Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a multi-purpose sterilizer 100 is used to clean and sterilize a sterilization target. The sterilization target includes a cup, a bottle, a nipple, and the like, and is not limited thereto. The multi-functional sterilizer 100 includes a housing 10, a cover 20, an injection pipe 40, and an air supply device 50. In the illustrated embodiment, a feeding bottle 91 and a nipple 92 are exemplified.
Referring to fig. 1, the base 10 includes a housing 18, a liner 15, and a heating element 11, wherein the liner 15 and the housing 18 are assembled together. The heating member 11 may be provided in the casing 18 or in the inner container 15. The heating member 11 may be a brazing heat plate or an aluminum capacitor plate fixed to the bottom wall of the inner container 15, but is not limited thereto.
The cover 20 covers the base 10. The cover 20 and the base 10 together enclose a receiving space. The accommodating space comprises a heating cavity 31, a working cavity 32 and a sewage cavity 33 which are arranged in a mutually partitioned mode.
The heating chamber 31 is used for containing water, and the water in the heating chamber 31 is heated by the heating element 11. The injection pipe 40 is arranged in the working cavity 32, the injection pipe 40 is communicated with the heating cavity 31, and the injection pipe 40 is provided with a first injection hole 422. The sterilization target such as the feeding bottle 91 and the nipple 92 is placed in the working chamber 32 and sleeved outside the injection tube 40, and the cleaning and sterilization of the feeding bottle 91 are completed in the working chamber 32.
An air feeder 50 is installed in the housing 10, and the air feeder 50 can feed the gas near the heating element 11 to the working chamber 32. The gas near the heating member 11 referred to herein means a gas which is close to the heating member 11 and which is raised together with the temperature of the heating member 11, and includes a gas above or below the heating member 11. After the multifunctional sterilizer 100 finishes cleaning and sterilizing the sterilization target, the air supply device 50 delivers the hot air near the heating element 11 into the heating cavity 31, and then the hot air flows into the injection pipe 40 and finally is injected on the inner wall of the sterilization target, thereby fully utilizing the heat to dry the sterilization target.
When the multifunctional sterilizer 100 is used for cleaning and/or sterilizing a sterilization target, the heating element 11 heats water in the heating cavity 31, and the generated boiling water or steam enters the injection pipe 40 and then is injected to the inner wall of the sterilization target through the first injection hole 422, so that fat, protein and the like remaining on the inner wall of the sterilization target are dissolved and flow down along the inner wall, and the cleaning and the sterilization of the inner wall of the sterilization target are completed; meanwhile, after the cleaning and disinfection are finished, the hot gas near the heating element 11 is conveyed to the heating cavity 31 through the air supply device 50, then flows into the injection pipe 40, and finally is injected on the inner wall of the disinfection target, so that the disinfection target is dried, the multifunctional sterilizer 100 has the cleaning, disinfection and drying functions at the same time, and is convenient to use; meanwhile, the residual heat after the heating element 31 stops heating can be fully utilized to dry the disinfection target, so that the energy is fully and effectively utilized, and the energy is saved.
The inner container 15 includes a delivery passage 151 communicating with the heating chamber 31, and the delivery passage 151 is provided with a second injection hole 152 opposite to the working chamber 32. When the heating element 11 heats the water in the heating chamber 31 during the cleaning and/or sterilization of the sterilization target, the generated boiling water or steam simultaneously enters the delivery passage 151 and is then sprayed to the outer wall of the sterilization target through the second spraying holes 152, so that the outer wall of the sterilization target can be cleaned and sterilized. Meanwhile, after the cleaning and sterilization are finished, the hot gas near the heating element 11 is delivered to the heating chamber 31 by the air supply device 50, and then flows into the delivery passage 151 and finally is sprayed on the outer wall of the sterilization target, thereby drying the outer wall of the sterilization target. So, can wash disinfection and stoving simultaneously to the target inner wall of disinfecting, outer wall.
The conveying channel 151 comprises a water storage section 1511 at the bottom end, a pressurizing section 1512 above the water storage section 1511, and an injection section 1513 above the pressurizing section 1512, and the second injection holes 152 are disposed in the injection section 1513. Since the second injection holes 152 are disposed at the injection section 1513, the boiling water is prevented from flowing out of the water storage section 1511 and the pressurizing section 1512, thereby preventing waste.
The cross-sectional area of the water storage section 1511 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the injection section 1513. In this way, when the boiling water rises in the transit passage 151, the pressure of the boiling water increases due to the reduction of the cross-sectional area, thus enabling the boiling water to be ejected further. The cross-sectional area of the plenum section 1512 tapers from bottom to top. In this manner, the boiling water achieves a gradual pressurization within the pressurization section 1512.
The transfer passage 151 is provided with an opening 157 communicating with the heating chamber 31. In this manner, boiling water or steam generated within the heating chamber 31 can pass through the opening 157 into the delivery passage. In the illustrated embodiment, the opening 157 is disposed at the bottom of the inner container 15. In use, the opening 157 is immersed in water in the heating chamber 31, so that a closed cavity is formed between the liquid level in the heating chamber 31 and the bottom wall of the waste water chamber 33. In the process of heating the water to boiling, a large amount of steam is generated by the water and enters the cavity, so that the pressure in the cavity is rapidly increased, and the pressure in the cavity promotes the boiled water to enter the conveying channel. In this manner, the boiling water in the heating chamber 31 can enter the delivery passage 151 and be ejected from the second ejection holes 152 with sufficient pressure. The delivery passage 151 includes a plurality of second injection holes 152 arranged in an up-down direction.
In the illustrated embodiment, the inner container 15 includes a main body 155 and a channel wall 156 protruding from the main body 155, the channel wall 156 and the main body 155 together enclose the delivery channel 151, and the second injection holes 152 are disposed in the main body 155. Therefore, the inner side of the inner container 15 is more beautiful, and the inner side of the inner container 15 has a larger accommodating space. The body 155 is integrally formed with the channel wall 156.
In another embodiment, the inner container 15 includes a main body 155 and a channel wall protruding from the inner side of the main body 155, the channel wall and the main body 155 together enclose the delivery channel, and the second injection hole is disposed on the channel wall.
The inner container 15 includes a bottom wall 159, and the heating element 11 is fixed to the bottom wall 159. In the illustrated embodiment, the bottom wall 159 is annular, and the bottom wall 159 surrounds the heating element 11, but is not limited thereto.
The air supply device 50 includes an air supply channel 51, and the air supply channel 51 communicates with the heating cavity 31 through the bottom wall 159. The air supply device 50 supplies the hot gas near the heating element 11 into the heating chamber 31 through the air supply passage 51. The air feeder 50 is disposed below the bottom wall 159 or the heating element 11, and mainly feeds hot air below the heating element 11 into the heating chamber 31.
The air feed channel 51 is provided with a control switch 52, and the control switch 52 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the air feed channel 51. By providing the control switch 52 in this manner, the air supply device 50 can be controlled easily. The control switch 52 includes a solenoid valve, but is not limited thereto.
The air supply device 50 may be turned on when the disinfection target is cleaned and/or disinfected, at this time, the air supply device 50 supplies gas into the heating cavity 31, so as to increase the air pressure in the heating cavity 31, so that boiling water can more easily enter the injection pipe 40 and the conveying channel 151, and after the cleaning and/or disinfection process is finished, the air supply device 50 is used for drying the disinfection target. The multi-functional sterilizer 100 further includes a control board 55 and a temperature controller (not shown), and the temperature controller, the air supplier 50 and the control switch 52 are electrically connected to the control board 55, respectively. The thermostat may be disposed in the heating member 11 and exposed to the heating cavity 31. The temperature controller may be disposed at other positions of the heating chamber 31. The control plate 55 may be fixed to the inner container 15 or may be fixed to the housing 18.
By providing the temperature controller, the controller 55 can control the air supply device 50 and the control switch 52 according to a temperature change sensed by the temperature controller. Specifically, after the washing and/or sterilizing process is finished, the temperature controller senses the temperature change in the heating cavity 31, and the controller 55 controls the air supply device 50 and the control switch 52 to be turned on according to the sensing signal of the temperature controller, so as to dry the sterilization target. So, through setting up the temperature controller for multi-functional sterilizer 100 can get into the stoving flow automatically after washing and/or disinfection flow end, and it is more convenient to use.
The air supply device 50 includes any one of: air pump, fan. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, the air supply device 50 is an air pump.
Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment, the air supply device 50 is a fan. The fan can rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction. The fan is rotated in the forward direction to deliver hot gas in the vicinity of the heating element 11 into the heating chamber 31. When the fan is rotated reversely, the heat of the heating member 11 can be dissipated.

The upper cover 34 is further provided with a cover sealing ring 345, the cover sealing ring 345 is matched with the inner wall of the sewage cavity 33 to form a seal, and the sewage can be prevented from flowing out of the sewage cavity 33 in the process of moving the multifunctional sterilizer 100 or taking the sewage cavity 33 and the injection pipe 40 out.
