Wherein the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 are arranged in a positional relationship: the planing window at the front end of the planing device 1 can be viewed through the endoscope 2. So that the lesion and the gouging window can simultaneously appear in the visual field of the endoscope 2 at the time of the operation, thereby facilitating the accuracy of the operation.
Because the endoscope 2 is connected with the planing device 1 through the connecting component 3, the operation can be carried out only by holding the planing device 1 or the endoscope 2 with one hand during the operation, two hands are not occupied, and the operation is convenient. In addition, during the operation, the relative position of the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 can be kept unchanged, so that a doctor can complete the operation only by adjusting the angle and the position of single equipment, and the adjustment is convenient; the relative position of the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 can be adjusted within a limited range, and a doctor can conveniently select a proper operation visual field.

In one embodiment, the endoscope 2 is detachably connected to the planing device 1. The detachable connection includes both a fixed relative position and an adjustable relative position. Wherein the endoscope 2 is attachable and detachable to and from the planing device 1, giving the physician the option of using conventional surgical approaches.
And wherein, relative position is adjustable can be divided into two kinds of situations again: 1. the adjustable surgical instrument can be adjusted before the operation, and can not be adjusted during the operation, namely, the operation is carried out after the adjustment is finished; 2. both pre-operative and intra-operative adjustments can be made in real time.
The detachable connection mode with fixed relative position can adopt clamping connection, threaded connection and the like.
Wherein, the relative position of the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 can be adjusted specifically as follows: the relative angle between the axis of the endoscope 2 and the axis of the planing device 1 is adjustable to adjust the field of view of the endoscope 2 during surgery.
In this example, a connection mode with adjustable relative position is illustrated, and specifically, the connection member 3 includes an adjusting mechanism and a locking mechanism, the relative position between the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 is adjusted by the adjusting mechanism, the locking mechanism is used for locking the phase position of the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1, when the adjustment is needed, the locking mechanism is released, and the locking mechanism is tightened after the adjustment is completed.
Alternatively, the adjustment mechanism comprises two parts hinged, one of which is connected to the endoscope 2 and the other to the planing device 1. In one embodiment, the locking mechanism may also provide damping to the adjustment mechanism, i.e. damping (e.g. friction) to the hinged two parts, which damping allows the two parts to stay in either relative position, and relative rotation between the two parts is only possible when an external force overcomes the rotational resistance; in another embodiment, the adjustment mechanism itself has a damping, i.e. a damping (e.g. friction) between two hinged parts, which allows the two parts to stay in any relative position, and only when an external force overcomes the rotational resistance, the two parts can rotate relative to each other, which facilitates the adjustment of the relative position of the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 at any time, without operating a locking mechanism or the like before the adjustment. Of course, the two embodiments can be realized simultaneously, namely the adjusting mechanism has damping, and the locking mechanism can increase or decrease the damping of the adjusting mechanism.
For convenience of adjustment operation, the adjusting mechanism is a rotation adjusting structure, which may be a single in-plane rotation or a universal rotation in any direction, and in this example, a spherical hinge structure is used for illustration.
The spherical hinge structure comprises a ball head 32, a connecting rod 33 and a spherical hinge seat 31, wherein the ball head 32 is connected with the endoscope seat 21 of the endoscope 2 through the connecting rod 33, the spherical hinge seat 31 is arranged on the planing handle 11, one end of the connecting rod 33 is fixedly connected with the ball head 32, the other end of the connecting rod 33 is connected with the endoscope seat 21, and the ball head 32 extends into the spherical hinge seat 31 and is locked with the spherical hinge seat 31 through a locking mechanism. The locking device is divided into two forms of locking and damping effects according to different locking forces.
When the locking force is larger, the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 are relatively fixed, and can be adjusted only by loosening the locking ring 34; when the locking force plays a role in damping, the endoscope 2 and the planing device 1 are kept in a fixed relative position at normal times, and when the endoscope is adjusted by external force, the relative position is changed, and the endoscope is fixed relative to the planing device after the external force is removed, and in this case, the endoscope can be adjusted without loosening the locking ring 34.
In this example, one end of the connecting rod 33 is fixedly connected with the ball head 32, the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a thread, the mirror base 21 is provided with a thread connecting hole 23 corresponding to the connecting rod 33, and the connecting rod 33 extends into the thread connecting hole 23 and is in thread connection with the mirror base 21.
In order to adjust the locking force, the inner wall of the locking ring 34 is connected with the outer wall of the support through threads, and specifically, when the locking ring 34 is screwed, the supports are drawn close inwards to tighten the ball hinge seat 31; or the supports are unfolded outwards, and the ball head 32 is loosened by the ball joint seat 31; thereby steplessly adjusting the radial locking force of the ball socket 31 against the ball head 32.
In this example, the axis of the scope tube 22 is inclined with respect to the axis of the plane blade 12; the front end of the scope tube 22 is located at the rear side of the planning window 13 of the planning tool 12 so that images of the lesion and the planning window can be presented simultaneously.
The utility model discloses, endoscope 2 links together through connecting elements 3 with planing device 1, only needs the one hand to grip planing device 1 or endoscope 2 during the operation and can operate, no longer occupies both hands, convenient operation.
Modifications and variations can be made to the above-described embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
