Alternatively, a slip prevention part 213, such as a slip prevention rib protruding radially outward around the outer wall of the inlet end 211 or an annular groove structure recessed inward from the outer wall of the inlet end 211, may be provided on the inlet end 211 to prevent the integrated nozzle 521 from falling off from the pipe to which the water supply is connected.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in one or more embodiments, a first fixed mount 214A, a second fixed mount 214B, and a positioning portion 215 are provided on the outer wall of the integrated nozzle 521 for positioning and fixing the microbubble head 52 at a predetermined position.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the first and second fixed mounts 214A and 214B are symmetrically positioned on the outer wall of the integrated spout 521 and at the middle of the integrated spout 521. The positioning portion 215 is an elongated rib, protrudes radially outward from the outer wall of the integrated nozzle 521, and extends in the longitudinal direction of the integrated nozzle 521. The first and second fixed mounting portions 214A and 214B are distributed on both sides of the positioning portion 215. Alternatively, only one fixed mounting portion may be provided on the integrated spout 521, and the positioning portion 215 may take other suitable forms.
In one or more embodiments, the first and second fixing mounts 214A, 214B are screw hole structures to fix the spray head 52 to a target location with screws. However, the fixed mounting portion may employ any suitable connection structure, such as a snap-fit connection structure, a welded connection structure, or the like.
Fig. 7 is a sectional view of an embodiment of the microbubble showerhead of the present invention taken along a section line a-a of fig. 6. As shown in fig. 7, a variable diameter passage portion 217 is provided in the integrated nozzle 521 along the water flow direction C. In one or more embodiments, variable diameter channel portion 217 is integrally formed with integral spout 521, such as by integral injection molding. In an alternative embodiment, variable diameter channel portion 217 is formed separately from integral spout 521, then inserted into integral spout 521, and snapped into integral spout 521. Alternatively, a separately formed throttle channel portion 217 can also be press-fit in the integrated spout 521.
Referring to fig. 7, a plurality of variable diameter passages 218 are provided in the variable diameter passage portion 217. In one or more embodiments, the number of variable diameter passages 218 is 2-16, which are evenly distributed in an annular fashion about the centerline of the integral nozzle 521. Alternatively, the number of variable diameter passages 218 may be 6-9. Alternatively, the variable diameter passages may be arranged in a pattern other than a ring pattern, and may not be evenly distributed. In one or more embodiments, the configuration of all of the variable diameter channels 218 is the same. Alternatively, the variable diameter passages 218 may take different configurations, such as a diameter (and thus cross-section) of the variable diameter passage 218 near the center of the integrated spout 521 that is larger than a diameter (and thus cross-section) of the variable diameter passage 218 away from the center of the integrated spout 521 at the same radial position perpendicular to the water flow direction C.
With continued reference to FIG. 7, each of the variable diameter passages 218 includes a reduced diameter tapered passage 218a and an increased diameter tapered passage 218 c. In the water flow direction C, the downstream minimum diameter end of the reduced diameter tapered passage 218a coincides with the upstream minimum diameter end of the increased diameter tapered passage 218C, thus forming a minimum diameter passage 218 b. The water flowing in from the inlet end 211 of the integrated nozzle 521 enters the tapered passageway 218a of each variable diameter passageway 218 and is pressurized therein, and then enters the tapered passageway 218c of increased diameter after passing through the passageway 218b of minimum diameter. In the tapered passage 218c with the increased diameter, the water flow is rapidly expanded, and therefore, when the expanded water flow is ejected from the outlet 218d of the tapered passage 218c with the increased diameter (also the outlet 2 of the tapered passage 218), a negative pressure region is generated in the vicinity of the outlet 218 d.
As shown in fig. 7, a plurality of intake holes 216 as intake passages are formed on an outer wall of the integrated nozzle 521. The intake holes 216 are arranged in two rings around the outer wall of the integrated nozzle 521, and the intake holes 216 are positioned close to the outlet 218d of the variable diameter passage 218, and thus in the negative pressure region. Under the negative pressure, a large amount of external air can be sucked into the integrated spout 521 from the air intake holes 216 and mixed with the multiple water streams ejected from the multiple variable diameter passages 218 to generate bubble water. The bubble water then flows to the downstream microbubble bubbler 522 to form microbubble water. In alternative embodiments, more or fewer air inlet holes may be provided, as desired, and may be arranged in other ways, such as in a staggered arrangement.
The microbubble bubbler 522 located on the outlet end 212 of the integrated nozzle 521 includes the mesh 221 and the mesh skeleton 222. Mesh 221 is attached to outlet end 212 of integrated nozzle 521 through mesh skeleton 222.
In one or more embodiments, the mesh 221 has at least one pore with a diameter on the order of microns. Preferably, the diameter of the fine pores is between 0 and 1000 microns; more preferably, the diameter of the fine pores is between 5 and 500 μm. The mesh 221 may be a plastic fence, a metal mesh, a polymer mesh, or other suitable mesh structure. The plastic fence is generally a polymer fence, which is formed by integrally injection molding a polymer material, or a plastic fence is formed by first making a polymer material into a plate and then machining the plate to generate a micropore structure. The polymer material net is usually a net having a microporous structure formed by weaving a polymer material into filaments. The polymer material net may include nylon net, cotton net, polyester net, polypropylene net, etc. Alternatively, the mesh 221 may be other mesh structures capable of generating micro bubbles, for example, a mesh structure composed of two non-micron-sized honeycomb structures. As the bubble water flows through the mesh 221, the mesh 221 acts to mix and cut the bubble water, thereby producing micro-bubble water.
Referring to fig. 7, the mesh cage 222 is cylindrical so as to be able to fit over the outlet end 212 of the integrated lance 521. In one or more embodiments, the mesh skeleton 222 and the outlet end 212 of the integrated nozzle are secured together by a threaded connection 300. For example, an internal thread is formed on the inner wall of the mesh skeleton 222, and an external thread is formed on the outer wall of the outlet end 212, the internal thread being engaged with the external thread. In alternative embodiments, the mesh skeleton 222 may take other suitable forms, such as a platen, and be connected to the outlet end of the integrated nozzle 521 by other means of connection, such as welding. Alternatively, the mesh may also be formed directly on the outlet end 212 of the integrated nozzle.
As shown in fig. 3-7, in one or more embodiments, the mesh skeleton 222 is provided with a plurality of overflow holes 223 along its periphery, and these overflow holes are positioned adjacent to the mesh 221. When the bubble water cannot pass through the mesh 221 in time, the excessive bubble water can flow out of the overflow hole 223, so that the excessive water can be prevented from flowing back to submerge the air inlet hole 216. Therefore, the overflow hole 223 can prevent the air from being sucked into the integrated nozzle due to the blockage of the air inlet hole 216, so that the micro bubble water can not be generated. In alternative embodiments, more or fewer overflow apertures 223 may be provided, as desired.
With continued reference to FIG. 7, in one or more embodiments, a compression ring 225 is also disposed between mesh skeleton 222 and outlet end 212 of integral nozzle 521. Accordingly, the mesh 221 is provided with a connection portion 224 on the periphery thereof. The press ring 225 presses the connection portion 224 against the inner wall of the end portion of the mesh frame 222, so that the mesh 221 can be firmly fixed, and the mesh 221 is not detached from the outlet end 212 of the integrated nozzle 521 when subjected to the impact of the high-pressure water flow. In alternative embodiments, the mesh 221 may be secured by other means, such as by a snap spring. In one or more embodiments, the pressure ring 225 also includes a plurality of pressure ring apertures 226. These press ring holes 226 can be used to draw air into and mix with the water stream in the event that the water jet flow is not large. At relatively high water jet flow rates, some of the water is allowed to escape from the pressure ring holes 226, thereby not only helping to clean the mesh, but also preventing excess water from flowing back through the intake passages and preventing air from being drawn through them.
Fig. 8 is a sectional view of another embodiment of the microbubble showerhead of the present invention taken along the section line a-a of fig. 6. As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the variable diameter channel portion 217 is formed by injection molding independently of the one-piece spout 521. Additionally, in this embodiment, the mesh cage 222 and the outlet end 212 of the integrated nozzle are also secured together by a threaded connection 300, and a threaded inlet passage 216' is formed in the threaded connection 300, such as a gap formed between an external thread and an internal thread. Thus, in this embodiment, the air intake passage includes not only the air intake holes 216 on the outer wall of the integrated nozzle 521, but also the threaded air intake passage 216'. In an alternative embodiment, the air inlet passage of the spray head 52 may include only an air inlet passage disposed between the outlet end of the integrated nozzle 521 and the microbubble bubbler.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without deviating from the principle of the present invention, a person skilled in the art may combine technical features from different embodiments, and may make equivalent changes or substitutions to the related technical features, and the technical solutions after these changes or substitutions will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A micro-bubble spray head is characterized by comprising an integrated spray pipe and a micro-bubble bubbler fixed on the outlet end of the integrated spray pipe,
a variable diameter channel part is arranged in the integrated spray pipe, a plurality of variable diameter channels which are parallel to each other are formed in the variable diameter channel part along the water flow direction, each variable diameter channel sequentially comprises a diameter-reducing conical channel and a diameter-increasing conical channel along the water flow direction, and the water flow which can be pressurized by the diameter-reducing conical channel can expand in the diameter-increasing conical channel so as to generate negative pressure near an outlet of the variable diameter channel;
an air intake passage is also provided on the integral nozzle, the air intake passage being positioned proximate to the outlet such that air can be drawn from the air intake passage under the negative pressure and mixed with the multiple water streams from the plurality of variable diameter passages to produce bubble water, the bubble water forming micro-bubble water through the micro-bubble bubbler.
2. The microbubble showerhead of claim 1, wherein the variable diameter passage portion is integrally formed with the integrated nozzle.
3. The microbubble showerhead of claim 1, wherein the variable diameter passage portion is molded separately from the integrated nozzle.
4. The microbubble showerhead of claim 1, wherein the plurality of variable diameter passages are evenly distributed in a ring-like fashion around a center of the integrated nozzle.
5. The microbubble showerhead of any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the air inlet passage is a plurality of air inlet holes provided on a tube wall of the integrated nozzle, or the air inlet passage is formed between the outlet end and the microbubble bubbler.
6. The microbubble showerhead of any of claims 1-4, wherein the microbubble bubbler comprises a mesh and a mesh skeleton, the mesh being attached to the outlet end of the integrated nozzle through the mesh skeleton.
7. The microbubble showerhead of claim 6, wherein at least one overflow aperture is configured on the mesh skeleton, the at least one overflow aperture being positioned proximate to the mesh.
8. The microbubble showerhead of claim 6, further comprising a compression ring configured to be positioned between the mesh skeleton and the outlet end of the integrated nozzle to secure the mesh.
9. The microbubble showerhead of claim 8, wherein a plurality of pressure ring holes are provided in the pressure ring in a circumferential direction.
10. A scrubbing apparatus, comprising a microbubble spray head according to any of claims 1 to 9, the microbubble spray head being configured to generate microbubble water within the scrubbing apparatus.
