Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, according to any of the above embodiments, the air conditioner further includes a roller assembly 200, wherein the roller assembly 200 is mounted on the chassis 100; the roller assembly 200 includes a roller bracket 210 including a mounting seat 211 for mounting a roller 220, and a mounting shaft 212 (see fig. 11) configured on the mounting seat 211; the chassis 100 is configured with mounting holes 112 for the mounting shafts 212 to pass through.
Specifically, the number of the roller assemblies 200 is plural, and the plural roller assemblies 200 cooperate to drive the air conditioner to move as a whole. Specifically, the number of the roller assemblies 200 is four, two of the roller assemblies 200 are disposed at one end of the base plate 110, and the other two roller assemblies 200 are disposed at the other end of the base plate 110. Accordingly, the base plate 110 is configured with four mounting holes 112, and the four mounting holes 112 are respectively installed for the mounting shafts 212 of the four roller assemblies 200. The upper end of the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 is provided with a thread, and after the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 passes through the mounting hole 112 from bottom to top, the mounting shaft 212 is screwed to the chassis 100 by a nut, so that the roller bracket 210 and the chassis 100 are connected and fixed. Then, can also glue between nut and installation axle 212 to bond the fastening with nut and installation axle 212, improve the stability that these two are connected.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment, a positioning portion 213 is formed at an end of the mounting shaft 212 close to the mounting seat 211, and the positioning portion 213 is disposed in a polygon shape; the bottom surface of the bottom plate 110 is configured with a positioning groove 151 located at the periphery of the mounting hole 112, and the positioning groove 151 is adapted to the positioning portion 213 for accommodating the positioning portion 213.
Specifically, a support portion 214 is further formed at one end of the mounting shaft 212 close to the mounting seat 211, and a positioning portion 213 is formed on the upper side surface of the support portion 212 of the mounting shaft 212; the lower surface of the bottom plate 110 is convexly provided with a supporting boss 150 for the supporting portion 214 to abut against, and the central portion of the supporting boss 150 is concavely formed with a positioning groove 151 to correspond to the positioning portion 213. During assembly, the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 passes through the mounting hole 112 upwards until the positioning portion 213 on the mounting shaft 212 enters the positioning groove 151, the positioning portion 213 abuts against the bottom of the positioning groove 151, the mounting shaft 212 cannot move upwards continuously, and the mounting shaft 212 is prompted to be mounted in place; a nut may then be placed over the upper end of the mounting shaft 212 to tighten the mounting shaft 212 onto the chassis 100.
When the roller 220 rolls, the roller bracket 210 also has a tendency of rotating relative to the mounting hole 112, but because the positioning portion 213 on the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 is polygonal, the positioning portion 213 is defined in the positioning groove 151 and is not easy to rotate, so that the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 cannot rotate, the mounting shaft 212 is prevented from rotating relative to the mounting hole 112 and slipping, and the roller 220 is ensured to stably drive the air conditioner to integrally move.
As for the shape of the positioning portion 213 on the mounting shaft 212, there may be, but not limited to: the positioning portion 213 may be provided in any one of a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, a pentagonal shape, a hexagonal shape, and the like. The shape of the positioning groove 151 is required to be identical to the shape of the positioning portion 213. Specifically, the positioning portion 213 is hexagonally disposed, and accordingly, the positioning groove 151 is also hexagonally disposed.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, it is considered that, when water remains on the lower surface of the chassis 100 due to the lower end of the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 exposed to the environment, the water may penetrate between the mounting hole 112 and the mounting shaft 212, resulting in the corrosion damage of the mounting shaft 212. To reduce this, a first retaining ring 113 is optionally formed on the lower surface of the bottom plate 110, and the first retaining ring 113 surrounds the lower periphery of the mounting hole 112.
Specifically, since the supporting boss 150 corresponds to the mounting hole 112, the first baffle ring 113 surrounds the periphery of the supporting boss 150, and the inner wall surface of the first baffle ring 113 is connected to the periphery of the supporting boss 150, so as to enhance the strength of the first baffle ring 113. When the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 is fixedly connected to the mounting hole 112, the first baffle ring 113 surrounds the lower end of the mounting shaft 212, and the first baffle ring 113 can block water around the mounting shaft 212 and prevent the water from flowing between the mounting shaft 212 and the mounting hole 112 to prevent the mounting shaft 212 from being rusted. Moreover, the first baffle ring 113 can also strengthen the strength of the periphery of the mounting hole 112, so that the periphery of the mounting hole 112 is not easy to break, the stability of connection between the mounting hole 112 and the mounting shaft 212 is improved, and the roller assembly 200 is ensured to be stably mounted. In addition, since the roller 220 generally rolls on the ground and the first baffle ring 113 surrounds the lower end of the mounting shaft 212, a bump object on the ground can be prevented from colliding with the mounting shaft 212, and the occurrence of the mounting shaft 212 being broken by collision can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, optionally, a second retaining ring 114 may be configured on the upper surface of the bottom plate 110, and the second retaining ring 114 surrounds the periphery of the upper edge of the mounting hole 112. Specifically, when the mounting shaft 212 of the roller bracket 210 is fixedly coupled to the mounting hole 112, the second retaining ring 114 surrounds the upper end of the mounting shaft 212 and the nut fitted over the upper end of the mounting shaft, and the second retaining ring 114 can retain water around the mounting shaft 212 to prevent the water from flowing between the mounting shaft 212 and the mounting hole 112 to prevent the mounting shaft 212 from rusting. Moreover, the second retainer 114 can also reinforce the strength of the surrounding portion of the mounting hole 112, so that the surrounding portion of the mounting hole 112 is not easily broken, the stability of the connection between the mounting hole 112 and the mounting shaft 212 is improved, and the stable mounting of the roller assembly 200 is ensured. In addition, the first baffle ring 113 can also separate the mounting shaft 212 from other components on the upper surface of the chassis 100, so that other components on the chassis 100 are prevented from contacting and colliding with the mounting shaft 212 in the assembling process or the dropping experiment, and the occurrence of the situation that the mounting shaft 212 is broken by collision is reduced. The first retainer ring 113 and the second retainer ring 114 may be implemented in combination, or may be implemented individually.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, according to any of the above embodiments, the air conditioner further includes a housing installed on the chassis 100; the side plate 120 of the chassis 100 is formed with a plurality of coupling holes 121, and the coupling holes 121 are adapted to be coupled to the case by a coupling member. The attachment means may be a screw. Generally, the lower side of the casing covers the outer side of the side plate 120 of the chassis 100, the lower side of the casing is in contact with the side plate 120 of the chassis 100, the contact surface is large, the lower side of the casing easily wears the side plate 120 of the chassis 100, and the antirust or fireproof material coating on the side plate 120 of the chassis 100 is easily worn in a large area.
In view of this, to solve the above technical problem, an annular protrusion 122 may be protruded at the periphery of the connection hole 121, and the annular protrusion 122 is adapted to abut against the inner side surface of the housing after the connection hole 121 is connected to the housing through a connection member. Because the annular convex part 122 protrudes out of the surface of the side plate 120 of the chassis 100, when the annular convex part 122 abuts against the inner side surface of the shell, a gap is formed between the inner side surface of the shell and the side plate 120 of the chassis 100, and only the annular convex part 122 contacts with the inner side surface of the shell, so that the contact area between the shell and the side plate 120 of the chassis 100 can be greatly reduced, and the anti-rust or fireproof material coating on the side plate 120 of the chassis 100 is prevented from being abraded by a large area. In addition, the annular protrusion 122 may also strengthen the strength of the portion around the connection hole 121, so that the connection hole 121 is not easily broken, and the stability of the connection between the chassis 100 and the housing is improved.
Further, in order to prevent the annular protrusion 122 from falling off from the outer surface of the side plate 120, an extension edge 123 on the upper edge of the side plate 120 is configured at the upper end of the annular protrusion 122, and the extension edge 123 is fixedly connected with the upper edge of the side plate 120, so that the annular protrusion 122 is connected with both the outer surface and the upper edge of the side plate 120, and the annular protrusion 122 is not easily fallen off from the outer surface of the side plate 120.
Optionally, the bottom plate 110 of the chassis 100 is further configured with a water guard 140 located inside the connection hole 121, and both ends of the water guard 140 are connected with the side inner surface of the side plate 120 to form a water guard groove 141 corresponding to the connection hole 121 by enclosing with the side plate 120; the water guard plate 141 is further constructed with a relief groove 142 corresponding to the connection hole 121 of the side plate 110, and the relief groove 142 is adapted to allow a connector to penetrate through the connection hole 121.
Specifically, the lower side of the splash plate 140 is connected to the bottom plate 110, and both ends of the splash plate 140 are connected to the inner side of the side plate 120, thereby enclosing the side plate 120 to form a splash trough 141. The water guard 140 surrounds at least two of the connection holes 121. If water from the external environment infiltrates through the connection hole, the water is blocked by the water blocking plate 140 and can only reach the water blocking groove 141, so that the water cannot continuously infiltrate into the inside of the chassis 100 and further other components on the chassis 100 are not wetted.
When the connecting piece is used for connecting the shell with the connecting hole 121 of the chassis 100 in a penetrating manner, the inner end of the connecting piece penetrates into the abdicating groove 142, so that the water baffle 140 is prevented from interfering with the connecting piece; while also spacing the inner end of the connector from other components on the chassis 100 to prevent the inner end of the connector from contacting and hitting other components and damaging those components.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in an embodiment, the air conditioner further includes a scroll casing mounted on the base plate 100; the bottom plate 110 of the base plate 100 is convexly provided with a supporting piece 160, and the top of the supporting piece 160 is penetrated with a connecting hole 161 for connecting the volute, and the connecting hole 161 is suitable for being connected with the volute through a connecting piece. Specifically, the supporting member 160 is erected on the bottom plate 110 of the chassis 100 in a substantially triangular shape. The top of the support member 160 is a tip of a triangle. The supporting member 160 is formed with a connecting hole 161 formed therethrough at a position near the top thereof.
It is considered that, since the strength of the top end of the supporter 160 is small, when the supporter 160 is subjected to a large external force, the top end of the supporter 160 may be deformed or broken, resulting in the breakage of the connection hole 161. In view of this, in order to reduce the occurrence of this, the top surface of the supporting member 160 is optionally provided with a rib 162 protruding in an elongated shape, and the extending direction of the rib 162 coincides with the penetrating direction of the connecting hole 161. The strength of the top of the supporting member 160 can be increased by the reinforcing ribs 162, so that the top of the supporting member 160 is not easily deformed or broken when being subjected to a large external force, the integrity of the connecting holes 161 is ensured, and the stability of the connection between the supporting member 160 and the volute casing is improved.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, in an embodiment, the bottom plate 110 of the chassis 100 is further configured with a mounting position 115 for mounting the compressor, and a side plate 120 of the chassis 110 near the mounting position 115 is provided with a wire passing hole 124 for passing a power supply wire. The power cord of the air conditioner is connected with an external power supply after penetrating out of the wire through hole 124 so as to supply power to the air conditioner.
