the angled screwdriver (1) comprises a screwdriver head (11), a universal joint (12) and an angled screwdriver rod (13); one connector of the universal joint (12) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the screwdriver head (11), and the other connector of the universal joint (12) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the angled screwdriver rod (13);
the connecting handle (3) is fixedly connected with the angled screwdriver rod (13);
a guide hole (21) and an inclined hole (22) which are communicated with each other are formed in the angled screwdriver sleeve (2), an included angle is formed between the axis of the inclined hole (22) and the axis of the guide hole (21), an outlet is formed at the head end of the angled screwdriver sleeve (2) by the inclined hole (22), the angled screwdriver (1) is movably inserted into the guide hole (21) and the inclined hole (22), the screwdriver bit (11) extends out of the outlet, and the inclined hole (22) is used for guiding the screwdriver bit (11) to enable the screwdriver bit (11) to be angled with the angled screwdriver rod (13); the rear end of the angled screwdriver sleeve (2) is movably connected with the front end of the connecting handle (3), and the connecting handle (3) can axially reciprocate to enable the screwdriver head (11) and the angled screwdriver rod (13) to be in coaxial state and angled state conversion.

the rear section of the angled screwdriver sleeve (2) is inserted into the front section of the inner hole of the locking nut (32) and is fixedly connected through threads.

The low lumbosacral anterior approach angular stapling instrument of claim 2, wherein: the connection handle (3) further comprises an end cap (33); a threaded shaft is arranged at the rear end of the angled screwdriver rod (13), the diameter of the threaded shaft is smaller than that of the angled screwdriver rod (13), and a stepped hole which penetrates through the connecting handle shaft (31) in the axial direction is formed; the rear section of the angled screwdriver rod (13) is movably inserted into the stepped hole, a shaft shoulder formed by the angled screwdriver rod (13) and the threaded shaft abuts against a stepped surface of the stepped hole, the threaded shaft penetrates out of the rear section of the connecting handle shaft (31) and is in threaded connection with the end cap (33), and the front end of the end cap (33) abuts against the rear end of the connecting handle shaft (31).
4. The low lumbosacral anterior approach angular stapling instrument of claim 2, wherein: the connecting handle (3) further comprises a first rubber sleeve (34), and the connecting handle shaft (31) is sleeved with the first rubber sleeve (34).
5. The low lumbosacral anterior approach angular stapling instrument of claim 1, wherein: the included angle formed between the axis of the inclined hole (22) and the axis of the guide hole (21) is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees.
6. The low lumbosacral anterior approach angular stapling instrument of claim 1, wherein: the head shape of the screwdriver head (11) is hexagonal, star-shaped or cross-shaped.

The low lumbosacral anterior approach angular stapling instrument of any one of claims 1-6, wherein: further comprising a sleeve handle (4), the sleeve handle (4) being connected to an outer wall of the angled screwdriver sleeve (2), the sleeve handle (4) being perpendicular to the angled screwdriver sleeve (2).
8. The low lumbosacral anterior approach angular stapling instrument of claim 7, wherein: the sleeve handle (4) comprises a sleeve handle shaft (41), a shaft sleeve (42), a clamping sleeve (43) and a locking hand wheel (44);
the shaft sleeve (42) is fixedly connected with one end of the sleeve handle shaft (41), and the shaft sleeve (42) is movably sleeved on the angled screwdriver sleeve (2);
the clamping sleeve (43) comprises a bottom plate and a wing plate vertically and fixedly connected to the bottom plate, the bottom plate is movably sleeved on the sleeve handle shaft (41), the clamping sleeve (43) can move along the axial direction of the sleeve handle shaft (41), the wing plate is positioned on one side of the shaft sleeve (42) in the axial direction, and the wing plate is movably sleeved on the angled screwdriver sleeve (2);
