Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A cutlery basket assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1-7. The cutlery basket assembly 1 of the embodiment of the present application may be used to hold cutlery, and the cutlery basket assembly 1 is adapted to be placed in a dishwasher to wash the cutlery it holds.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a cutlery basket assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the cutlery basket assembly 1 includes a first cutlery basket 1a and a second cutlery basket 1 b.
Specifically, the first cutlery basket 1a includes a plurality of first frames 10 provided at intervals in the vertical direction. The second cutlery basket 1b includes a second frame 30 and a third frame 40 spaced from top to bottom, the second frame 30 and the third frame 40 are connected by a first connecting rib 50, and at least a part of the first connecting rib 50 extends upward relative to the second frame 30 to form a first limiting portion 51 a.
It is understood that the first frame body 10, the second frame body 30 and the third frame body 40 are all frame-shaped structures, and the frame-shaped structures may include a plurality of frames connected end to end in sequence. The plurality of frames of the frame-shaped structure can be mutually separated and are connected and formed by welding or other methods; alternatively, the frame-like structure may be a unitary piece and be bent multiple times to form multiple rims.
For example, the first connecting rib 50 is connected to a frame of the second frame 30 and a frame of the third frame 40, respectively, so that the second frame 30 and the third frame 40 are fixed at an interval in the vertical direction. The first connecting rib 50 and the frame of the second frame 30 and the frame of the third frame 40 may be fixedly connected by welding.
Further, the first connecting rib 50 may be extended in the up-down direction or may be extended at an angle with respect to the up-down direction. In one example, the upper end of the first connecting rib 50 protrudes upward relative to the second frame body 30, the lower end of the first connecting rib 50 is connected to the third frame body 40, and the portion of the first connecting rib 50 protruding upward relative to the second frame body 30 forms a first stopper 51 a. In another example, the first connecting rib 50 includes a first section and a second section connected to each other, an upper end of the first section and an upper end of the second section are connected to each other and form a first stopper portion 51a protruding upward relative to the second frame body 30, and a lower end of the first section and a lower end of the second section are connected to the third frame body 40, respectively. Wherein, first section can be followed the upper and lower direction and extended the setting, and the second section can incline certain angle relative upper and lower direction and extend the setting.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first cutlery basket 1a is adapted to be placed above the second cutlery basket 1b, and the first stopper 51a abuts against the first frame 10 located at the lowermost position.
Preferably, the first frame 10 and the second frame 30 may have the same shape and size. In this way, when the first cutlery basket 1a is placed above the second cutlery basket 1b, the lower surface of the first frame 10 located at the lowermost position can be completely attached to the upper surface of the second frame 30, thereby improving the stability of the placement of the first cutlery basket 1a on the second cutlery basket 1 b.
In a specific example, the first connecting rib 50 may be located at an inner side of the second and third frame bodies 30 and 40 (i.e., a side of the second and third frame bodies 30 and 40 facing a central region of the second cutlery basket 1 b). When the first cutlery basket 1a is placed above the second cutlery basket 1b, the first frame body 10 of the first cutlery basket 1a located at the lowermost position is supported on the second frame body 30 of the second cutlery basket 1b, the first stopper 51a extends upward to the inner side of the first frame body 10 located at the lowermost position, and the outer surface of the first stopper 51a abuts against the inner surface of the first frame body 10 located at the lowermost position.
Further, the first connecting rib 50 may be provided in plurality, and is provided at an interval along the extending direction of the frame of the second frame 30 or the third frame 40, so as to form a plurality of first stopper portions 51a in the circumferential direction of the second frame 30 or the third frame 40. For example, at least one first connection rib 50 may be disposed at the left side frame of the second frame body 30 and the third frame body 40, and at least one first connection rib 50 may be disposed at the right side frame of the second frame body 30 and the third frame body 40, so as to form at least one first limiting portion 51a at the left side frame and the right side frame adjacent to the first frame body 10, respectively, so as to limit the left side frame and the right side frame of the first frame body 10, respectively. Therefore, the first and second baskets 1a and 1b can be limited in the left-right direction, and the first and second baskets 1a and 1b can be prevented from being displaced in the left-right direction.
Similarly, the frames of the second frame body 30 and the third frame body 40 located at the front side or the rear side may be respectively provided with at least one first connecting rib 50 to limit the first cutlery basket 1a and the second cutlery basket 1b in the front-rear direction, thereby preventing the first cutlery basket 1a and the second cutlery basket 1b from being relatively displaced in the front-rear direction.
In another example of the present application, the first connecting rib 50 may be disposed outside the second frame 30 and the third frame 40 (i.e., on a side of the second frame 30 and the third frame 40 facing away from the central region of the second cutlery basket 1 b) so that an inner surface of the second stopper portion 201a is in contact with an outer surface of the lowermost first frame 10.
It should be noted that, when the cutlery basket assembly 1 of the present application is used, the first cutlery basket 1a and the second cutlery basket 1b may be detached and used separately, in addition to the first cutlery basket 1a being placed above the second cutlery basket 1b for use.
By adopting the above scheme, the cutlery basket assembly 1 of the embodiment of the present application can form the limiting cooperation with the first frame 10 at the lowest part of the first cutlery basket 1a when the first cutlery basket 1a is placed on the second cutlery basket 1b, so as to limit the first cutlery basket 1a and the second cutlery basket 1b in the lateral direction, thereby avoiding the relative displacement between the first cutlery basket 1a and the second cutlery basket 1 b. Moreover, the first and second baskets 1a and 1b are convenient to assemble, and the first and second baskets 1a and 1b can be used alone or combined into a whole. Therefore, the cutlery basket assembly 1 according to the embodiment of the present application has the advantages of simple structure, stable placement, flexible use and the like.
The first cutlery basket 1a is described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first cutlery basket 1a further includes a plurality of first support ribs 20, the plurality of first support ribs 20 are located below the plurality of first frame bodies 10, both ends of the first support ribs 20 are bent upward to form first bent portions 201, respectively, and the first bent portions 201 are connected to the plurality of first frame bodies 10.
Illustratively, the first support rib 20 may be extended in a horizontal direction. Both ends of the first support rib 20 are bent upward to form two first bending portions 201, and the first bending portions 201 are connected to the plurality of first frame bodies 10 by welding.
Specifically, the first support rib 20 may extend in the left-right direction in the drawing. The first bent sections 51 on the left side of the first support ribs 20 are connected to the frames on the left side of the plurality of first frame bodies 10, respectively, and the first bent sections 51 on the right side of the first support ribs 20 are connected to the frames on the right side of the plurality of first frame bodies 10, respectively. The first support rib 20 may be provided in plurality at equal intervals in the front-rear direction in the figure.
The first support rib 20 may extend in the front-rear direction in the drawing. The first bending sections 51 at the front side of the first support ribs 20 are connected to the front-side frames of the plurality of first frames 10, respectively, and the first bending sections 51 at the rear side of the first support ribs 20 are connected to the rear-side frames of the plurality of first frames 10, respectively. The first support rib 20 may be provided in plurality at equal intervals in the front-rear direction in the figure.
Thus, by providing the first support ribs 20, not only the plurality of first frames 10 can be fixed at intervals in the vertical direction, but also the tableware placed in the first tableware basket 1a can be supported.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a portion of the first bent portion 201 located below the plurality of first frame bodies 10 forms a second stopper portion 201a, and an outer surface of the second stopper portion 201a abuts against an inner surface of the second frame body 30.
The first bent portion 201 may be connected to the inner sides of the frames of the plurality of first frames 10 (i.e., the side of the first frame 10 facing the center region of the first cutlery basket 1 a). Therefore, when the first cutlery basket 1a is placed above the second cutlery basket 1b, the second stopper 201a extends downward into the second frame 30, and the outer surface of the second stopper 201a abuts against the inner surface of the rim of the first frame 10.
From this, through setting up spacing portion 201a of second, can form limiting displacement to second framework 30 of second tableware basket 1b in left and right directions or fore-and-aft direction to further improve the spacing effect between first tableware basket 1a and second tableware basket 1b, further improve the stationarity of first tableware basket 1a when placing on second tableware basket 1 b.
Alternatively, the first frame body 10 includes two first transverse frames 11 disposed oppositely and two first longitudinal frames 12 disposed oppositely. The plurality of first support ribs 20 include first transverse support ribs 21 and first longitudinal support ribs 22, the first bent portions 201 of the first transverse support ribs 21 are connected to the first longitudinal frame 12 of the first frame body 10, and the first bent portions 201 of the first longitudinal support ribs 22 are connected to the first transverse frame 11 of the first frame body 10.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the first frame body 10 may be configured as a rectangle, and the first frame body 10 includes two first transverse frames 11 disposed opposite to each other and two first longitudinal frames 12 disposed opposite to each other. The two first transverse frames 11 may extend along the left-right direction respectively, and are disposed oppositely in the front-back direction; the two first longitudinal frames 12 may extend in the front-rear direction and be disposed opposite to each other in the left-right direction.
The first transverse support ribs 21 extend in the left-right direction, and the plurality of first transverse support ribs 21 are arranged at equal intervals in the front-back direction. The first bent portions 201 at both ends of each first transverse supporting rib 21 are welded to both first longitudinal rims 12 of each first frame body 10, respectively. The first longitudinal support ribs 22 extend in the front-rear direction, and the plurality of first longitudinal support ribs 22 are arranged at equal intervals in the left-right direction. The first bent portions 201 at both ends of each first longitudinal support rib 22 are welded to both first transverse rims 11 of each first frame body 10, respectively.
It should be noted that, in the arrangement direction of the plurality of first support ribs 20, the first limiting portions 51a are staggered from the positions of the plurality of first support ribs 20, so that the first support ribs 20 avoid the first limiting portions 51a, thereby ensuring that the first limiting portions 51a can extend into the inner side of the first frame body 10 from between two adjacent first support ribs 20, and further ensuring that the first limiting portions 51a abut against the first frame body 10 to form a limiting fit.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the plurality of first lateral support ribs 21 are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction. In the front-rear direction, the first position-limiting portions 51a on the left and right sides and the positions of the plurality of first transverse support ribs 21 are staggered, so that the first position-limiting portions 51a on the left and right sides can be ensured to extend into the inner side of the first frame body 10 from between two adjacent first transverse support ribs 21. The plurality of first longitudinal support ribs 22 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction.
In the left-right direction, the first limiting portions 51a located at the rear side and the plurality of first longitudinal support ribs 22 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the first limiting portions 51a at the rear side can be ensured to extend into the inner side of the first frame body 10 from the space between two adjacent first longitudinal support ribs 22.
Further, the first transverse support ribs 21 adjacent to the first transverse frame 11 are arranged at intervals, so that the first limiting portion 51a on the rear side can be ensured to extend upwards into the inner side of the first transverse frame from between the first transverse frame 11 and the first transverse support ribs 21 adjacent to the first transverse frame 11, and the first limiting portion 51a on the rear side and the first transverse frame 11 form limiting fit. Similarly, the first longitudinal support ribs 22 adjacent to the first longitudinal frame 12 are arranged at intervals, so that the first support ribs 20 on the left side and the right side are guaranteed to form limit matching with the first longitudinal frame 12 on the left side and the first longitudinal frame 12 on the right side respectively.
Alternatively, the first transverse support rib 21 or the first longitudinal support rib 22 is provided with a plurality of bent bosses 23 bent upward.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, a bent boss 23 is provided on the first lateral support rib 21. Specifically, the first lateral supporting rib 21 may be plural, the plurality of bent convex portions 23 on each first lateral supporting rib 21 are provided at equal intervals in the left-right direction, and the plurality of bent convex portions 23 on the plurality of first lateral supporting ribs 21 are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction. In this way, the plurality of bent bosses 23 may be arranged in plural groups in the left-right direction, and the plurality of bent bosses 23 in each group may be arranged side by side in the front-rear direction.
Further, the first cutlery basket 1a is adapted to receive regularly shaped cutlery, such as dinner plates or dishes. The dishes may be placed in a longitudinal direction (i.e., a front-back direction in the drawings) or in a transverse direction (i.e., a left-right direction in the drawings).
For example, dishes may be placed in the first basket 1a in the longitudinal direction. Specifically, the central axis of the tableware may be arranged perpendicular to the front-rear direction, and the tableware may be supported on two adjacent first transverse support ribs 21 to provide a positioning effect on the tableware in the front-rear direction. Meanwhile, the front and the back of the tableware are respectively clamped between the two adjacent groups of bent bosses 23 so as to position the tableware in the left-right direction.
For another example, dishes may be placed in the first basket 1a in the lateral direction. Specifically, the central axis of the tableware may be arranged perpendicular to the left-right direction, and the tableware may be supported on two adjacent first longitudinal support ribs 22 to provide a positioning effect on the tableware in the left-right direction. Meanwhile, the front surface and the back surface of the tableware are respectively clamped between two adjacent bent convex parts 23 in one group, so that the tableware is positioned in the front-back direction.
From this, the user can place the tableware in first tableware basket 1a in a flexible way according to own hobby or actual demand, and first tableware basket 1a is better to tableware positioning effect, and the tableware is difficult for taking place to rock.
In other examples of the present application, the plurality of bent convex portions 23 may be provided on the first longitudinal support rib 22.
Optionally, the bending protrusion 23 includes two bending straight sections oppositely disposed in the first direction, and both bending straight sections are bent upwards by an angle greater than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees. Therefore, when the tableware is placed along the longitudinal direction, the lower edge of the tableware can be clamped at the corner formed by the bent straight section, so that the probability of toppling of the tableware is reduced, and the placing stability of the tableware is improved.
Illustratively, the cross-sectional shape of the bent boss 23 may be configured in an "inverted U" shape. The end parts of the first bending straight section and the second bending straight section are respectively connected with a horizontal extension section, the horizontal extension sections extend along the horizontal direction, and the two adjacent bending convex parts 23 are connected through the horizontal extension sections which are oppositely arranged. Wherein the included angle between the first bending straight section and the horizontal extension section connected with the first bending straight section is alpha, and the alpha is more than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees; the included angle between the second bending straight section and the horizontal extension section connected with the second bending straight section is beta, and the beta is more than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees.
It should be noted that, if the bending angle of the first bent straight section or the second bent straight section is smaller than 60 degrees, the tilting angle of the dishware is larger than 60 degrees when the dishware is placed, so that the dishware occupies too much space in the tilting direction, and the quantity of the dishware placed in the first dishware basket 1a is reduced. Therefore, the bending angle of the first bent straight section and the second bent straight section is suitable to be set between 60 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less.
Further, a connection section is connected between the upper ends of the two straight bending sections of the bending convex part 23, and the connection section is an arc shape protruding upwards and is in smooth transition with the straight bending sections. Therefore, the connecting section is smooth in structure, the surface of the tableware can be prevented from being scratched by the connecting section when the tableware is contacted with the connecting section, and the hand of a user can be prevented from being scratched by the connecting section when the tableware is placed.
Illustratively, the junction of the first end of the connecting section and the first bent straight section may be in smooth transition; the junction of the second end of the connecting section and the second bent straight section may be smoothly transitioned. Therefore, the bent boss 23 is more attractive in appearance, tableware can be prevented from being scratched or the hands of a user can be prevented from being scratched at the joint between the connecting section and the bent straight section, and the safety of the user in the using process is further improved.
Further, each bent boss 23 is located between two adjacent first longitudinal support ribs 22 in the first direction. Therefore, when the tableware is placed transversely, the two bending protruding parts 23 positioned on two sides of the tableware can be arranged opposite to the tableware, and therefore the limiting effect of the bending protruding parts 23 on the tableware is improved.
The second cutlery basket 1b is described below with reference to fig. 5 to 7.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first connecting rib 50 is bent to form at least one bent section 51, the bent section 51 is located above the second frame body 30 and protrudes upward, wherein the bent section 51 forms a first limiting portion 51 a. Thus, the first connecting rib 50 has a simple structure, and the first stopper 51a is easily formed.
In one example, the first connecting rib 50 is bent multiple times to form a shape of a letter M, and the first connecting rib 50 is bent to form two upper bending sections 51 and one lower bending section 51, wherein the two upper bending sections 51 extend from the upper side of the second frame 30, and the two upper bending sections 51 form two first limiting portions 51a respectively.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the second cutlery basket 1b further includes a fourth frame 60 and a second support rib 70, the fourth frame 60 is located below the third frame 40, a plurality of second support ribs 70 are located below the fourth frame 60, both ends of the second support rib 70 are bent upward to form a second bent portion 701, respectively, and the second bent portion 701 is connected to both the third frame 40 and the fourth frame 60.
For example, the second support rib 70 may be extended in a horizontal direction. Both ends of the second support rib 70 are bent upward to form two second bending portions 701, and the second bending portions 701 are welded to the third frame body 40 and the fourth frame body 60, respectively.
Specifically, the second support rib 70 may extend in the left-right direction in the drawing. The second bent section 51 on the left side of the second support rib 70 is connected to the left-side frames of the third frame body 40 and the fourth frame body 60, respectively, and the second bent section 51 on the right side of the second support rib 70 is connected to the right-side frames of the third frame body 40 and the fourth frame body 60, respectively. The second support rib 70 may be provided in plurality at equal intervals in the front-rear direction in the figure.
The second support rib 70 may extend in the front-rear direction in the drawing. The second bending section 51 at the front side of the second support rib 70 is connected to the front side frames of the third frame body 40 and the fourth frame body 60, respectively, and the second bending section 51 at the rear side of the second support rib 70 is connected to the rear side frames of the third frame body 40 and the fourth frame body 60, respectively. The second support rib 70 may be provided in plurality at equal intervals in the front-rear direction in the figure.
Thus, the provision of the second support ribs 70 not only allows the third frame 40 and the fourth frame 60 to be fixed at intervals in the vertical direction, but also allows the tableware placed in the second tableware basket 1b to be supported.
Alternatively, the third frame body 40 includes a third transverse frame 41 and a third longitudinal frame 42, which are oppositely disposed, and the fourth frame body 60 includes a fourth transverse frame 61 and a fourth longitudinal frame 62, which are oppositely disposed. The plurality of second support ribs 70 include a second transverse support rib 71 and a second longitudinal support rib 72, the second bending portion 701 of the second transverse support rib 71 is connected to the third longitudinal frame 42 of the third frame 40 and the fourth longitudinal frame 62 of the fourth frame 60, respectively, and the second bending portion 701 of the second longitudinal support rib 72 is connected to the third transverse frame 41 of the third frame 40 and the fourth transverse frame 61 of the fourth frame 60, respectively.
