The utility model provides a bowl basket, which is usually applied to a dish washing machine; of course, the bowl basket can also be used for household appliances such as a disinfection cabinet and the like needing to be provided with the bowl basket. The following description will be made with the dish basket disposed on the dishwasher.
Referring to fig. 6 and 9 to 13, in an embodiment of the present invention, the bowl basket 2 includes:
a basket body 21, the bottom of which is provided with a sliding chute 22 with a lateral opening; and
the liquid receiving disc 6 is arranged on the sliding groove 22 in a sliding mode;
a sliding guide structure is arranged between the liquid receiving disc 6 and the sliding chute 22; of course, the guiding direction of the sliding guide structure is the extending direction of the sliding groove 22.
The technical proposal of the utility model is that the liquid receiving disc 6 is arranged in the sliding groove 22 with a lateral opening in a sliding way, so that the liquid receiving disc 6 can be detached relative to the basket body 21 conveniently in a push-pull way; therefore, in the process of loading and carrying tableware such as bowls, dishes and cups to the machine body through the bowl basket 2, residual juice, water and the like on the tableware can be contained and received through the liquid receiving disc 6, so that the residual juice, the water and the like cannot drop to other places, and the user experience is improved; after the bowl basket 2 is placed in the cleaning cavity of the machine body, the liquid receiving disc 6 can be detached from the bottom of the basket body 21, so that the liquid receiving disc 6 is prevented from influencing the cleaning of the washing water on the tableware in the basket body 21, and the good cleaning effect is ensured. In addition, the bowl basket 2 in the technical scheme can be independently used as the draining bowl basket 2, so that the bowl basket is multifunctional and saves resources. Furthermore, in this technical solution, a sliding guide structure is provided between the liquid receiving tray 6 and the sliding groove 22, so that the liquid receiving tray 6 can be more smoothly and stably mounted and dismounted in the sliding groove 22.
Further, the bottom of the basket body 21 is provided with two hanging portions 23 disposed oppositely, the opposite side surfaces of the two hanging portions 23 are respectively provided with a sliding sub-groove 231, the sliding groove 22 includes the two sliding sub-grooves 231, and the two sliding sub-grooves 231 penetrate through the same side end of the hanging portion 23 to jointly form a lateral opening of the sliding groove 22. It can be understood that the technical scheme can realize the sliding of the liquid receiving disc 6 relative to the bottom of the basket body 21, and the area between the two hanging parts 23 can be used for the washing water to pass through without any obstacle after the liquid receiving disc 6 is detached, thereby ensuring the good washing effect.
Optionally, the basket body 21 includes a plurality of intersecting basket strips 210, and each suspension portion 23 is formed by extending and bending at least one basket strip 210; thus, the basket body 21 is simple in structure and easy to manufacture. In the present embodiment, the basket bar 210 for extending and bending the hanging portion 23 may be the basket bar 210 for forming the side wall of the basket body 21, or the basket bar 210 for forming the bottom of the basket body 21.
In the present embodiment, further, the sliding guide structure includes a pair of guide ribs 61 disposed on the bottom surface of the liquid receiving tray 6, and each guide rib 61 is correspondingly in sliding contact with the inner edge of one of the hanging portions 23. Note that the inner edge of each hanging portion 23 means an edge thereof close to the other hanging portion 23. It can be understood that the technical scheme directly utilizes the inner edge of the hanging part 23 to assist in guiding, so that the structure of the product is simpler; in addition, the two guide ribs 61 can also limit the liquid receiving disc 6 from shaking in the direction perpendicular to the guide ribs 61 after the liquid receiving disc 6 is loaded into the sliding chute 22, so that the assembly stability of the liquid receiving disc 6 at the bottom of the basket body 21 is improved. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the sliding guide structure may include a pair of guide grooves disposed on the bottom surface of the liquid receiving tray 6, and a guide sliding protrusion disposed on each sliding sub-groove 231, the guide sliding protrusion slides along the guide grooves to limit the liquid receiving tray 6 from sliding along the extending direction of the sliding groove 22.
In this embodiment, further, the first end of each guiding rib 61 extends obliquely to form a guiding rib 62, and in the direction away from the guiding rib 61, the two guiding ribs 62 are disposed to be close to each other. It can be understood that the distance between the ends of the two guiding ribs 62 far away from the guiding ribs 61 is smaller than the distance between the two guiding ribs 61, that is, the two guiding ribs 62 can more easily enter between the two hanging portions 23 and are gradually guided by the inclined guiding ribs 62, and the two guiding ribs 61 respectively and slidably abut against the inner edges of the corresponding hanging portions 23, so that the assembling convenience between the liquid receiving tray 6 and the sliding groove 22 can be improved.
Furthermore, a second end of at least one guide rib 61 is provided with a limit rib 63 extending away from the other guide rib 61, and the liquid receiving tray 6 slides into the sliding groove 22 until the limit rib 63 abuts against the side opening edge of the sliding groove 22; thus, on one hand, the final sliding position of the liquid receiving disc 6 can be limited, so that the liquid receiving disc 6 can be directly opposite to the lower part of the basket body 21; on the other hand, when the sliding groove 22 is a through groove, the liquid receiving plate 6 is prevented from entering from one end of the sliding groove 22 and sliding out of the sliding groove 22 from the other end, and the assembly convenience is improved.
Furthermore, the bottom surface of the liquid receiving disc 6 is also provided with a push-pull convex rib 64, and the push-pull convex rib 64 is positioned on one side of the limiting rib 63, which is far away from the guide rib 61; therefore, a user can conveniently push the liquid receiving plate 6 into the sliding groove 22 through the push-pull convex rib 64 and conveniently pull the liquid receiving plate 6 out of the sliding groove 22, and user experience is improved.
Further, the liquid receiving tray 6 is provided with a mark part 65 for indicating the sliding direction, so as to facilitate the foolproof installation of the liquid receiving tray 6 at the bottom of the basket body 21. Alternatively, the flag portion 65 is provided as an arrow flag. Optionally, the mark part 65 is disposed on the upper disc surface of the liquid receiving disc 6, which is more beneficial for the user to indicate than the mark part is disposed on the bottom surface of the liquid receiving disc 6.
Referring to fig. 6 to 10, in the present invention, further, a dish support member 5 is slidably disposed in the basket 2; therefore, the space distribution can be conveniently realized, and the adaptability of the bowl basket 2 to tableware with different specifications is improved; for example, when tableware has been placed adjacent to the dish support 5, which may interfere with placing the tableware on the dish support 5, the dish support 5 may be slid to a position suitable for placing the tableware to be currently placed, and then the tableware to be placed may be placed on the dish support 5; for another example, when a plurality of dish supporters 5 are disposed in parallel in the dish basket 2, the distance between the dish supporters 5 can be properly adjusted, so that the dishes on different dish supporters 5 do not interfere with each other, and the phenomenon that the dishes on different dish supporters 5 occupy space with each other is avoided.
Further, the dish support 5 includes:
a support part 51 provided with a plurality of dish placing positions 510; and
a sliding coupling part 52 provided at the bottom of the support part 51 to be slidably coupled with the bottom of the basket 2 to adjust the position of the dish support 5 in the basket 2.
