For example, referring to fig. 11, the flexible circuit board 50 is disposed on the first side plate 500 at a position corresponding to the cascade welding region 11 on a side close to the cell serial group 100.
Referring to fig. 11, a first connector is matched with the first screw hole 3021 through the first connection hole 5011, and a second connector is matched with the second screw hole 4021 through the second connection hole 6011, thereby achieving reliable installation of the first and second side plates 500 and 600. Preferably, concave-convex reinforcing ribs (not shown) are arranged on the first side plate 500 and/or the second side plate 600, so that the expansion force of the battery cells in the module can be effectively resisted, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are both bolts. Specifically, the first side plate 500 and the second side plate 600 are made of metal or plastic, the metal is made of aluminum, copper, iron or alloy thereof, the metal can be formed by stamping, the plastic is thermosetting plastic such as SMC, the plastic has high strength, and the thermosetting material can be formed by injection molding.
The third connecting member 700 passes through the first opening 502 and the first through hole 301, and the fourth connecting member 800 passes through the second opening 602 and the second through hole 401, so that the plurality of cell series groups 100 can be reliably fixed by using the third connecting member 700 and the fourth connecting member 800. Further, a buffer plate (not shown) is disposed between the first side plate 500 and the cell serial group 100 and/or between the second side plate 600 and the cell serial group 100, and is used for providing a pre-tightening force for fixing the cell 10 during initial assembly of the cell serial group and absorbing an expansion force of the cell 10 at an end stage of use. It should be noted that, those skilled in the art can select the material of the buffer board according to actual needs, for example, the material may be insulating and flame retardant plastic, such as PP, APS, PC, PA66, etc. Meanwhile, structural adhesive is arranged between the battery cell serial group 100 and the buffer plate and between the buffer plate and the first side plate 500 and the second side plate 600 respectively, so that the reliability of the battery module is improved.
