Further, the handle 20 has a holding portion 21 and two opposite connecting walls 22 extending from one end of the holding portion 21, wherein the connecting walls 22 are rotatably connected to the first side wall 11, and the connecting walls 22 are disposed in the cavity 102. It is worth mentioning that the handle 20 is in an initial state when the handle 20 is in a horizontal position.
Further, the connecting wall 22 has at least one connecting hole 2201, and the diameter of the connecting hole 2201 is equal to that of the mounting hole 1101, wherein when the connecting wall 22 is rotatably connected to the first sidewall 11, the connecting hole 2201 is aligned with the axis of the mounting hole 1101.
Further, the holding portion 21 further has at least one protrusion 211. It is worth mentioning that when the holding portion 21 has a protrusion 211, the protrusion 211 defines a position where the user manually holds the holding portion 21, so that the user manually holds the holding portion 21 and abuts against the protrusion 211. Further, when the grip portion 21 has a plurality of protrusions 211, the user can hold the grip portion 21 very conveniently, and the protrusions 211 increase the friction force of the grip portion 21. Further, when the user rotates the grip portion 21, due to the plurality of protrusions 211, when the user manually pulls the handle 20, the grip portion 21 is not too smooth to make it difficult for the user to pull the handle 20.
Specifically, the manual roller shade device for the convertible car further comprises a rotating assembly 30, wherein the rotating assembly 30 is rotatably connected between the two oppositely arranged connecting walls 22, and the axis of the rotating assembly 30 is aligned with the axis of the mounting hole 1101.

Further, the cross-sectional diameter of the insertion end 331 is smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 1101, so that the insertion end 331 can be slidably inserted into the mounting hole 1101. Further, the cross-sectional diameter of the limiting end 332 is larger than that of the mounting hole 1101, so that when the insertion end 331 is inserted into the mounting hole 1101, the limiting end 332 directly contacts the first sidewall 11, so that the insertion end 331 cannot move further, thereby limiting the first limiting member 33 in the mounting hole 1101. Further, the gear 32 is located between the limiting ends 332 of the two first limiting members 33, so that the first limiting members 33 limit the axial movement of the gear 32.
Further, the manual roller shade device of the convertible vehicle further comprises a limiting handle 40, the limiting handle 40 is rotatably connected to the inner side of the connecting wall 22, and the limiting handle 40 is located at the right end of the holding portion 21.
Further, the restraining handle 40 has a grip 41 and a rotating portion 42, the rotating portion 42 extending outward from one end of the grip 41, wherein the rotating portion 42 is rotatably connected to the inner side of the connecting wall 22.
Further, the rotating part 42 has a limiting part 421 and a connecting part 422, the connecting part 422 extends upward from the upper end of the rotating part 42, wherein the limiting part 421 extends downward from the lower end of the rotating part 42, and the limiting part 421 is engaged with the gear 32 to limit the rotation of the gear 32. Further, when the holding portion 21 of the handle 40 is pulled to rotate upward, the limiting handle 40 rotates together with the handle 40, so that the limiting portion 421 of the limiting handle 40 drives the gear 32 to rotate. It is worth mentioning that, since the restraining handle 40 is rotatably coupled to the inner side of the coupling wall 22 of the handle 40, the restraining portion 421 of the restraining handle 40 is engaged with the gear 32. Therefore, when the grip portion 21 of the handle 40 is subjected to a pulling force, the handle 40 is rotated by a predetermined angle around the axis of the shaft 31. Meanwhile, the restraining handle 40 is rotated by a predetermined angle around the axis of the shaft 31 following the handle 40. Further, since the position-limiting portion 421 of the position-limiting handle 40 is clamped to the gear 32, when the position-limiting handle 40 rotates by a predetermined angle, the position-limiting portion 421 of the position-limiting handle 40 drives the gear 32 to rotate by a predetermined angle. It should be noted that when the grip 41 of the limiting handle 40 is under the pulling force, the rotating portion 42 of the limiting handle 40 rotates by a predetermined angle, so that the grip 41 swings upward by a predetermined angle, and further the limiting portion 421 swings away from the gear 32 by a predetermined angle, so that the limiting portion 421 no longer limits the rotation of the gear 32. The gear 32 is not rotated by the stopper portion 421 of the stopper handle 40 when the handle 40 is rotated.
Specifically, the manual roller shade device for the convertible car further comprises a first elastic element 50, and two ends of the first elastic element 50 are respectively connected to the bottom of the holding part 21 and the top of the handle 41. It should be noted that the grip 41 of the limiting handle 40 is under the action of pulling force to deform the first elastic element 50, so that the grip 41 swings upward by a predetermined angle, the limiting portion 421 swings by a predetermined angle in a direction away from the gear 32, and the limiting portion 421 does not limit the rotation of the gear 32. Further, when the grip 41 is no longer under the pulling force, the first elastic member 50 relies on its own elastic potential energy to swing the grip 41 back by a predetermined angle. Meanwhile, the limiting portion 421 swings to a predetermined angle in a direction close to the gear 32, so that the limiting portion 421 is engaged with the gear 32, and the limiting portion 421 limits the rotation of the gear 32, so that when the limiting handle 40 rotates to a predetermined angle, the limiting portion 421 drives the gear 32 to rotate to a predetermined angle.
Specifically, the base 10 further has a second sidewall 12 forming the cavity 102, wherein two ends of the second sidewall 12 are respectively connected to the two oppositely disposed first sidewalls 11.
Specifically, the manual roller shade for the convertible car further comprises a hook member 60, the hook member 60 is installed on the second side wall 12, and the hook member 60 is located on the top of the second side wall 12. In particular, the handle 40 can be rotated upward by a predetermined angle, so that the handle 40 drives the limit handle 40 to rotate by a predetermined angle, and the connecting portion 422 of the limit handle 40 is engaged with the hook member 60, thereby limiting the rotation of the handle 40. It should be noted that when the limiting handle 40 is fastened to the hook member 60, a user can manually apply pressure to the limiting handle 40, so that the limiting portion 421 of the limiting handle 40 swings by a predetermined angle in a direction away from the gear 32, so that the limiting handle 40 does not limit the rotation of the gear 32. Meanwhile, the user snaps the external tool to the groove 311 of the shaft 31 by the external tool, so that the user can manually rotate the shaft 31 by means of the external tool. The shaft 31 is fixedly connected to the gear 32, and when the shaft 31 rotates, the gear 32 rotates along with the shaft 31.
Specifically, the manual roller shade device for the convertible car further comprises a limiting assembly 70, wherein the limiting assembly 70 is rotatably connected between the two first side walls 11, and a predetermined distance is left between the limiting assembly 70 and the bottom wall forming the cavity 102, so that the limiting assembly 70 can rotate by a predetermined angle.
Further, the position limiting assembly 70 includes a second position limiting member 71 and a second elastic member 72, and the second elastic member 72 is connected to the bottom wall forming the cavity 102 and the bottom of the second position limiting member 71, respectively. Further, two sides of the second limiting member 71 are rotatably connected between the two first sidewalls 11. Further, one end of the second stopper 71 is engaged with the gear 32 to restrict the gear 32 from rotating. It should be noted that when the handle 40 is pulled to rotate upwards, the handle 40 drives the limiting handle 40 to rotate by a predetermined angle, so that the limiting portion 421 of the limiting handle 40 drives the gear 32 to rotate by a predetermined angle. Further, when the gear 32 rotates by a predetermined angle, the gear 32 exerts a pressure on the second limiting member 71, so that the second elastic member 72 deforms, and the second limiting member 71 rotates by a predetermined angle toward the lower gear 32. It should be noted that the second limiting member 71 is pressed by the gear 32 to rotate by a predetermined angle, and at this time, the second limiting member 71 does not contact with the gear 32. Meanwhile, the second elastic member 72 applies an upward pushing force to the second limiting member 71 due to its elastic potential energy, so that the second limiting member 71 rotates upward by a predetermined angle, so that the second limiting member 71 is engaged with the gear 32, thereby preventing the gear 32 from rotating. In addition, when the handle 40 rotates upward by a predetermined angle and needs to be rotated, the handle 40 is pressed to rotate downward by a predetermined angle, and then the limiting handle 40 is driven to rotate by a predetermined angle. And the second limiting member 71 limits the gear 32 to rotate, so when the handle 40 rotates downwards, the gear 32 applies an upward force to the limiting portion 421 of the limiting handle 40, and the first elastic member 50 is deformed, so that the limiting portion 421 swings a predetermined distance away from the gear 32, and the limiting handle 40 rotates by a predetermined angle.
Fig. 4 to 7 are schematic views illustrating a first usage process of the manual roller for the convertible car. In the using process, firstly, the holding part 21 of the handle 40 is manually held, and a pulling force is manually applied to the handle 40 to rotate the handle 40, so that the limiting handle 40 rotates along with the handle 40 by a predetermined angle, and the limiting part 421 of the limiting handle 40 drives the gear 32 to rotate by a predetermined angle. Meanwhile, the gear 32 exerts a pressure on the second limiting member 71, so that the second elastic member 72 is deformed, and the second limiting member 71 is inclined to the lower gear 32 by a predetermined angle. When the gear 32 rotates by a predetermined angle, the gear 32 no longer applies pressure to the second limiting member 71. In addition, when the user applies pressure to the handle 40, the handle 40 is pressed to rotate the handle 40, so as to drive the limit handle 40 to rotate by a predetermined angle. And the second limiting component limits the gear 32 to rotate, so that when the limiting handle 40 rotates, the gear 32 directly applies an upward force to the limiting part of the limiting handle 40, and further the first elastic element 50 deforms, so that the limiting part swings for a predetermined distance in a direction away from the gear 32, and further the limiting part is no longer clamped with the gear 32, and thus the limiting handle 40 rotates for a predetermined angle.
Fig. 8 and 9 are schematic views illustrating a second usage process of the manual roller for the convertible car. When the limiting part of the limiting handle 40 is damaged, the holding part 21 of the handle 40 can be manually held by a person, and the handle 40 is manually pulled to rotate the handle 40, so that the limiting handle 40 rotates along with the handle 40 by a preset angle, and the connecting part of the limiting handle 40 is connected with the hook part 60 in a clamping manner. Then, the handle 41 is manually pressed to swing the limit handle 40 away from the gear 32 by a predetermined angle, so that the limit handle 40 does not restrict the rotation of the gear 32. Meanwhile, a user can clamp the external tool in the groove 311 of the shaft 31 by the external tool, so that the user can manually rotate the shaft 31 by the external tool, the shaft 31 is fixedly connected with the gear 32, and when the shaft 31 rotates, the gear 32 rotates along with the shaft 31.
In summary, the manual convertible vehicle roller according to the embodiment of the present application is illustrated, which provides the manual convertible vehicle roller with the advantages of manual convertible vehicle roller opening, small occupied space, low cost, and the like.
