Each of the first tabs 213 includes a connection portion and a bent portion, one end of the connection portion is connected to the electrode assembly 211, and the other end of the connection portion passes through the packaging bag 211 and extends in a direction away from the packaging bag 212 along the second direction Y; one end of the bending part is connected with one end of the connecting part far away from the main body, and the other end extends along the first direction X. Between any two adjacent battery cells 210, the extending directions of the bending portions of the two corresponding first tabs are opposite, wherein a pair of bending portions of the two adjacent battery cells 210, which are close to each other, are overlapped and welded.
In this embodiment, the battery cells 210 are connected in series, and the polarities of the first tabs 213 corresponding to the positions of the battery cells 210 are opposite. It can be understood that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the electric cores 210 can be connected in parallel, and at this time, the first tabs connected to each other are set to have the same polarity, and meanwhile, the first tabs with positive polarity are connected through a copper bar, and the first tabs with negative polarity are connected through another copper bar.
Further, in order to prevent the bending portion from being easily damaged and deformed due to suspension, the electric core assembly 200 further includes a first supporting member 220. Specifically, referring back to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in combination with other figures, the first supporting member 220 is disposed at one end of the packaging bag 212 close to the first separator 300 and abuts against the packaging bag 212, and along the first direction X, the first supporting member 220 abuts against the packaging bags 212 of the two battery cells 210; the bent portion of the first tab 213 is supported at an end of the first supporting member 220 away from the package bag 212. Optionally, the first support member 220 is made of foam, the foam is a breathable structure, and the first support member 220 may be used to bear the bent portion of the first tab 213, and may also allow high-temperature gas generated by the battery cell 210 to pass through.
Referring to fig. 8, the first separator 300 is shown in a perspective view, and in combination with other figures, the first separator 300 is a flat plate-like or sheet-like structure, and is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111, and is disposed between the first side and the first side wall 121, and substantially covers the first side of the electric core assembly 200. In this embodiment, two ends of the first spacer 300 respectively abut against the first side of the electric core assembly 200 and the housing sidewall 120 along the second direction Y to ensure that the first spacer 300 is compactly installed between the housing 100 and the electric core assembly 200, thereby preventing the first spacer 300 from freely moving, and in other embodiments, the first spacer 300 may be adhesively fixed to the electric core assembly or the sidewall. The deformation temperature of the first spacer 300 is a first threshold, the first spacer 300 will be deformed by heat when receiving a temperature higher than the first threshold, a first pressure relief channel is formed between the first side of the electric core assembly 200 and the casing 100, and the first threshold is lower than the thermal runaway temperature of the electric core assembly 200. It is worth mentioning that the first separator 300 may be embodied in the form of "deformation" in which the volume of the first separator 300 is shrunk or melted or gasified; in this embodiment, the first spacer 300 shrinks when heated. Optionally, the first spacer 300 is made of a fusible material; further alternatively, the first separator 300 is formed by foam with a lower melting point, and the foam has elasticity, so that the first separator 300 can perform the function of exhausting and preventing explosion when the electric core assembly is out of control due to heat, and can also perform the function of buffering and preventing shock when the battery pack normally works, thereby preventing the electric core assembly 200 from being impacted by strong force. Of course, those skilled in the art can adapt the first separator 300 based on the above embodiments, as long as the first separator 300 can be deformed by the high-temperature gas and a first pressure relief channel is formed between the first side and the housing; for example: in other embodiments of the present invention, the first spacer is an air bag.
The first spacer 300 is provided with a limiting groove 310 at an end away from the power core assembly 200, and correspondingly, the first side wall is provided with a limiting protrusion 112 corresponding to the limiting groove 310 at a corresponding position, and the limiting protrusion is matched with the limiting groove to facilitate the installation, positioning and fixing of the first spacer 300. Alternatively, the limiting recess 310 extends in the first direction. It is understood that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the limiting groove may be disposed on the inner wall of the housing, and correspondingly, the limiting protrusion is disposed on the first spacer.
And a pressure relief part which is provided in the casing 100 and is weaker than other parts of the casing 100, and which has an air passage with the first separator 300, wherein the pressure relief part is used for allowing high-temperature gas to pass through when the high-temperature gas is generated by the core assembly 200 due to thermal runaway and the like, so that the high-temperature gas escapes from the casing 100. In this embodiment, the pressure relief portion is a pressure relief hole structure; specifically, please refer to fig. 3, which shows a schematic perspective view of the top wall 130, the outer surface of the top wall 130 is provided with a display panel lamp hole 131 and a key hole 132 which are communicated with the accommodating cavity 111, and the pressure relief hole includes the display panel lamp hole 131 and/or the key hole 132. Then, the high-temperature gas escaping from the electric core assembly 200 escapes from the housing 100 through the first pressure relief passage, the air passage, and the pressure relief hole in sequence. It is understood that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the pressure relief portion may have other structures as long as it can allow the high-temperature gas to pass through when the high-temperature gas is generated by the cell assembly; for example: in other embodiments of the present invention, the pressure relief portion may also be an explosion-proof structure, the explosion-proof structure includes an explosion-proof plate, the high-temperature gas rushes the explosion-proof plate to flow out of the casing 100, the explosion-proof plate may be a weak area with low strength of the casing 100 itself, the explosion-proof plate may also be a thin film structure additionally covered after the opening of the casing 100, and the explosion-proof plate may also be an explosion-proof film structure installed on the explosion-proof valve on the casing 100. In addition, the pressure relief portion may also be directly in contact with the first spacer, and at this time, the gas escaping from the core assembly 200 directly escapes from the housing 100 through the first pressure relief channel and the pressure relief portion, for example, the pressure relief portion may directly contact with the first sidewall provided with the protrusion 112 in this embodiment.
For the glue, it fills the gap between at least a partial region outside the first side of the electric core assembly 200 and the housing 100 to fix the electric core assembly 200 and the housing 100. In the embodiment, the glue is pouring glue; it is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the glue may also be other curable fluid materials such as foaming glue, silica gel, etc., which are not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the battery pack further includes a buffer assembly 500, please refer to fig. 5 in detail, in combination with other figures. The buffer assembly 500 has a certain elasticity, and is disposed between at least a partial region of the cell assembly 200 outside the first side and the inner wall of the casing 100, and cooperates with the first separator 300, so that each of the cells 210 and the first supporting member 220 can be maintained at a relatively fixed position. The buffering assembly 500 includes an end buffer 510 and a side buffer 520; the end buffer 510 is disposed between the second side of the core assembly and the inner wall of the housing 100, and the side buffer 242 is disposed between the side of the core assembly 200 between the first side and the second side and the housing 100. Optionally, the end bumper 510 and/or the side bumper 520 are foam.
Further, the battery core assembly 200 further includes a separator 230 disposed between the battery cells 210. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the separator 230 is a flat sheet structure and can limit the passage of the glue, and the separator 230 is disposed such that a certain safety gap is formed between two adjacent battery cells 210, and the safety gap provides a certain margin for the expansion of the battery cells 210. Optionally, the spacer 230 is an elastic member, and when the battery cell is out of control due to thermal runaway, the spacer 230 can efficiently absorb the expansion amount of the battery cell 210 through elastic deformation, so as to avoid the hidden danger of explosion caused by too large internal air pressure of the battery cell 210. Further optionally, the separator 230 is a gas-permeable structure, and after a part of the high-temperature gas escapes from the center of the battery cell 210, the high-temperature gas flows through the separator 230 to the first supporting member 220, and then sequentially escapes to the casing 100 through the first supporting member 220, the first pressure relief channel, the air channel, and the pressure relief portion. Further optionally, the spacer 230 is made of foam, which can allow the high-temperature gas generated by the electric core assembly to pass through the inside of the spacer, and can also restrict the passage of the potting adhesive. Further optionally, the central portion of the spacer 230 is provided with a hole structure penetrating along the first direction X, that is: the whole isolating piece 230 is in a shape of Chinese character 'hui', and the arrangement of the hole structure can reduce the resistance of the isolating piece 230 to high-temperature gas in the escaping process, so that a better exhaust explosion-proof effect is achieved.
