At this point, the body component 10 of the conveyor may be moved away from the docking station.
Therefore, the limiting component 21 of the connecting positioning device is used for limiting the vehicle body component 10 of the conveying device, so that the vehicle body component 10 of the conveying device is in butt joint with the connecting positioning device, namely the connecting of the conveying device and production line equipment is realized, the connecting process is simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved. In addition, the connection positioning device is used for positioning the vehicle body assembly 10 of the conveying device, so that the connection accuracy of the conveying device and production line equipment is improved. It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the rotating block 211 is located at the initial position, and the limit position is located at the left side of the initial position.
In one embodiment, the movable base 210 is movably coupled to the mounting frame 20 along a first direction by the second slide 2101 and the second slider 2102. That is, the second sliding rail 2101 is connected to the mounting block 20, and the second slider 2102 is connected to the movable base 210 and slidably connected to the second sliding rail 2101, so that the movable base 210 moves relative to the mounting block 20 by sliding the second slider 2102 along the second sliding rail 2101. It will be appreciated that the second slide rails 2101 extend lengthwise in a first direction.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the limiting assembly 21 further includes a translational driving member 214, and the translational driving member 214 is disposed on the mounting frame 20 and is in transmission connection with the movable base 210 to drive the movable base 210 to move along the first direction. Alternatively, translation drive 214 may be a pneumatic cylinder.
In some embodiments, the limiting component 21 further includes a limiting block 212 disposed on the movable base 210. The limit block 212 is located on the side of the limit position departing from the initial position, and forms a limit space for limiting the vehicle body assembly 10 of the conveying device with the rotating block 211 moving to the limit position. In this way, when the rotating block 211 moves from the initial position to the limiting position, the stopping portion 216 rotates to the limiting state, so that the part of the vehicle body assembly 10 of the conveying device is limited in the limiting space between the rotating block 211 and the limiting block 212. When the body component 10 of the conveying device needs to be separated from the docking positioning device, in the process that the moving seat 210 moves from the limiting position to the initial position, the limiting block 212 moves towards the body component 10 of the conveying device along with the moving seat 210 to push the body component 10 away from the docking positioning device. Meanwhile, the rotating block 211 rotates from a limiting state to a non-limiting state which does not block the movement of the vehicle body assembly 10 away from the connecting positioning device, so that the rotating block 211 does not limit the movement of the vehicle body assembly 10 when the limiting block 212 pushes the vehicle body assembly 10 away from the connecting positioning device, and the vehicle body assembly 10 of the conveying device is smoothly separated from the connecting positioning device.
In the process of pulling the vehicle body assembly 10 by rotating the rotating block 211, the vehicle body assembly 10 is lifted to some extent in the vertical direction (i.e. the moving track of the vehicle body assembly 10 is an upwardly convex arc) and is easily and directly dropped on the top of the limiting block 212, which affects the positioning of the vehicle body assembly 10 in the vertical direction, and the part of the vehicle body assembly 10 cannot be limited between the rotating block 211 and the limiting block 212. Therefore, in order to prevent the vehicle body assembly 10 from falling on the top of the stopper 212, the gap between the stopper 212 and the rotating block 211 is increased. However, since the gap between the stopper 212 and the turning block 211 is too large, a large moving gap is provided when the portion of the vehicle body assembly 10 is stopped therebetween (i.e., the moving range between the stopper 212 and the turning block 211 is large), and the vehicle body assembly 10 cannot be accurately positioned.
To improve the above problem that the vehicle body assembly 10 cannot be precisely positioned, in one embodiment, the position limiting assembly 21 further includes an elastic stopper 213 disposed on the movable seat 210. The elastic stopper 213 is located on a side of the stopper 212 facing the rotation block 211 and can be retracted toward the movable base 210 by an external force. In this way, when the limiting portion 2110 rotates and hooks the body component 10, a portion of the body component 10 first falls on the top of the elastic block 213, so that the elastic block 213 retracts into the movable seat 210, and the positioning of the body component 10 in the vertical direction is not affected. With the vehicle body assembly 10 being positioned in place, the part of the vehicle body assembly 10 falls back between the elastic stopper 213 and the rotating block 211, and at this time, the elastic stopper 213 rebounds and extends out of the moving seat 210, so that the part of the vehicle body assembly 10 is limited between the elastic stopper 213 and the rotating block 211, the moving space of the limited vehicle body assembly 10 is reduced, and the positioning accuracy of the vehicle body assembly 10 is improved. Alternatively, the elastic stopper 213 and the stopper 212 may contact each other, which is advantageous to increase the strength of the elastic stopper 213, and the stopper 212 may guide the retraction and the resilient extension of the elastic stopper 213.
Referring to fig. 10, in one embodiment, the position-limiting assembly 21 further includes a guide rod 215 and an elastic member 216, wherein the guide rod 215 is connected to the movable base 210. The elastic stopper 213 includes a penetrating end 2131 and a sliding end 2132 opposite to the penetrating end 2131, the penetrating end 2131 can penetrate from a side of the movable base 210 departing from the limiting block 212 to a side of the movable base 210 having the limiting block 212, and the sliding end 2132 is slidably connected to the guide rod 215. The elastic element 216 is disposed on a side of the sliding end 2132 departing from the moving seat 210, and two opposite ends of the elastic element 216 respectively abut against the sliding end 2132 and a nut screwed on the guide rod 215, so as to provide a pre-tightening force for moving the sliding end 2132 toward the moving seat 210. Alternatively, the guide rod 215 may be a guide screw.
In some embodiments, when the rotating block 211 rotates to the position-limiting state under the action of the abutting portion 216, the rotating block 211 at least partially extends into the vehicle body assembly 10 of the conveying device, so as to limit the portion of the vehicle body assembly 10 of the conveying device between the rotating block 211 and the position-limiting block 212.
With continued reference to fig. 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the rotating block 211 has a relatively fixed limiting portion 2110 and a pushing portion 2111, and the pushing portion 2111 and the limiting portion 2110 are disposed around the rotation axis of the rotating block 211.
When the rotating block 211 moves from the initial position to the limiting position, the abutting portion 2111 rotates to the top surface of the abutting portion 216 under the abutting action of the abutting portion 216 toward one side of the conveying device, and drives the limiting portion 2110 to rotate to extend into the body component 10 of the conveying device, so that the body component 10 of the conveying device is limited.
Further, the side surface of the stopping portion 216 facing the vehicle body component 10 of the conveying device is in arc transition with the top surface of the stopping portion 216, so that the rotation of the rotating block 211 is smoother and more reliable.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting and positioning device further includes a third sensing member 28 and a fourth sensing member 27. The third sensing member 28 is used to detect the position of the body component 10 of the conveyor. The fourth sensor 27 is used to detect the position of the AGV 200. In this way, the movement of the docking positioning device (e.g., the movement of the movable seat, the movement of the power bracket, etc.) can be accurately controlled through the position information of the AGV200 and the vehicle body assembly 10 detected by the third sensor 28 and the fourth sensor 27, so that the docking is smoother and more reliable.
