The power supply 6 of the payment device further comprises a device charging port and a voltage converter 63 which are electrically connected with each other, the voltage converter 63 is electrically connected with the monitoring chip 5, and referring to fig. 12, the device charging port supplies power to the whole payment device through the adapter 62; the voltage converter 63 is for converting a voltage. In order to avoid that the adapter will not back-flow to the battery 61 when it is powered, a second diode 65 is provided between the voltage converter 63 and the monitoring chip 5.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 12, the payment device is entirely unplugged from the adapter 62 when the payment device is in the unpowered state. The battery 61 supplies power to the monitoring chip 5 through the first diode 64. Because of the reverse blocking action of the diode, the electricity of the battery 61 does not flow back to other circuits. When the payment device is in a power-on state, the whole machine is plugged into the adapter 62, and the adapter 62 supplies 12V power to the whole machine. The 12V power supply of the adapter 62 is stepped down to 3.3V by the voltage converter 63 circuit on the control mainboard 3, and then supplies power to the monitoring chip 5 through the second diode 65. Meanwhile, due to the action of the diode, the power supply of the adapter 62 cannot be reversely fed to the battery 61, and the battery 61 does not consume power at the moment.
In some embodiments, the payment device further includes an alarm 8 electrically connected to the monitoring chip 5, and the monitoring chip 5 is further configured to control the alarm 8 to send an alarm signal after monitoring that the tamper module 4 sends a detaching signal. Wherein the alarm 8 may comprise an audible alarm and/or a light alarm to emit an audible alarm signal and/or a light alarm signal.
The working principle of the anti-dismantling function of the payment device of the present invention is described in detail below.
After the anti-detaching member 41 is installed at the corresponding position of the first housing 1, the monitoring chip 5 receives the anti-detaching signal PIN as a low level signal. Meanwhile, the monitoring chip 5 is powered by the independent battery 61, and can work normally under the condition that the whole machine is not powered on. When the whole machine is powered on, the power supply is switched to the adapter 63 of the whole machine. The preset program of the monitoring chip 5 can continuously scan the GPIO level change event of the copper leakage area 31, the scanning interval duration can be set according to the actual application scene requirements and the power consumption condition, the high, medium and low scanning interval states can be planned, the default scanning interval state is set to be the low-speed state, the power consumption can be reduced, and the service life of the battery 61 is prolonged.
If the first shell 1 is disassembled, in the process of being disassembled, as long as any one of the anti-disassembling pieces 41 is separated from the copper leakage area 31, the monitoring chip 5 will detect an anti-disassembling signal (at this time, an anti-disassembling PIN signal is a high level signal), the monitoring chip 5 will lock the equipment, and all sensitive information will be deleted.
After triggering the anti-disassembly function, the whole machine is powered on again, the control mainboard 3 can read the disassembly state information of the monitoring chip 5, the prompt information such as 'equipment anti-disassembly triggered' can be popped out on the display screen 9, voice prompt tones, indicator light twinkling and the like are generated, and the whole machine operating system is locked and cannot operate normally.
The control mainboard 3 prevents tearing open the state discernment and can have two kinds of modes:
(1) GPIO port state identification:
when the payment equipment does not normally trigger the anti-dismounting function, the anti-dismounting state GPIO of the monitoring chip 5 outputs an L signal to the control mainboard 3;
when the payment equipment triggers the anti-dismounting function, the anti-dismounting state GPIO of the monitoring chip 5 outputs an H signal to the control mainboard 3;
when the payment device is connected with the adapter 63, the control mainboard 3 is powered on, the level of the anti-disassembly state GPIO of the monitoring chip 5 is scanned firstly, if the level is 'L', the operation system is normally entered, and if the level is 'H', the corresponding protection process is executed.
(2) Serial port communication:
after the payment device is connected with the adapter 63, the control mainboard 3 is powered on, the state of the monitoring chip 5 is read through serial port communication, if the normal state is received, the operation system is normally entered, and if the trigger state is received, the corresponding protection process is executed.
To sum up, the utility model provides a payment equipment forms installation space at its first casing 1 and 2 fixed connection of second casing, install control mainboard 3 in the installation space, prevent tearing open module 4 and monitoring chip 5, monitoring chip 5 respectively with control mainboard 3, prevent tearing open module 4 electricity and be connected, when first casing 1 separates with second casing 2, prevent tearing open module 4 and send the dismantlement signal, monitoring chip 5 monitors to lock control mainboard 3 behind the dismantlement signal, in order to prevent that control mainboard 3's data information from being stolen, effective protection payment equipment's consumer information, improve payment equipment's security and reliability. Prevent tearing open module 4 including preventing tearing open piece 41, prevent tearing open the one end and the first casing 1 fixed connection of piece 41, prevent tearing open the other end of piece 41 and the hourglass copper district 31 butt on the control mainboard 3, prevent tearing open piece 41 simple structure, easy installation is favorable to reducing payment equipment's cost.
