Description

Micro-carving gold picture structure
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an handicraft technical field, in particular to little carving golden picture structure.
Background
In the traditional manufacturing process of the micro-carving golden picture, because the color of the gold is single, the printing ink pigment is usually attached to the surface of the gold, so that the printing ink pigment and the gold are combined into the golden picture, and the color of the gold and the color of the printing ink pigment are mutually reflected, so that the special visual effect and artistic aesthetic feeling can be presented.
In fact, because the adhesion of the ink pigment on the gold surface is not good enough, and the adhesion between the gold and the ink pigment is relatively poor, some ways of changing direction and compounding the gold and the ink pigment are often adopted in the prior art to make the gold painting: printing the color of the printing ink on the plastic film, then bonding the gold layer and the printing ink pigment layer through various kinds of glue, and compounding the plastic film, the printing ink pigment layer, the glue layer and the gold layer into the gold painting. Or printing a printing coating which is easy to absorb ink pigments on the surface of the gold layer, and then attaching the ink pigments on the printing coating so as to compound the gold layer, the printing coating and the ink pigments into the gold painting. In the golden picture structure, because a glue layer or a printing coating is arranged between the golden layer and the printing ink pigment layer, the luster and the texture of the golden layer are covered by the glue layer or the printing coating, and cannot be expressed dominantly. In view of visual effect, the appearance texture of the gold painting is poor, and the gold painting has obvious film feel or plastic package feel, and the color reflected by the glue layer or the printing coating can be mixed with the color reflected by the gold painting, so that the color of the gold painting in vision is far from the color of normal gold metal, the gold painting is difficult to restore the color and texture of the gold metal, and the integral aesthetic feeling and texture of the gold painting are poor.
In order to better understand the above prior art, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a gold painting structure in the prior art, and the mark E in fig. 1 refers to the eyes of the human body, because the gold painting is mainly used for display decoration and the viewer is generally a person, the eyes of the human body are used as the visual receivers here. In fig. 1, a mark a indicates the ink pigment layer, a mark B indicates the glue layer or the print coat layer, a mark C indicates the gold layer, a mark D indicates the plastic substrate, and a dotted arrow indicates a light propagation direction.
As shown in fig. 1, firstly, the light reflected outward by the gold layer C needs to sequentially pass through the glue layer or the print coating B, the ink pigment layer a, and the plastic film D to be finally received by the eyes E of the human body, the expression of the color of the gold layer C is difficult, and the color brightness of the gold layer C sensed by the eyes E of the human body is weak. Secondly, because the glue layer or the printing coating B is closer to the eyes E of the human body, and the golden layer C is farther from the eyes E of the human body, the light reflected outwards by the glue layer or the printing coating B always reaches the eyes E of the human body before the light reflected outwards by the golden layer C, and the color and texture of the glue layer or the printing coating B are always expressed before the color and texture of the golden layer C, for an observer, the visual sense that the golden layer C is sealed and shielded by the film or the plastic is provided, namely the film sense or the plastic sense. Moreover, the light reflected outward by the glue layer or the printed coating B and the light reflected outward by the gold layer C are superposed and then reach the eyes E of the human body, the light received by the eyes E of the human body is no longer the light reflected outward by the gold layer C, and the luster and texture of the gold layer C are greatly reduced for the viewer.
The above is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, and does not represent an admission that the above is prior art.

The utility model provides a micro-carving golden picture structure for make micro-carving golden picture finished product, this micro-carving golden picture finished product can use the non-setting adhesive, UV (ultra Rays, Ultraviolet ray) glue or the compound glue of other article types to mount on the board or PET (Polyethylene terephthalate, polyester resin), PVC (Polyvinyl chloride ), OPP (O-phenyl phenol, O-phenylphenol), various types of panel or sheet such as acrylic, then dress frame; or for the decoration of table ornaments and the duplication of pictures. In the following embodiments, the micro-carving golden picture structure is described as a golden picture structure, and the micro-carving golden picture finished product is described as a golden picture finished product for simplifying the description.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the micro-carving golden picture structure includes: the gold layer 1, the gold layer 1 has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 which are oppositely arranged, the first surface 11 is formed with a plurality of micropore structures 111, the second surface 12 is formed with a plurality of dents 121, and a dent 121 is formed between every two adjacent micropore structures 111; the pigment layer 2, the pigment layer 2 is disposed on the first surface 11, and a portion of the pigment layer 2 is filled in the plurality of micro-porous structures 111.
In this embodiment, the gold layer 1 may be a gold sheet structure formed by pressing, the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 may be upper and lower surfaces of the gold layer 1, and the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 are uneven surfaces, but the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 observed by naked eyes are relatively even, where the case where the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 are uneven surfaces mainly refers to a case observed in a microscopic state. The gold layer 1 is made of gold, so that the gold layer 1 can reflect gold metallic luster outwards, and the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 of the gold layer 1 can have certain lines, so that the gold layer 1 has specific visual texture. The micro-pore structure 111 and the dent 121 structure on the first surface 11 of the gold layer 1 may be formed by pressing on the gold layer 1, wherein the opening size of the micro-pore structure 111 is in the micron scale, that is, the micro-pore structure 111 is an extremely micro-pore structure, and the micro-pore structure 111 is not a through-hole structure, that is, the micro-pore structure 111 is not disposed through the upper and lower surfaces of the gold layer 1, but has only one open pore structure, and the opening is located on the first surface 11. Generally, the number of the micro-porous structures 111 formed on the first surface 11 is large, and the effect of the micro-porous structures is to greatly increase the contact area between the pigment layer 2 and the gold layer 1, so that the pigment layer 2 is firmly attached to the gold layer 1. The width of the dent 121 can be large or small, and the depth can be deep or shallow, the dent 121 comprises an indentation formed by pressing the convex structure on the surface of the mold in the gold pressing process and a trace formed between the two microporous structures 111 when the two microporous structures 111 are formed on the first surface 11 in a pressing manner, the former dent 121 is generally visible with naked eyes and obvious in appearance trace, and is mainly used for defining the outline boundary of the pattern on the gold painting finished product, such as the outline boundary of mountain and mountain patterns, boat patterns, bird patterns, attic patterns and the like; the latter indentation 121 is not visible to the naked eye and needs to be observed in a microscopic state.
The pigment layer 2 can be an ink pigment layer 2, the pigment layer 2 generally has at least one color, the pigment layer 2 can be coated on the first surface 11 of the gold layer 1 through a spraying and printing process, the micropore structure 111 and the dent 121 structure on the gold layer 1 can also be formed by pressing the gold layer 1 and the pigment layer 2 together after the pigment layer 2 is coated on the surface of the gold layer 1, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the pigment layer 2 can be uneven or non-smooth surfaces. It is to be noted that the process of forming the micro-hole structures 111 and the dents 121 on the surface of the gold layer 1 is not limited to the pressing process, and in the present embodiment, only the forming manner of the micro-hole structures 111 and the dents 121 is illustrated, and the forming manner or process of the micro-hole structures 111 and the dents 121 is not limited only. The pigment layer 2 can partially cover the whole first surface 11 and the hole walls of all the microporous structures 111, or partially cover the hole walls of all the microporous structures 111 and partially cover the first surface 11 and the hole walls of all the microporous structures 111, depending on the actual need for making the golden painting, because the pigment layer 2 and the golden layer 1 are combined into the golden painting, mainly combining the colors and textures of the pigment and the golden, and enriching the layering sense, the visual impact force and the color expression of the golden painting, different patterns drawn on the golden painting finished product according to needs, and the combination of the pigment layer 2 and the golden layer 1 has the possible mode. For example, the mountains need to be painted on the golden painting finished product, the mountains need to be painted, and the periphery of the mountains does not need to be painted, so that the area of the surface of the gold layer 1 where the mountain graphs need to be painted needs to be covered with paint, and the area of the gold layer 1 at the periphery of the mountains does not need to be covered with paint.
In this embodiment scheme, the pore walls of the plurality of microporous structures 111 contact and attach to part of the pigment layer 2, the plurality of microporous structures 111 greatly increase the contact area or the attachment area between the pigment layer 2 and the first surface 11, and meanwhile, the plurality of microporous structures 111 also accommodate and limit part of the pigment layer 2, so that the attachment degree of the pigment layer 2 on the gold layer 1 is greatly improved, and the pigment layer 2 can be stably and reliably attached to the surface of the gold layer 1. Because the gold layer 1 and the pigment layer 2 in the micro-carving gold painting structure are mutually attached, an intermediate dielectric layer is not arranged between the gold layer 1 and the pigment layer, and the expression of the color and texture of the gold layer 1 is not shielded or influenced by the intermediate dielectric layer, the gold light reflected outwards by the gold layer 1 can be directly reflected with the light with the color reflected outwards by the pigment layer 2 in an intersecting manner, and the light sensation of the colored glaze color can be formed on the surface of the pigment layer 2, so that the appearance aesthetic feeling and the texture of the micro-carving gold painting are greatly improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, at least some of the indentations 121 have different depths; and/or, at least some of the indentations 121 have different widths; and/or the spacing between at least some of the dimples 121 may be different.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the dimple 121 is not necessarily a regular shape such as a rectangle, a trapezoid, etc., and even the cross-sectional shape of the dimple 121 is irregular to a considerable extent. The inner wall of the indentation 121 may be a smooth surface or a rough surface.
The depth of the dent 121 refers to a distance between the lowest point of the bottom wall of the dent 121 and the center of the opening of the dent 121, the width of the dent 121 refers to a distance between two opposite inner sidewalls of the dent 121, and the distance between the dent 121 and the dent 121 refers to a distance between the centers of the openings of the two dents 121. The depth of at least some of the dimples 121 is different, indicating that there is a difference in depth between some of the dimples 121; the width of at least some of the dents 121 is different, which indicates that there is a difference in width of traces between some of the dents 121; the different spacing between at least some of the dimples 121 indicates that some of the dimples 121 are non-uniformly distributed, or that the distribution density of the plurality of dimples 121 on the second surface 12 is different. The difference in depth and/or width and/or spacing between the indentations 121 means that the indentations 121 are not strictly arranged according to a specific rule, but are designed and adjusted according to the actual required effect of the golden picture finished product, so as to meet the manufacturing requirements of different golden picture finished products.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a portion of the dents 121 is disposed in an arc shape; alternatively, a portion of each dimple 121 is disposed in an arc segment.
In this embodiment, since the outline of the final pressed graphic picture on the gold drawing finished product is mostly an arc-shaped outline, a part of the corresponding dent 121 formed by the pressing process may also have a part that shows arc-segment setting, or the whole dent 121 is arc-segment setting, so as to be identical to the outline structure of the target graphic picture, and the dent 121 may also be designed and adjusted according to actual needs, so as to meet the manufacturing needs of different gold drawing finished products.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the micro-carving golden painting structure further includes a first thin film layer 3 disposed on a side of the pigment layer 2 opposite to the first surface 11, and the first thin film layer 3 is made of a transparent material.
In this embodiment, the first thin film layer 3 covers the pigment layer 2 for protecting the pigment layer 2 and preventing the pigment layer 2 from being stained with dust, scratched, and the like, and the first thin film layer 3 is also used for displaying the color and texture of the pigment layer 2 and the gold layer 1. The first thin film layer 3 may be a transparent plastic film or the like, so that the gloss reflected by the gold layer 1 and the pigment layer 2 can be displayed outward through the first thin film layer 3. The first thin film layer 3, the pigment layer 2 and the gold layer 1 can be compounded through a pressing process, the first thin film layer 3 is connected to the upper surface of the pigment layer 2, the lower surface of the pigment layer 2 is connected with the first surface 11 of the gold layer 1, and the first thin film layer 3, the pigment layer 2 and the gold layer 1 are sequentially overlapped from top to bottom to form a three-layer structure.
It should be noted that, the gold layer 1 and the pigment layer 2 are not connected through an intermediate medium of glue, and the pigment layer 2 is directly attached to the first surface 11 of the gold layer 1 through processes such as pressing, so that the gold layer 1 can be peeled off and recovered under the action of an external force, and particularly, when the first thin film layer 3 is arranged on the pigment layer 2, the pigment layer 2 is not easily peeled off along with the gold layer 1 when the gold layer 1 is peeled off relative to the pigment layer 2 due to the adhesive force between the first thin film layer 3 and the pigment layer 2, which makes the recovery of the gold layer 1 very convenient.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the thickness of the first film layer 3 is greater than or equal to 0.05mm and less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
In this embodiment, the first thin film layer 3 with too large thickness may interfere with the expression of the luster and texture of the gold layer 1 and the pigment layer 2, and the first thin film layer 3 with too thin thickness may not have the effect of stably supporting and connecting the pigment layer 2, and may increase the difficulty of the process. The thickness of first thin film layer 3 in this embodiment is more than or equal to 0.05mm and less than or equal to 0.2mm to compromise the expression effect of the gloss and the feel of golden layer 1 and pigment layer 2, and guarantee the stability of being connected of first thin film layer 3 and pigment layer 2, the process technology degree of difficulty of first thin film layer 3 that thickness is more than or equal to 0.05mm and less than or equal to 0.2mm is also little simultaneously, make easily and produce, can satisfy the manufacturing needs of this golden picture structure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the micro-carving golden painting structure further includes a second thin film layer 4 disposed on the second surface 12, and the second thin film layer 4 is used for protecting the golden layer 1.
In this embodiment, the second thin film layer 4 may be a plastic thin film layer, and the second thin film layer 4 is used for including the gold layer 1, so as to prevent the gold layer 1 from being stained with dust, scratched, and the like. Because the first film layer 3 is not used for displaying the gloss or texture of the golden picture structure, the first film layer 3 may be a transparent structure or a non-transparent structure. The second thin film layer 4 can be connected with the gold layer 1 through a pressing process, and the second thin film layer 4 can completely cover the surface of the gold layer 1 so as to comprehensively protect the gold layer 1.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the distance between the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 is defined as L, and L is greater than or equal to 20nm and less than or equal to 800 nm.
In this embodiment, because the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 of the actual gold layer 1 are not flat surfaces, any point on the first surface 11 is taken as a first position point, the first position point is orthographically projected to the second surface 12, and a corresponding second position point is formed on the second surface 12, and the distance L between the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 defined in this embodiment is a linear distance between the first position point and the second position point.
Gold itself is a relatively expensive metal, if the thickness of the gold layer 1 is too large, the cost of the final gold painting finished product is relatively high, and a considerable part of gold between the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 of the gold layer 1 may not contribute much to the color and texture of the gold painting finished product, that is, a part of gold in the gold layer 1 may also shield other parts of gold, and when the thickness of the gold layer 1 is increased, the gloss and texture of the gold layer 1 are not greatly improved, which causes gold waste. If the gold layer 1 is too thin, the gold layer 1 is difficult to machine and form and is easy to break. Therefore, in the embodiment, the thickness of the gold layer 1 is set to be greater than or equal to 20nm and less than or equal to 800nm, so that the gold layer 1 is easy to produce and mold, the cost is relatively lower, the price is easy to price accepted by consumers, and the final luster and texture of the golden picture finished product are ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 are disposed non-parallel.
In this embodiment, the distance between the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 of the gold layer 1 is not fixed, the thicknesses of the parts of the gold layer 1 are different, the thicknesses of the parts of the gold layer 1 are designed and expressed according to the picture of the actual gold picture finished product, a specific shape and a specific width are formed at each part of the gold layer 1 through a specific pressing process, and the thicknesses of each part of the gold picture can be designed and adjusted according to the effect of the actual gold picture finished product, so as to meet the manufacturing requirements of different gold picture finished products.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a surface of the pigment layer facing the gold layer and a surface of the pigment layer facing away from the gold layer are disposed in a non-parallel manner.
In this embodiment, in the process of combining the pigment layer 2 with the gold layer 1 through spraying, printing, and the like, and a pressing process, the spreading thickness of the pigment layer 2 on the gold layer 1 is not the same everywhere, but has randomness naturally brought by a process flow, so that the distance between the upper surface and the lower surface of the pigment layer 2 is not fixed, and the thicknesses of the parts of the pigment layer 2 are different. In addition, according to the manufacturing requirement or the aesthetic requirement of the actual golden picture finished product, a thicker or thinner pigment layer 2 can be covered on a specific part of the golden layer 1 to realize a specific light sensation effect.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, at least some of the microporous structures 111 have different shapes; and/or, at least some of the microporous structures 111 have different depths; and/or the spacing between at least some of the microporous structures 111 may be different.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the microporous structure 111 refers to a shape defined by the walls of the microporous structure 111, and the shape of the microporous structure 111 can be defined by the shape of the cross section or the longitudinal section of the microporous structure 111, for example, when the microporous structure 111 is a circular hole, the cross section of each part of the microporous structure 111 is circular. The depth of the microporous structure 111 refers to the distance from the lowest point of the bottom wall of the microporous structure 111 to the center of the opening of the microporous structure 111. The distance between the two microporous structures 111 may be a straight-line distance between the centers of the openings of the two microporous structures 111.
The different depths of at least some of the microporous structures 111 indicate that there is a difference in depth between some of the microporous structures 111; the shape of at least part of the microporous structures 111 is different, which means that there is a difference in shape structure between the pore walls of part of the microporous structures 111; the different spacing between at least some of the microporous structures 111 indicates that some of the microporous structures 111 are non-uniformly distributed, or the distribution density of the microporous structures 111 on the first surface 11 is different. The difference in depth and/or shape and/or spacing between the partial microporous structures 111 means that the arrangement of the microporous structures 111 is not strictly arranged according to a specific rule, but is designed and adjusted according to the actual required effect of the finished golden picture, so as to meet the manufacturing requirements of different finished golden picture products.
For better understanding of the embodiment, referring to fig. 4, from the microstructure, the distribution form of the pigment layer 2 on the surface of the gold layer 1 is a plurality of micro dots 21, that is, the pigment layer 2 is actually composed of a plurality of micro dots 21 with different shapes and sizes, each micro dot 21 has a certain thickness, when the pigment layer 2 is pressed with the gold layer 1, the micro dot 21 will sink into the gold layer 1, so that a recess is formed on the contact surface between the gold layer 1 and the pigment layer 2, and the recess is a micro-porous structure 111. Since the pigment layer 2 actually has a huge number of micro-dots 21, and there are differences in the shapes, thicknesses and spacings of the micro-dots 21, a plurality of micro-pore structures 111 are correspondingly formed on the first surface 11 of the gold layer 1, and there are also differences in the depths, shapes and spacings of the micro-pore structures 111.
