A belt feeder adaptive tensioning system comprising:
the belt 100 is a continuous belt which is connected end to end, and the belt 100 is a belt;
a mobile tensioning platform 21 provided at a first end thereof with at least one mobile tensioning platform roller suitable for winding said belt 100; a second end of which is provided with a tensioning mobile platform pulley 214, said tensioning mobile platform pulley 214 being adapted to be pulled by the wire rope 200;
a gravity generating device adapted to pull the wire rope 200 through a pulley block;
the gravity generating device is in sliding fit with the X section of the steel wire rope 200, the tensioning mobile platform pulley 214 is in sliding fit with the Y section of the steel wire rope 200, and then the tensioning mobile platform roller pulls the Z section of the belt 100 to move, wherein X is more than or equal to 2, Y is more than or equal to 1, and Z is more than or equal to 2.
It should be noted that, as described above, "the gravity generating device is slidably engaged with the X-segment of the steel wire rope 200," where "the X-segment" does not refer to X steel wire ropes, but one steel wire rope is wound by engaging with the pulley block, so that the X-segment of the steel wire rope bears the weight of the gravity generating device. Similarly, the aforementioned "the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 is in sliding fit with the Y-section of the steel wire rope 200", wherein the "Y-section" does not refer to Y steel wire ropes, but one steel wire rope is wound by matching with the tensioning moving platform pulley 214, so that the Y-section of steel wire rope pulls the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 to move, and further drives the tensioning moving platform 21 to move. Similarly, the above-mentioned "make the tensioning moving platform roller pull the Z-segment to move the belt 100" does not refer to Z belts, but one belt is wound by matching with the tensioning moving platform roller, so that the tensioning moving platform 21 makes a follow-up motion under the pulling of the steel wire rope to the tensioning moving platform pulley 214, and further the tensioning moving platform roller on the tensioning moving platform 21 pulls the belt 100 directly connected to the Z-segment to move.
Preferably, the gravity generating device may be the weight box 32, or may be another structure capable of generating gravity or traction force, such as a traction motor, and in the present embodiment, the weight box 32 is taken as an example and described in detail.
The utility model provides a belt feeder self-adaptation tensioning system, weight case 32 through the assembly pulley with X section the wire rope 200 sliding fit, and then pull wire rope 200, wherein, X is greater than or equal to 2; under the action of the pulley block, the weight box 32 drives the steel wire rope 200 to move a.X distance every time the weight box 32 moves a distance a, wherein a is more than or equal to 0 m.
Further, the steel wire rope 200 is wound and matched with a tensioning mobile platform pulley 214, specifically, the tensioning mobile platform pulley 214 is in sliding fit with a Y section of the steel wire rope 200, wherein Y is more than or equal to 1; when the wire rope 200 pulls the tensioning moving platform pulley 214, the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 moves a distance of a.X/Y when the wire rope 200 moves a distance of a.X, wherein a is not less than 0 m.
Further, the tensioning mobile platform pulley 214 and the tensioning mobile platform roller are arranged on the tensioning mobile platform 21 together, so that the tensioning mobile platform pulley 214 drives the tensioning mobile platform roller to move under the pulling of the steel wire rope 200; the belt 100 is wound on the tensioning mobile platform roller, so that the tensioning mobile platform roller pulls the belt 100 to move in a Z section, wherein Z is more than or equal to 2, the tensioning mobile platform roller can form a movable pulley or a movable pulley block, and the belt 100 is driven to move for a distance a.X/Y.Z when the tensioning mobile platform pulley 214 moves for a distance a.X/Y, namely the tensioning mobile platform roller moves for a distance a.X/Y, wherein a is more than or equal to 0 m.
As the best implementation form of the present invention, we will take the specific implementation scheme of the belt conveyor adaptive tensioning system as an example and describe in detail below. When the weight box 32 is slidably engaged with the 4 segments of the steel wire rope 200 through the pulley block, the weight box 32 moves downward by 3 meters, and the steel wire rope 200 is driven to move by 3 × 4 to 12 meters; further, the wire rope 200 drives the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 to move, and when the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 is in sliding fit with 2 segments of the wire rope 200, on the basis of the above, the wire rope 200 moves by a distance of 12 meters, and the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 is pulled to move by a distance of 12 ÷ 2 ÷ 6 meters; further, the tensioning moving platform roller and the tensioning moving platform pulley move synchronously for a distance of 6 meters, and when the tensioning moving platform roller pulls 4 sections of the belt 100 to move, the tensioning moving platform roller moves for a distance of 6 meters, and then the belt 100 is driven to move for a distance of 6 × 4-24 meters. Since the belt is a continuous belt which is connected end to end, when the total length of the belt moves for 24 meters, the actual moving length of the belt is 24/2-12 meters. Thereby pass through the utility model provides a taut system of belt feeder self-adaptation moves down 3 meters distances at weight case 32, the 12 meters distances of belt 100 actual removal reach the tractive effect of 4 times distances, and then can reduce taut frame length half respectively, with weight tower 31 high reduction half, greatly reduced cost.
As an additional implementation form of the present invention, we take an additional implementation scheme of the belt conveyor adaptive tensioning system as an example to describe in detail below. When the weight box 32 is slidably engaged with the 6 sections of the steel wire rope 200 through the pulley block, the weight box 32 moves downward by 3 meters, and the steel wire rope 200 is driven to move by 3 × 6 to 18 meters; further, the wire rope 200 drives the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 to move, and when the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 is in sliding fit with 2 segments of the wire rope 200, on the basis of the above, the wire rope 200 moves by a distance of 18 meters, and the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 is pulled to move by a distance of 18 ÷ 2 ÷ 9 meters; further, the tensioning moving platform roller and the tensioning moving platform pulley synchronously move for a distance of 9 meters, and when the tensioning moving platform roller pulls 6 sections of the belt 100 to move, the tensioning moving platform roller moves for a distance of 9 meters, and then the belt 100 is driven to move for a distance of 6 × 9-54 meters. Since the belt is a continuous belt which is connected end to end, when the total length of the belt moves by 54 meters, the actual moving length of the belt is 54/2-27 meters. Thereby pass through the utility model provides a taut system of belt feeder self-adaptation moves down 3 meters distances at weight case 32, belt 100 actually moves 27 meters distances, reaches the tractive effect of 9 times distance.
The utility model is especially suitable for the belt conveyor with ultra-long distance and large transportation capacity, the belt conveyor has very long tensioning stroke, if the traditional tensioning device is adopted, the heavy hammer tower is too high, the tensioning frame is too long, the length of the tensioning frame and the height of the heavy hammer tower are undoubtedly increased, and the manufacturing cost is increased; more seriously, the construction requirements can not be met even due to space limitations due to the condition difference of construction sites. Consequently, the taut system of belt feeder self-adaptation that this scheme provided can shorten taut frame length, reduces weight tower height to can satisfy the construction demand in narrow and small construction place, practice thrift manufacturing cost, economic benefits is considerable, strong adaptability.
For clarity, when the belt is relatively tight, the position for tensioning the movable platform 21 and the weight box 32 is referred to the first state shown in fig. 1; the position of the belt tensioning the movable platform 21 and the weight box 32 when the belt is slack is referred to the second state shown in FIG. 2. It is obvious that after the belt is loosened, the weight box 32 moves down and drives the tightening moving platform 21 to move to the right, thereby maintaining the tension of the belt 100. Taut headtotail of belt feeder self-adaptation sets up the completion back, adjustment that can self-adaptation the length of belt 100 when belt 100 appears laxing, automatic tensioning makes belt dynamic behavior steady, need not the manual work and adjusts repeatedly, and non-maintainability is high, strong adaptability.
Specifically, the taut system of belt feeder self-adaptation still includes: a combined direction-changing roller seat 13 which comprises at least two combined direction-changing rollers; the combined direction-changing roller seat 13 is adapted to change the direction of the two ends of the belt 100 conveyed by the belt tower 11, and is adapted to cooperate with the tensioning moving platform 21 to increase the number of winding sections of the belt 100 on at least one tensioning moving platform roller of the tensioning moving platform 21. Through the matching of the combined redirection roller seat 13 and the tensioning movable platform 21, the number of winding sections of the belt 100 on the tensioning movable platform 21 is realized, and further, when the belt 100 is stretched to the same length, the moving distance of the tensioning movable platform 21 is reduced, and the tensioning stroke is shortened.
As further shown in fig. 7, the combined redirecting roller base 13 includes: a first combined direction-changing drum 131 and a second combined direction-changing drum 132, wherein the first combined direction-changing drum 131 is suitable for changing the direction of the first end of the belt 100 conveyed by the belt tower 11, and the second combined direction-changing drum 132 is suitable for changing the direction of the second end of the belt 100 conveyed by the belt tower 11. The combined redirection drum base 13 further comprises: a third combined direction-changing roller 133, wherein the third combined direction-changing roller 133 is adapted to cooperate with the tensioning moving platform 21 to wind the belt 100 wound around the tensioning moving platform roller so as to increase the number of winding sections of the belt 100 on the tensioning moving platform 21.
Preferably, the combined direction-changing roller base 13 is disposed on the ground, and is adapted to share the stress of the belt tower, and due to the characteristic that the pulley block does work constantly, W is F · S, where W is work, F is force, and S is distance, when the distance S is shortened, the work W is not changed, and the stress F is inevitably increased, the combined direction-changing roller base 13 can share additional stress, so that the belt tower only bears the tensile force of the belt 100, and the operation risk of the belt tower is reduced.
Specifically, after the two ends of the belt 100 are redirected by the first combination direction-changing drum 131 and the second combination direction-changing drum 132, the first end of the belt 100 is wound around the first tensioning moving platform drum 211, and the second end of the belt 100 is wound around the second tensioning moving platform drum 212 and/or the third tensioning moving platform drum 213, and then they are joined after being wound around the two sides of the third combination direction-changing drum 133.
The belt 100 is wound between the combined direction-changing roller seat 13 and the tensioning moving platform 21 by arranging a plurality of combined direction-changing rollers on the combined direction-changing roller seat 13, and the function of sharing the additional stress of the belt tower is achieved.
Specifically, the belt conveyor adaptive tensioning system further includes a horizontal direction-changing pulley seat 22, as shown in fig. 8, which includes:
a first pulling end 222, said first pulling end 222 being adapted to secure one end of said steel cord 200;
the horizontal direction-changing pulley 221 is suitable for being in sliding connection with the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 through the steel wire rope 200, and horizontally changes the direction of the steel wire rope 200.
Preferably, the horizontal direction-changing pulley seat 22 is disposed on the ground, the first traction end 222 fixes one end of the steel wire rope 200, and after the steel wire rope 200 winds around the tensioning moving platform pulley 214, the horizontal direction-changing pulley 221 performs horizontal direction changing, so that one side of the horizontal direction-changing pulley seat 22 bears 2 times of the tensile force of the steel wire rope, and the other side bears 1 time of the tensile force of the steel wire rope, so that the horizontal direction-changing pulley seat 22 shares the stress of the heavy hammer tower 31, and the operation risk of the heavy hammer tower is reduced.
Further referring to fig. 3, it is a schematic diagram of the arrangement position of the belt conveyor adaptive tensioning system of the present invention; the horizontal redirection pulley block 22 redirects the wire rope 200 horizontally, so that the wire rope can make a smooth transition between the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 and the vertical redirection pulley 231.
Preferably, the radial bisector of the horizontal direction-changing pulley 221 and the tangent of the lowest point of the circumference of the tensioning moving platform pulley 214 are located at the same horizontal position, so that the steel wire rope 200 is ensured to run stably, the stress on the horizontal direction-changing pulley 221 is balanced, and the risk of slipping is avoided.
Specifically, taut system of belt feeder self-adaptation still includes fixed pulley assembly 33, fixed pulley assembly 33 sets up in weight tower 31 top, and it includes:
