Abstract

本实用新型有关一种线缆,尤指一种用于抗弯折的线缆。
【背景技术】
随着电子科技产品的发展普及,信号线缆作为一种传输信号的工具广泛应用于家电、仪器仪表、自动化设备、数据中心、伺服器、交换机、云计算及5G等领域。然随着设备越来越集成化和小型化的发展,供安装线缆的空间也越来越小,所述在使用的过程中,线缆极易受到安装空间的限制。
所以,有必要提供一种柔软,耐弯折,可满足机箱等内部空间有限的用线要求的线缆。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种抗弯折的线缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可以采用以下技术方案:一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、包覆所述芯线的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的绝缘外层,所述芯线包括内导体及螺旋缠绕所述内导体的绝缘层。
进一步地,一对所述芯线表面相互接触。
进一步地,所述绝缘层为一层。
进一步地,所述绝缘层至少为两层,所述绝缘层中的两相邻绝缘层的缠绕方向不相同。
进一步地,进一步包括位于内导体与绝缘层之间的押出成型在内导体外的内绝缘层。
进一步地,所述绝缘层和所述内绝缘层为EPTFE和PTFE中任意一种。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层包括铝箔带、铜箔带、纯铜带及纯铝带中任意一种。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层以纵向包覆的方式包覆所述芯线。
进一步地,进一步包括设置在所述屏蔽层与所述芯线之间的地线。
进一步地,所述绝缘外层以螺旋缠绕的方式包覆所述屏蔽层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型线缆的芯线将绝缘层螺旋缠绕在内导体外,使得线缆更加柔软,耐弯折,同时本实用新型线材具有大于20GHz信号频率的高速数据传输能力。为线缆高频特性的提高和改善提供了较多的选择。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1所示,为符合本实用新型的第一实施列的线缆100。所述线缆100包括一对芯线10、包覆所述芯线的屏蔽层20、包覆与所述屏蔽层20的绝缘外层50及位于两根芯线10与屏蔽层之间的地线40。
本实施例中所述芯线10相互接触并在纵向方向上平行延伸。每根所述芯线10分别包括内导体1及包覆内导体1的绝缘层2。所述绝缘层2可为一层或多层,所述绝缘层2的数量可根据阻抗的需求增加或减少。每根所述芯线10的绝缘层2螺旋缠绕包覆各自的内导体1,并且当绝缘层2为多层时,相邻两绝缘层2缠绕方向不相同。两根所述芯线10的最外层的绝缘层2相互接触。所述绝缘层2包括E-PTFE(中文全称:双向拉伸聚四氟乙烯)、PTFE(中文全称:聚四氟乙烯)中任意一种。所述屏蔽层20以纵向包覆的方式包覆于两根芯线10外。所述屏蔽层20为铝箔(AL/PET)、铜箔(Cu/PET)、纯铜带及纯铝带中任意一种。所述绝缘外层50可设置为一层或多层,本实用新型中设置为一层,其可以为PET材质的包带。所述绝缘外层50以螺旋缠绕的方式包覆于所述屏蔽层20外。两根所述芯线10与屏蔽层之间形成空气空隙30,所述地线40位于所述空气空隙30中。
请参阅图2所示,为符合本实用新型的第二实施列的线缆100’。所述线缆100’包括一对芯线10’、包覆所述芯线的屏蔽层20’、包覆与所述屏蔽层20’的绝缘外层50’,及位于两根芯线10’与屏蔽层20’之间的空气空隙30’中的地线40’。
与第一实施列相比,本实施例中芯线10’的内导体1’与绝缘层2’之间增设一层押出成型在内导体1’与绝缘层2’外的内绝缘层3’。
本实用新型线缆的芯线内导体外采用缠绕包覆的形式的绝缘层使得本实用新型线缆更加柔软,耐弯折,可满足机箱内等空间有限的情况下的用线要求。同时本实用新型线缆具有高速数据传输能力。为线缆高频特性的提高和改善提供了较多的选择,适应目前高速发展的高速线缆。
然而,可以理解的是,尽管在之前描述中提到了本实用新型许多特征和优点,包括一些结构和功能的细节,但本公开仅仅是说明性的,许多细节是可以改变的,尤其是在所附权利要求表述的术语的广义一般含义所表示的原理范围内的部件形状、尺寸和布置上。

Claims (9)

1.一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、包覆所述芯线的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的绝缘外层,其特征在于:所述芯线包括内导体及螺旋缠绕所述内导体的绝缘层,所述绝缘层至少为两层,所述绝缘层中的两相邻绝缘层的缠绕方向不相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:一对所述芯线表面相互接触。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为一层。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆,其特征在于:进一步包括位于内导体与绝缘层之间的押出成型在内导体外的内绝缘层。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层和所述内绝缘层为EPTFE和PTFE中任意一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层包括铝箔带、铜箔带、纯铜带及纯铝带中任意一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层以纵向包覆的方式包覆所述芯线。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆,其特征在于:进一步包括设置在所述屏蔽层与所述芯线之间的地线。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘外层以螺旋缠绕的方式包覆所述屏蔽层。
