An automatic exhaust valve comprises a valve body and a valve seat arranged at the upper end of the valve body, wherein the lower end of the valve body is a liquid inlet end and is used for being connected with a liquid inlet pipeline; be equipped with the gas vent on the disk seat and inside is equipped with the case, be equipped with a ball float section of thick bamboo in the inner chamber of valve body, its characterized in that still includes:
the valve cover is arranged at the upper end of the valve seat, an elastic diaphragm is clamped between the valve cover and the valve seat, and a sealing cavity is formed between the elastic diaphragm and the valve cover;
a valve seat hole matched with the valve core is formed in the valve seat, and a plurality of axially arranged grooves are formed in the outer circumferential surface of the valve core and used for forming a main exhaust channel with the inner wall of the valve seat hole; a valve core hole which is axially communicated is formed in the valve core, and an auxiliary exhaust hole which is communicated with the valve core hole and the exhaust port is formed in the middle of the valve core; the lower end of the valve core is provided with an annular step for sealing the valve seat hole, and the bottom surface of the annular step is provided with an air inlet communicated with the valve core hole; the bottom of the valve core is connected with the floating ball cylinder through a connecting rod assembly and is used for controlling the valve core to move up and down through buoyancy;
the upper end of the valve core is fixed with the elastic diaphragm, and the pressure change in the sealing cavity causes the elastic diaphragm to elastically deform and drive the valve core to move up and down, so that the annular step closes or opens the main exhaust channel; the auxiliary exhaust hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the valve body and the valve core hole all the time.
2. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 1 wherein said valve seat bore is comprised of, in order from top to bottom, an upper valve seat bore and a lower valve seat bore, and wherein said lower valve seat bore has an inner diameter greater than said upper valve seat bore; the upper end in lower valve seat hole is equipped with the annular groove who is used for installing sealing device, recess on the outer periphery of case with form between the inner wall in last valve seat hole main exhaust passage.
3. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 2 wherein said sealing means is disposed within said annular groove by a snap ring.
4. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 3 wherein said sealing means comprises:
the cushion block is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the valve core and arranged at the top of the annular groove, and the center of the lower end of the cushion block protrudes downwards to form a shaft shoulder;
and the first O-shaped sealing ring is sleeved on the shaft shoulder, and the clamping ring is pressed against the bottom surface of the first O-shaped sealing ring.
5. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 1 wherein the lower end of said valve core is provided with a threaded hole, the center of the lower end of said valve core is provided with a downwardly projecting connecting shaft, the bottom surface of said connecting shaft is provided with a strip-shaped groove for rotating said connecting shaft, and said threaded hole is provided in the shaft hole of said connecting shaft.
6. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 5 is characterized in that a valve needle is arranged at the bottom of the valve core, hard rubber is wrapped on the outer surface of the valve needle, the upper end of the valve needle penetrates through the hard rubber and is conical, and the upper end of the hard rubber is in threaded connection with the threaded hole.
7. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 1 wherein said spool bore includes first, second and third spool bores in sequence from top to bottom, and wherein said second spool bore has an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameters of said first and third spool bores.
8. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 7 wherein said secondary exhaust vent communicates with said first spool bore and said intake vent communicates with said third spool bore.
9. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 6 wherein said connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod, a first connecting block and a second connecting block are respectively disposed on two sides of the bottom of said valve seat, and the lower end of said valve needle is hinged to the middle of said first connecting rod;
one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the first connecting block, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the upper end of the second connecting rod, and the lower end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the middle part of the third connecting rod;
one end of the third connecting rod is hinged to the second connecting block, and the other end of the third connecting rod is hinged to the floating ball.
10. The automatic exhaust valve according to claim 1 wherein a guide ring is fixedly disposed in the inner chamber of said valve seat, and the upper portion of said valve element is inserted into said guide ring and moves up and down along said guide ring.
