mesh part 100 on the windward side is smaller than the diameter of the oil mesh part 100 on the leeward side. Therefore, when the oil screen part 100 positioned on the windward side rotates, the oil smoke in the circle center area of the oil screen part 100 positioned on the leeward side can be guided to the circumferential area, and the oil smoke interception rate is effectively improved.
Optionally, the device for filtering oil smoke further comprises: and a flow guide part 105 provided at the center of the oil screen part 100 and configured to guide the air flow blown toward the center of the oil screen part 100 toward the periphery. In this way, in the rotation process of the oil screen part 100, the linear velocity near the circle center area is smaller than that near the circumference area, so that the oil smoke interception efficiency of the circle center area is lower than that of the circumference area, and the flow guide part 105 arranged at the circle center of the oil screen part 100 is beneficial to guiding the oil smoke of the circle center area to the circumference area and improving the oil smoke interception rate.
Optionally, the flow guide 105 is of a conical configuration. Thus, the conical structure has the effect of guiding flow to the periphery in the rotating process, and is beneficial to guiding the oil smoke in the circle center area of the oil screen part 100 to the circumferential area.
Optionally, the diversion part 105 is detachably connected with the oil screen part 100. In this way, removal and cleaning of the flow guide 105 is facilitated.
Optionally, the flow guide 105 is covered with an oil-repellent coating. Thus, the adhesion of oil stains on the surface of the flow guide part 105 can be reduced, and more oil stains are prevented from being adhered to the flow guide part 105.
Optionally, the oil-repellent coating is a nanosilica coating. Thus, the nano silicon dioxide is sprayed on the flow guide part 105, so that oil stains are prevented from being condensed on the flow guide part 105, and the cleanness of the flow guide part 105 is kept.
