Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a spoon and shovel apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a side elevational schematic view of the spoon and spatula assembly of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a top schematic view of the spoon and shovel apparatus of fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the spoon and shovel apparatus of fig. 1 inserted on a pot.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the spoon and shovel device 100 of the present embodiment is adapted to be inserted into a rim 101 (shown in fig. 4) of a pot 10. In this embodiment, the spoon-shovel device 100 may be a slice or a spoon, and the type of the spoon-shovel device 100 is not limited thereto. The spoon-shovel apparatus 100 includes a handle portion 110, a spoon-shovel portion 120, and a connecting portion 122. The connecting portion 122 is located between the handle portion 110 and the spoon blade portion 120, and the connecting portion 122 connects the handle portion 110 and the spoon blade portion 120.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the connecting portion 122 has at least one groove 124 for inserting into the rim 101 of the pot 10, so as to fix the spoon and shovel apparatus 100 on the pot 10. Therefore, the user can temporarily fix the spoon and shovel apparatus 100 on the pot 10 by inserting the spoon and shovel apparatus 100 into the rim 101 of the pot 10, thereby preventing the conventional apparatus from being directly placed on the table to contaminate the table and the spoon or shovel.
In the present embodiment, the number of the grooves 124 is, for example, one, and the depth H2 of the groove 124 is less than or equal to half of the width H1 of the handle portion 110. Such a design may provide the spoon and shovel apparatus 100 with greater structural strength. Of course, the relationship between the depth H2 of the groove 124 and the width H1 of the handle portion 110 is not so limited.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, handle portion 110 includes a first end 112 and a second end 114 opposite to each other, and first end 112 is connected to connecting portion 122. The bottom of spoon blade 120 is free from plane S in which first end 112 and second end 114 of handle portion 110 lie. The distance D between the bottom of spoon blade 120 and the plane S of first end 112 and second end 114 of handle portion 110 is between 3 cm and 10 cm, but the range of distance D is not limited thereto.
Such a design allows the spoon and shovel apparatus 100 to be directly placed on a table top without being inserted into the pot 10, so that the bottom of the spoon and shovel portion 120 can be free from the table top, thereby avoiding the dirty portion on the table top, and no additional dishes are needed to accommodate the spoon and shovel portion 120, which is convenient to use.
In this embodiment, handle portion 110 is arch-bridge shaped relative to a plane S in which first end 112 and second end 114 lie. That is, handle portion 110 may resemble two ends of a bridge at first end 112 and second end 114, with handle portion 110 being concave upward at a location between first end 112 and second end 114. Such a design is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also facilitates the user's hand to smoothly pass through the handle portion 110 between the first end 112 and the second end 114 to grip the handle portion 110.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the spoon blade portion 120 has a first portion 126 close to the connecting portion 122 and a second portion 127 far from the connecting portion 122. The arc of the first portion 126 is greater than the arc of the second portion 127. In detail, the first portion 126 is a concave surface with a larger curvature, so as to be suitable for holding soup or food. The second portion 127 is, for example, concave with a small curvature, suitable for scooping up food. Of course, the form of the spoon blade portion 120 is not so limited.
Other forms of spoon and spatula arrangements will now be described. Fig. 5 to 8 are schematic views of various spoon and shovel devices according to other embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the key blade device 100a of fig. 5 is different from the key blade device 100 of fig. 1 in that, in the present embodiment, the depth H3 of the groove 124a is greater than or equal to half of the width H1 of the handle portion 110. Such a design can allow the spoon and turner device 100a to be inserted more deeply into the rim 101 of the pot 10 (fig. 4), thereby improving the stability.
Referring to fig. 6, the key blade device 100b of fig. 6 differs from the key blade device 100a of fig. 5 mainly in that, in fig. 5, the groove 124a is located on the left side of the connecting portion 122, which is convenient for a right-handed user to operate. In the present embodiment, the groove 124b is located at the right side of the connecting portion 122, which is convenient for left-handed users to operate. In fig. 6, the groove 124b is a groove having a large depth as an example, but a groove having a small depth as shown in fig. 1 may be used.
Referring to fig. 7, the key blade device 100c of fig. 7 is different from the key blade device 100 of fig. 1 in that, in the present embodiment, the key blade device 100c includes two grooves 124, 124b, and the two grooves 124, 124b are recessed on two opposite sides of the connecting portion 122. Such a design may be convenient for both right-handed and left-handed users to operate. In addition, in the embodiment, the two grooves 124 and 124b are symmetrical in the extending direction of the handle portion 110, so that the appearance is complete and beautiful.
Referring to fig. 8, the key blade device 100d of fig. 8 is different from the key blade device 100c of fig. 7 in that, in the present embodiment, the two grooves 124d and 124e are staggered in the extending direction of the handle portion 110, so that the grooves 124d and 124e have a larger depth and provide a good structural strength.
To sum up, the spoon and shovel device of the present invention has a connecting portion between the handle portion and the spoon and shovel portion, and the spoon and shovel device is fixed on the pot by inserting the pot edge of the pot through the groove on the connecting portion. The design avoids the condition that the existing device is directly placed on a table surface to pollute the table surface and a spoon or a shovel.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
