The heat preservation cover 150 surrounding the inner pot 120 and the heating plate 140 is further arranged in the cooker body 110, and the heat preservation cover 150 is arranged between the middle plate 180 and the shell of the cooker body 110, so that heat dissipation of the inner pot 120 and the heating plate 140 can be prevented, and the cooking effect is improved.

The cooking appliance 100 is further provided with a control panel, and a user can select or input parameters such as a cooking type, a cooking curve, cooking power and cooking time according to needs through the control panel. In order to be able to accurately sense the temperature, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a bottom temperature sensor and a top temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of the liquid in the inner pot 120 and the temperature of the steam, respectively. Hereinafter, a cover according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1B to 3D.

The cover 130 includes a cover 131 and a cover pressing plate 132. Wherein the face cover 131 is provided with two slots 1311 and several first catches 1312 (as an example of a catching portion) distributed along a circumferential direction thereof. The plurality of first catches 1312 is preferably evenly spaced along the circumference of the face cover 131. The slots 1311 are disposed at the pivoting end 139 of the cover 130, and the two slots 1311 are disposed at two ends of the pin 135, respectively. The slot 1311 opens toward the open-close end 138. The cover press plate 132 is provided with two extensions 1321 to be fitted with the slots 1311 and several second catches 1322 to be fitted with the first catches 1312 (as an example of a fitting portion). The number and positions of the first catches 1312 and the second catches 1322 correspond to each other. Two extending portions 1321 are provided at one end of the face cover pressing plate 132 and configured to protrude from the face cover pressing plate 132 toward the direction of the insertion slot 1311. When mounting, by inserting the two extension portions 1321 into the two insertion grooves 1311, respectively, accurate positioning of the facing cover pressing plate can be achieved. First catch 1312 snaps together with second catch 1322, thereby securing face cover pressure plate 132 to face cover 131. The number of the first catches 1312 and the second catches 1322 may be determined according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein.

According to the scheme, the first buckle and the second buckle are arranged on the face cover and the face cover pressing plate of the cover body respectively, the face cover pressing plate can be fixed to the face cover through the first buckle and the second buckle which are connected together in a clamping mode, therefore, the assembly process is simplified, the assembly time is saved, the assembly efficiency is improved, in addition, the use of screws can be reduced, and the labor cost and the part cost can be reduced.

It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, for example, a second catch may be provided as a receiving hole, with the face cover pressure plate 132 being secured to the face cover 131 by the first catch being received in the receiving hole.

As shown in fig. 1B and fig. 2, the surface cover pressing plate 132 is further provided with a convex rib 1323 and a plurality of slots 1324, the pot opening sealing ring 133 is provided with a groove 1331 matched with the convex rib 1323, and the heat insulation plate 134 is provided with a plurality of clamp corners 1341 matched with the slots 1324. The number of the card slots 1324 and the card corners 1341 is determined according to actual needs, and is not particularly limited herein. In actual installation, the rib 1323 of the surface cover pressing plate 132 can be installed in the groove 1331 of the pan opening sealing ring 133, so that the pan opening sealing ring 133 can be conveniently connected to the surface cover pressing plate 132, and the inner pan 120 can be sealed. Subsequently, the corner 1341 of the insulation board 134 can be inserted into the slot 1324 provided on the surface cover pressing plate 132, and the corner 1341 of the insulation board 134 is bent, so that the insulation board 134 can be fixed to the surface cover pressing plate 132 quickly and efficiently. By the above installation, a face cover platen assembly can be formed.

As shown in fig. 1A and 2, the front cover 131 is provided with an air outlet 1313, and an extended rib 1314 is provided around the air outlet 1313 at a side facing the cooking space to mount an air outlet gasket 1315. The insulation board 134 is provided with a first opening 1342 corresponding to the air outlet 1313 for communication between the cooking space and the outside atmosphere. Preferably, the heat insulation plate 134 is further provided with a first extending rib 137, and the first extending rib 137 can abut against the air outlet sealing ring 1315.

In actual installation, outlet gasket 1315 may be installed over elongated ribs 1314, and the installed face cap press plate assembly may then be assembled to face cap 131. Specifically, the two extending portions 1321 may be inserted into the two slots 1311 of the face cover, and the first fastener 1312 and the second fastener 1322 may be fastened together, while the first extending rib 137 disposed on the thermal insulation board 134 presses the air outlet sealing ring 1315. In this way, the assembly of the cover 130 can be conveniently completed.

4. The cover of claim 2, wherein the cover includes an open end (138) and a pivot end (139) opposite the open end, the slot opens onto the pivot end, and the slot opens toward the open end.

5. The cover body as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a pin (135) and a cover opening torsion spring (136) disposed at the pivot end, wherein both ends of the pin are respectively connected to the face cover, and the cover opening torsion spring is sleeved on the pin.

6. The cover according to claim 5, characterized in that two slots (1311) are provided on the face cover, and two slots are provided at both ends of the pin shaft, respectively, and two extensions (1321) are provided on the face cover pressing plate, which protrude toward the slots.

The cover according to claim 1, further comprising a pan opening sealing ring (133), wherein the pan opening sealing ring (133) is provided with a groove (1331), and wherein the surface cover pressing plate is provided with a rib (1323) which is matched with the groove for connecting the pan opening sealing ring to the surface cover pressing plate.

The cover of claim 1, further comprising an insulation board (134), wherein the insulation board (134) comprises a plurality of clip corners (1341) distributed along a circumference thereof, and wherein the face cover platen comprises a plurality of clip slots (1324) respectively engaged with the plurality of clip slots for connecting the insulation board to the face cover platen.

9. The cover of claim 1, wherein said face cover is provided with a vent (1313) and an elongated rib (1314) disposed around said vent, said cover further comprising a vent seal (1315), said vent seal (1315) being fitted to said elongated rib.

10. A cooking appliance, comprising:

the cooker comprises a cooker body (110), wherein an inner pot (120) is arranged in the cooker body (110); and

the lid as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is openably and closably provided on the pot body, and when the lid is closed on the pot body, a cooking space is defined between the lid and the inner pot.
