The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a dust cup according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is used in a vacuum cleaner. The cleaner typically includes a housing (not shown) and a dirt cup mounted on the housing. The body is made by the prior art, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. The dust cup comprises a cup body 1 with a dust outlet 12, a bottom cover 2 covered on the dust outlet 12 and a locking structure (not numbered), wherein the bottom cover 2 has a closed state for closing the dust outlet 12 and an open state for opening the dust outlet 12, the locking structure comprises a release button 3 arranged on the cup body 1 and a pushing assembly arranged between the cup body 1 and the bottom cover 2, the release button 3 is connected with the bottom cover 2 through a buckling mechanism 5, and the pushing assembly is configured to push one end of the bottom cover 2 to be away from the cup body 1 to enable the bottom cover 2 to be converted from the closed state to the open state when the release button 3 is in the unlocked state.
A dust collecting cavity 24 and a cup wall 25 enclosing the dust collecting cavity 24 are formed in the cup body 1. The cup wall 25 is of cylindrical construction. In other embodiments, the protrusion 28, the nozzle portion 27, and the sidewall may be provided in a separate manner, and the protrusion 28 and the nozzle portion 27 may be fixed to the sidewall by snapping or by connecting members. The sucker part 27 is in a trumpet shape, and the sucker part 27 and the side wall are in arc transition through the arrangement, so that the overall shape is more attractive. The dust suction port 26 is located above the accommodating groove 7. The dust outlet 12 is communicated with the dust collection chamber 24, and the accommodating groove 7 is not communicated with the dust collection chamber 24. The dust outlet 12 is located below the cup wall 25, specifically, the dust outlet 12 is located below the accommodating groove 7. In this embodiment, the cup body 1 is further provided with a mounting opening 20, the mounting opening 20 and the dust outlet 12 are oppositely arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cup wall 25, a mounting groove 29 is formed on the cup wall 25, the mounting groove 29 is located at the side of the mounting opening 20, the mounting opening 20 is used for being abutted against the cleaner body, and the mounting groove 29 is clamped with a mounting block on the cleaner body to fix the dust cup on the cleaner body. The bottom cover 2 and the cup body 1 are in turnover motion and are connected through a shaft and locked and unlocked through a buckle mechanism. Specifically, the bottom cover 2 includes a bottom plate 21, a flange portion 23 formed to extend upward from the bottom plate 21, and a second shaft portion 27 formed on the bottom plate. The second shaft portion 27 is connected to the first shaft portion 14 by a pin, and the first shaft portion 14, the second shaft portion 27, and the pin realize a shaft connection method of the bottom lid 2 and the cup body 1. The catch mechanism 5 includes a first catch 51 and a second catch 52 provided on the lid body 2. A third positioning block 31 is formed on the release button 3, a fourth positioning block 11 is formed on the side wall, and two ends of the spring 10 are respectively clamped on the third positioning block 31 and the fourth positioning block 11. The release button 3 has a pressing portion 32, and the spring 10 is disposed on the back of the pressing portion 32, specifically, the third positioning block 31 is disposed on the back of the pressing portion 32.
The pushing assembly comprises a pushing member 43 mounted on the cup body 1 and a driving member 41 for driving the pushing member 43 to move, in this embodiment, the driving member 43 is provided as a spring. The driver 41 and the pusher 43 are accommodated in the accommodation groove 7. The receiving groove 7 has a second opening 422 and a first opening 421 facing the bottom cover 2. The opening direction of the second opening 422 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the first opening 421. The release button 3 closes the second opening 422. Referring to fig. 3, the pushing member 43 has a supporting end 6, the supporting end 6 supports the bottom lid 2 when the cup body 1 and the bottom lid 2 are locked, and the supporting end 6 passes through the first opening and supports the bottom lid 2. After the release button 3 rotates relative to the cup body 1 under the action of external force, the buckling mechanism 5 is unlocked, and when the buckling mechanism 5 is unlocked, the pushing piece 43 pushes the bottom cover 2 to be opened under the pushing of the driving piece 41. In this embodiment, the bottom cover 2 further protrudes upward to form a pressing portion 61, and when the cup body 1 and the bottom cover 2 are locked, the pressing portion 61 is pressed by the pressing end 6. Indeed, in other embodiments, the pushing element may be disposed on the bottom cover 2, and the holding end may hold the cup.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the pushing member 43 has a protrusion 432, a first stopper 421 and a second stopper 422 are disposed in the accommodating groove 7, and the first stopper 421 and the second stopper 422 are respectively disposed on two sides of the protrusion 432 in the moving direction of the pushing member 43. The protrusion 432 slides between the first stopper 421 and the second stopper 422, the first stopper 421 is located below the protrusion 432, the first stopper 421 is close to the first opening 12, and a gap is formed between the first stopper 421 and the second stopper 422, where the gap is a moving distance of the abutting end 6 pushing the bottom cover 2, that is, a size of an opening of the abutting end 6 pushing the bottom cover 6 to open. In other embodiments, only the first stopper may be provided.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the pushing assembly further includes a bracket 42 disposed in the accommodating groove 7, and the first stopper 421 and the second stopper 422 are formed on the bracket 42. The bracket 42 is clamped and fixed in the accommodating groove 7, specifically: the bracket is fixed in the accommodating groove 7 through the first stopper 421 and the second stopper 422, and a fastening groove 284 for fastening and connecting the first stopper 421 and the second stopper 422 is formed on the second inner wall 282 and the third inner wall 283 of the accommodating groove 7. In order to make the entire structure more compact, the holder 42 is formed with a receiving groove 7 for receiving the pushing member 43. The bracket 42 is located between the pusher 43 and the release button 3. In order to fix the driving member 41, a first positioning block 423 is formed in the accommodating groove 7, a second positioning block 431 is formed on the pushing member 43, and both ends of the driving member 41 are respectively clamped on the first positioning block 423 and the second positioning block 431. In this embodiment, the first positioning block 423 is formed on the frame body 42. In other embodiments, when the holder 42 is not provided, the first positioning block 423 may be directly provided on the first inner wall 281.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, the bottom cover of the dust cup is unlocked as follows: the pressing force acts on the pressing portion 32 of the release button 3, the release button 3 rotates, the lower portion (the first buckle 51 portion) of the release button 3 tilts by utilizing the lever principle, the first buckle 51 moves in the direction away from the second buckle 52, meanwhile, the spring 10 is compressed, the buckle mechanism 5 is unlocked (namely, the first buckle 51 and the second buckle 52 are separated), at this time, the pre-compressed driving member 41 restores to the original state to generate an elastic force, the driving member 41 pushes the pushing member 43 to move downwards (the direction shown by the arrow a in fig. 1), and the protruding block 432 moves in the direction of the first limiting block 421, so that the abutting end 5 presses the abutting portion 61, the bottom cover 2 is pushed to open, and dust is poured out. When the external force is removed, the release button 3 is reset under the action of the spring 10.
The bottom cover locking mode is as follows: after the use, the bottom cover 2 is pushed by an external force to rotate towards the cup body 1, specifically, the external force applying position is close to the pressing portion 61, the bottom cover 2 moves towards the dust outlet 12, the pressing portion 61 contacts with the pressing portion 5 and then pushes the pressing end 5 to move upwards (in the reverse direction of the direction indicated by the arrow a in fig. 1), the driving member 41 is gradually compressed until the locking mechanism 5 is locked (i.e., the first buckle 51 and the second buckle 52 are clamped), and the bottom cover 2 is locked on the cup body 1.
In summary, the dust cup is provided with the release button 3 and the pushing assembly, so that when the release button 3 is unlocked, the driving member 41 in the pushing assembly drives the pushing member 43 to push the bottom cover 2, so as to open the bottom cover 2, therefore, the dust cup can complete the opening of the dust outlet 12 only by applying a pressing force on the release button 3, and the required pressing force is small.
In a preferred embodiment, the receiving groove 7 is formed by extending a part of the outer wall of the cup body 1 outward, so that the inner wall of the cup body near one end of the bottom cover is in a substantially smooth circular ring shape.
