Technical Field
The present invention relates to a washing apparatus, and particularly to a microbubble agent cartridge assembly and a washing apparatus having the same.
Background
Micro-bubbles (micro-bubbles) generally refer to micro-bubbles having a diameter of fifty micrometers (μm) or less when the bubbles occur. Micro bubbles may also be referred to as micro-/nano-bubbles, micro-bubbles or nano-bubbles depending on their diameter range. Microbubbles have a relatively long residence time in a liquid because of their small buoyancy in the liquid. Moreover, the microbubbles will shrink in the liquid until finally breaking, generating smaller nanobubbles. In this process, the rise speed of the bubbles becomes slow because they become small, resulting in high melting efficiency. When the microbubbles are broken, high pressure and high temperature heat are locally generated, and thus foreign substances such as organic substances floating in the liquid or adhering to the object can be destroyed. In addition, the contraction process of the microbubbles is accompanied by an increase in negative charge, and the peak state of the negative charge is usually when the diameter of the microbubbles is 1 to 30 μm, so that positively charged foreign substances floating in the liquid are easily adsorbed. The result is that the foreign matter is adsorbed by the microbubbles after it is destroyed by the breaking of the microbubbles, and then slowly floats to the liquid surface. These properties provide the microbubbles with a strong cleaning and purifying power. At present, microbubbles have been widely used in washing apparatuses such as washing machines.
For example, chinese published patent application CN108602030A discloses a washing machine having a water injection device. The water injection device includes an electromagnetic water supply valve, a water injection cartridge, and a fine bubble generator disposed between the electromagnetic water supply valve and the water injection cartridge. The fine bubble generator is a cylindrical shape having a flange, and includes a flow path member and an impact portion provided in the flow path member, the impact portion locally reducing a cross-sectional area of a flow path in the flow path member so that fine bubbles are generated in a liquid passing through the flow path. After the electromagnetic water supply valve is opened, the water flow from the main water pipe is rapidly depressurized while flowing through such a fine bubble generator, so that air in the water flow is precipitated to generate micro bubbles in the water, and then the micro bubble water flows into the water filling cartridge and is mixed with detergent or softener, etc. in the water filling cartridge, and then enters the washing drum for washing the laundry. However, such a fine bubble generator can only generate fine bubbles by virtue of very limited air carried within the liquid flowing therethrough, and therefore, the fine bubble generator cannot supply a sufficient amount of micro-bubble water of micro-bubbles to the water injection cartridge, thereby affecting the dissolution of the detergent or softener.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new solution to the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention

In a preferable embodiment of the microbubble agent cartridge assembly, the spoiler is at least one radial protrusion provided on an inner wall of the at least one stage of tapered portion with a decreasing diameter or at least one spoiler rib longitudinally extending along the inner wall of the at least one stage of tapered portion with a decreasing diameter.
In a preferred embodiment of the microbubble treatment agent cartridge assembly, the spoiler is positioned on an inner wall of the most downstream one-stage diameter-decreasing tapered portion.

With continued reference to FIG. 4, the secondary inlet conduit portion 526 has an inlet end 261 for connection to an external water source to allow water to flow into the secondary inlet conduit portion 526 in the flow direction c when desired. In one or more embodiments, a one-step reduced diameter conical portion 262 and a microbubble bubbler 263 are provided in the subsidiary feed pipe portion 526. The water flow is accelerated as it passes through the primary reduced diameter conical portion 262 due to the progressively converging flow passage cross-section. At the top of the primary diameter-reduced tapered portion 262, there is provided an injection hole 265, the injection hole 265 communicating the passage in the primary diameter-reduced tapered portion 262 with the passage downstream in the auxiliary water inlet pipe portion 526. The water flow accelerated by the primary diameter-reduced tapered portion 262 is expandingly ejected from the injection holes 265 and thus causes a negative pressure in the passage downstream of the auxiliary water inlet pipe portion 526. Air inlet holes 266 are also provided on the wall of the auxiliary water inlet pipe portion 526. The intake hole 266 is positioned between the primary diameter-reducing tapered portion 262 and the microbubble bubbler 263 located downstream of the injection hole 265, so that the intake hole 266 is within a negative pressure region caused by the injection hole 265. The intake holes 266 communicate with the second intake pipe 264. Accordingly, a large amount of outside air is drawn from the second intake pipe 264 into the subsidiary intake pipe portion 526 through the intake holes 266 in the direction e by the negative pressure and mixed with the water flow in the subsidiary intake pipe portion 526 to generate bubble water containing a large amount of bubbles. The bubbled water flows further downstream and through the microbubble bubbler 263. While passing through the microbubble bubbler 263, the bubble water is further mixed and cut, thereby generating microbubble water containing a large amount of microbubbles. The micro-bubble water then flows to the second shower chamber 267 located below the auxiliary water inlet pipe part 526 and above the care agent compartment 222, and is uniformly sprayed into the care agent compartment 222 through the second shower chamber 267, thereby helping to rapidly dissolve the care agent located in the care agent compartment 222.
In alternative embodiments, more than one step of a reduced diameter taper can be provided in the auxiliary feed pipe portion 526, such as two or more steps of a reduced diameter taper, to further accelerate the water flow. In this case, the nozzle holes are arranged at the top of the most downstream one-step diameter-reducing tapered portion in the water flow direction.
In one or more embodiments, turbulators (not shown) can be formed on the inner wall of the primary reduced diameter taper 262. In one or more embodiments, the turbulator may be at least one turbulator, such as a plurality of turbulators, extending longitudinally along an inner wall of the stage of reduced diameter tapered portion. In an alternative embodiment, the turbulator may be at least one radial protrusion, such as one or more cylindrical protrusions, on the inner wall of the stage of reduced diameter tapers. In alternative embodiments, the spoiler may be formed on the inner wall of the most downstream step-diameter-reducing tapered portion, or on the inner wall of each step-diameter-reducing tapered portion.
In one or more embodiments, the outer wall of the primary reduced diameter conical portion 262 is spaced apart from the inner wall of the secondary feed pipe portion 526 such that an annular gap (not labeled) is formed between the outer wall of the primary reduced diameter conical portion 262 and the inner wall of the secondary feed pipe portion 526. The annular gap facilitates the mixing of the air with the water flow, thereby generating more micro-bubbles.
In one or more embodiments, the configuration of the microbubble bubbler 263 in the auxiliary water inlet pipe section 526 and the configuration of the microbubble bubbler 253 in the main water inlet pipe section 525 may be the same, for example, both have a mesh structure, and the mesh structure has at least one fine hole with a diameter of the order of micrometers.
In one or more embodiments, the first and second intake pipes 254, 264 are each integrally joined to the housing 521. Alternatively, the first intake pipe 254 and/or the second intake pipe 264 may be configured independently of the housing 521.
The present invention also provides a washing apparatus including the microbubble agent cartridge assembly 52 of the present invention. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly 52 is disposed within the washing apparatus to provide a treatment agent microbubble water mixture. By the microbubble treating agent box component, the washing capacity of the washing equipment can be improved, the using amount of the detergent can be reduced, the residual amount of the detergent in clothes can be reduced, and therefore the microbubble treating agent box component is not only beneficial to the health of a user, but also can improve the experience of the user.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a washing apparatus having a microbubble agent cartridge assembly according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the washing apparatus is a pulsator washing machine 1. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the washing apparatus may be a drum washing machine or a dryer, etc.
As shown in fig. 5, the pulsator washing machine 1 (hereinafter, referred to as a washing machine) includes a cabinet 11. Feet 14 are provided at the bottom of the case 11. The upper part of the box body 11 is provided with a tray 12, and the tray 12 is pivotally connected with an upper cover 13. An outer tub 21 as a tub is provided in the cabinet 11. An inner barrel 31 is arranged in the outer barrel 21, the bottom of the inner barrel 31 is provided with a wave wheel 32, the lower part of the outer barrel 21 is fixed with a motor 34, the motor 34 is in driving connection with the wave wheel 32 through a transmission shaft 33, and the side wall of the inner barrel 31 near the top end is provided with a dewatering hole 311. The drain valve 41 is provided on a drain pipe 42, and an upstream end of the drain pipe 42 communicates with the bottom of the outer tub 21. The washing machine further includes a water inlet valve 51 and a microbubble treatment agent box assembly 52 communicating with the water inlet valve 51, the microbubble treatment agent box assembly 52 being installed above the top of the outer tub 21. Water enters the microbubble agent cartridge assembly 52 via the water inlet valve 51 to utilize the microbubble water to rapidly dissolve one or more agents in the agent cartridge, such as detergent and/or one or more laundry care agents. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly 52 then provides the agent microbubble water mixture to the outer tub 21 for laundry washing. The micro-bubbles in the water impact the detergent in the crushing process, and the micro-bubbles can adsorb the detergent through the carried negative charges, so that the micro-bubbles can increase the mixing degree of the detergent and the water, thereby reducing the using amount of the detergent and reducing the residual amount of the detergent on the clothes. In addition, the micro bubbles may also hit dirt on the laundry in the inner tub 31 and may adsorb foreign substances that generate the dirt. Therefore, the micro bubbles also enhance the detergency performance of the washing machine. .
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the washing apparatus having a microbubble processor cartridge assembly according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the washing apparatus is a drum washing machine 9.
As shown in fig. 6, the drum washing machine 9 includes a housing 91 and a foot 98 at the bottom of the housing. An upper deck plate 94 is provided on the top of the housing 91. A door 97 for allowing a user to load laundry or the like into the drum washing machine is provided on a front side (an operation side facing the user) of the casing 91, and an observation window 96 for allowing the user to see the inside of the washing machine is provided on the door 97. A sealing window gasket 961 is further provided between the observation window 96 and the casing 91, and the sealing window gasket 961 is fixed to the casing 91. A control panel 95 of the drum washing machine 9 is disposed at an upper portion of the front side of the casing 91 to facilitate the operation of a user. An outer cylinder 92 and an inner cylinder 93 are disposed inside the outer shell 91. The inner cylinder 93 is positioned inside the outer cylinder 92. The inner barrel 93 is connected to a motor 931 (e.g. a direct drive motor) via a drive shaft 932 and a bearing 933. A water inlet valve 51 is provided on an upper portion of the rear side of the housing 91, and the water inlet valve 51 is connected to the microbubble treatment agent cartridge assembly 52 through a water pipe. As shown in fig. 6, the microbubble agent cartridge assembly 52 is positioned below the upper deck 94 and above the outer tub 92. Similar to the above embodiment, water enters the microbubble agent cartridge assembly 52 through a water pipe via a water inlet valve 51 to utilize the microbubble water to rapidly dissolve one or more agents, such as detergent and/or one or more laundry care agents, in the agent cartridge. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly 52 then provides the agent microbubble water mixture to the tub 92 for laundry washing.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principle of the invention, a person skilled in the art may combine technical features from different embodiments, and may make equivalent changes or substitutions for related technical features, and such changes or substitutions will fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A microbubble agent cartridge assembly includes a housing and a agent cartridge housed in the housing,
at least one water inlet pipe part is arranged on the shell, at least one stage of diameter-reducing conical part and a micro-bubble bubbler are arranged in at least one of the at least one water inlet pipe part, an air inlet hole is further arranged on the pipe wall of the at least one water inlet pipe part, the air inlet hole is positioned between the at least one stage of diameter-reducing conical part and the micro-bubble bubbler and is communicated with an air inlet pipe arranged on the shell,
a nozzle hole is provided at the tip of the most downstream one-stage diameter-decreasing conical portion, the nozzle hole being provided so that a water flow passing through the at least one-stage diameter-decreasing conical portion can be expanded and ejected through the nozzle hole and a negative pressure is generated in the vicinity of the air inlet hole, so that air can be sucked from the air inlet pipe into the water inlet pipe portion and mixed with the water flow to generate bubble water, which is ejected into the treatment agent cartridge after passing through the microbubble bubbler to be turned into microbubble water,
wherein the at least one inlet pipe portion includes a main inlet pipe portion and an auxiliary inlet pipe portion, both of which are disposed on and distributed at both sides of the top of the housing,
the pipe wall of the main water inlet pipe part is provided with the air inlet, the main water inlet pipe part is internally provided with the at least one stage of tapered part with the diameter being reduced and the micro-bubble bubbler, the treatment agent box comprises a detergent chamber, the shell is internally provided with a first spray chamber, and the first spray chamber is positioned below the main water inlet pipe part and above the detergent chamber, so that micro-bubble water is uniformly sprayed into the detergent chamber through the first spray chamber; and is provided with
The pipe wall of the auxiliary water inlet pipe part is provided with the air inlet hole, the auxiliary water inlet pipe part is internally provided with the at least one-stage diameter-reduced conical part and the micro-bubble bubbler, the treatment agent box further comprises a nursing agent chamber arranged in parallel with the detergent chamber, a second spraying chamber is further arranged in the shell and is positioned below the auxiliary water inlet pipe part and above the nursing agent chamber, and therefore micro-bubble water is uniformly sprayed into the nursing agent chamber through the second spraying chamber.
2. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein a spoiler is provided on an inner wall of the at least one stage of the tapered portion.

The microbubble agent cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein the turbulator is at least one radial protrusion provided on an inner wall of the at least one stage of the tapered portion or at least one turbulator rib extending longitudinally along the inner wall of the at least one stage of the tapered portion.
4. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the spoiler is positioned on an inner wall of the most downstream one-stage tapered portion.
5. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly of claim 1 or 2, wherein the at least one step of the reduced diameter tapering comprises two or more steps of reduced diameter tapering.
6. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the microbubble bubbler is a mesh structure having at least one fine hole having a diameter of the order of micrometers.
7. The microbubble agent cartridge assembly of claim 6, wherein the mesh structure comprises a plastic fence, a metal mesh, or a mesh of a polymer material.
8. A washing apparatus, comprising the microbubble agent cartridge assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the microbubble agent cartridge assembly being disposed within the washing apparatus so as to supply the washing apparatus with a micro-bubble water mixture in which a treatment agent is dissolved.
