According to the technical scheme, the dish support piece 5 is arranged in the bowl basket 2 in a sliding mode, so that the space can be conveniently distributed, and the adaptability of the bowl basket 2 to tableware of different specifications is improved; for example, when tableware has been placed adjacent to the dish support 5, which may interfere with placing the tableware on the dish support 5, the dish support 5 may be slid to a position suitable for placing the tableware to be currently placed, and then the tableware to be placed may be placed on the dish support 5; for another example, when a plurality of dish supporters 5 are disposed in parallel in the dish basket 2, the distance between the dish supporters 5 can be properly adjusted, so that the dishes on different dish supporters 5 do not interfere with each other, and the phenomenon that the dishes on different dish supporters 5 occupy space with each other is avoided.
Further, the sliding connection portion 52 is provided with a sliding hole 521, and correspondingly, the bottom of the bowl basket 2 is provided with a sliding rail, and the sliding hole 521 is used for being slidably connected with the sliding rail so as to realize the sliding of the dish support 5 relative to the bowl basket 2. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the sliding groove 22 may be disposed at the bottom of the bowl basket 2, and accordingly, the sliding connection portion 52 is disposed as a sliding protrusion connected with the bottom of the support portion 51, and the sliding protrusion is slidably connected with the sliding groove 22. It should be noted that, for a bowl basket 2 whose bottom includes intersecting basket strips 210, the slide rail can be directly reused by the basket strips 210; and for the bowl basket 2 with the bottom configured as the hollowed-out plate, the slide rail can be a convex rib additionally arranged on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the bowl basket 2.
Further, the sliding connection portion 52 is further provided with a sliding-in notch 522 communicated with the sliding hole 521, and the sliding rail can enter and exit the sliding hole 521 through the sliding-in notch 522; thus, the dish support 5 can be detached relative to the basket 2, so that the dish support 5 can be detached according to actual requirements.
Alternatively, the opening width of the slide-in notch 522 is decreased in the direction from outside to inside, so that the slide rail can be easily installed into the slide hole 521 from the slide-in notch 522.
In this embodiment, optionally, the sliding connection portion 52 includes two reverse buckles 520 oppositely disposed, and the sliding hole 521 and the sliding notch 522 are formed between the two reverse buckles 520; it can be understood that the slide rail can be conveniently installed by the elasticity of the inverse buckle 520, and in addition, the slide rail can be well limited from sliding out by the buckling limit of the inverse buckle 520, and the turnover of the dish support member 5 can also be well limited.
Further, the supporting portion 51 includes two supporting members 511 disposed in parallel and a plurality of limiting members 512 disposed across the two supporting members 511, the limiting members 512 are disposed at intervals in sequence, and a dish placing position 510 is defined between any two adjacent limiting members 512; thus, on one hand, the lower ends of the dishes are supported by the two supporting pieces 511 which are arranged at intervals, so that more stable support can be provided for the dishes; on the other hand, the plurality of dish placing positions 510 arranged in sequence can be formed, so that the dishes can be placed integrally, more dishes can be placed conveniently, and the space in the dish basket 2 can be utilized more effectively. Without loss of generality, in the present embodiment, the sliding connection portion 52 is provided at the bottom of the support 511.
Optionally, the retaining member 512 comprises two vertical bars 512a connected to the two supporting members 511, and a horizontal bar 512b connected between the two vertical bars 512a, wherein the horizontal bar 512b is at least partially recessed toward one side to form a supporting recess 512c suitable for supporting dishes, so as to further improve the stability of the dish support. Further optionally, the cross bars 512b are arcuately arranged to form an integral support recess 512 c.
Further, at least two sliding connection parts 52 are provided at intervals at the bottom of the support 511. It is understood that at least two sliding connection portions 52 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the support 511. Thus, the whole dish support member 5 comprises at least four sliding connection parts 52, and at least three sliding connection parts 52 are not on the same straight line, and as three points which are not on the same straight line can determine a plane, the dish support member 5 can stably slide with the bottom of the dish basket 2 through the sliding connection parts 52.
Further, the supporting member 511 includes a connecting member 511a provided with a mounting groove, and a supporting bar 511b mounted to the mounting groove; the mounting groove extends along the length direction of the connection piece 511 a; the sliding connection portion 52 is disposed on the connection portion 511a, and the limiting member 512 is connected to the supporting bar 511 b. Optionally, the supporting bars 511b are provided as metal bars to enhance the supporting rigidity of the supporting bars 511, which are generally configured as steel bars, but may be, but not limited to, other metal bars with strong rigidity and less prone to rust.
The invention further provides a bowl basket, which comprises a basket body and a bowl and dish support part, the specific structure of the bowl and dish support part refers to the embodiment, and the bowl basket adopts all technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that the bowl basket at least has all beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and repeated description is omitted. Wherein the sliding connection part of the dish support is slidably connected with the basket body to adjust the position of the dish support in the basket body.
Referring to fig. 6 to 10, further, the basket body 21 includes first and second basket strips 211 and 212 intersecting; the sliding connection portion 52 is slidably connected to the first basket bar 211, and the sliding connection portion 52 is slidably abutted to the second basket bar 212. In the technical scheme, on one hand, the first basket strips 211 are reused as sliding rails for the sliding connection part 52 to be connected in a sliding manner, so that the structure of the basket body 21 can be simplified; on the other hand, the sliding stroke of the sliding connection part 52 can be limited by the second basket strip 212 intersecting with the first basket strip 211, so that the dish support 5 can be limited in one area while the position adjustment of the dish support 5 can be satisfied to improve the adaptability of the dish basket 2 to different specifications of dishes, and the dish supports 5 in different areas can be prevented from colliding with each other. Alternatively, the two supporters 511 of the dish supporter 5 are respectively provided at opposite sides of two adjacent second basket bars 212 to better limit the sliding stroke of the dish supporter 5.
Referring to fig. 6, and 9 to 13, in the present invention, a liquid receiving tray 6 is detachably provided at the bottom of the basket body 21; therefore, in the process of loading and carrying tableware such as bowls, dishes and cups to the machine body through the bowl basket 2, residual juice, water and the like on the tableware can be contained and received through the liquid receiving disc 6, so that the residual juice, the water and the like cannot drop to other places, and the user experience is improved; after the bowl basket 2 is placed in the cleaning cavity of the machine body, the liquid receiving disc 6 can be detached from the bottom of the basket body 21, so that the liquid receiving disc 6 is prevented from influencing the cleaning of the washing water on the tableware in the basket body 21, and the good cleaning effect is ensured. In addition, the bowl basket 2 in the technical scheme can be independently used as a draining bowl basket, so that the bowl basket is multifunctional and saves resources.
Furthermore, the bottom of the basket body 21 of the bowl basket 2 is provided with a sliding chute 22 with a lateral opening, and the liquid receiving plate 6 is arranged in the sliding chute 22 in a sliding manner; thus, the liquid receiving disc 6 can be conveniently detached relative to the basket body 21 in a push-pull mode. Furthermore, a sliding guide structure is arranged between the liquid receiving disc 6 and the sliding groove 22, so that the liquid receiving disc 6 can be assembled and disassembled in the sliding groove 22 more smoothly and stably; of course, the guiding direction of the sliding guide structure is the extending direction of the sliding groove 22.
Further, the bottom of the basket body 21 is provided with two hanging portions 23 disposed oppositely, the opposite side surfaces of the two hanging portions 23 are respectively provided with a sliding sub-groove 231, the sliding groove 22 includes the two sliding sub-grooves 231, and the two sliding sub-grooves 231 penetrate through the same side end of the hanging portion 23 to jointly form a lateral opening of the sliding groove 22. It can be understood that the technical scheme can realize the sliding of the liquid receiving disc 6 relative to the bottom of the basket body 21, and the area between the two hanging parts 23 can be used for the washing water to pass through without any obstacle after the liquid receiving disc 6 is detached, thereby ensuring the good washing effect.
Optionally, the basket body 21 includes a plurality of intersecting basket strips 210, and each suspension portion 23 is formed by extending and bending at least one basket strip 210; thus, the basket body 21 is simple in structure and easy to manufacture. In the present embodiment, the basket bar 210 for extending and bending the hanging portion 23 may be the basket bar 210 for forming the side wall of the basket body 21, or the basket bar 210 for forming the bottom of the basket body 21.
In the present embodiment, further, the sliding guide structure includes a pair of guide ribs 61 disposed on the bottom surface of the liquid receiving tray 6, and each guide rib 61 is correspondingly in sliding contact with the inner edge of one of the hanging portions 23. Note that the inner edge of each hanging portion 23 means an edge thereof close to the other hanging portion 23. It can be understood that the technical scheme directly utilizes the inner edge of the hanging part 23 to assist in guiding, so that the structure of the product is simpler; in addition, the two guide ribs 61 can also limit the liquid receiving disc 6 from shaking in the direction perpendicular to the guide ribs 61 after the liquid receiving disc 6 is loaded into the sliding chute 22, so that the assembly stability of the liquid receiving disc 6 at the bottom of the basket body 21 is improved. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the sliding guide structure may include a pair of guide grooves disposed on the bottom surface of the liquid receiving tray 6, and a guide sliding protrusion disposed on each sliding sub-groove 231, the guide sliding protrusion slides along the guide grooves to limit the liquid receiving tray 6 from sliding along the extending direction of the sliding groove 22.
In this embodiment, further, the first end of each guiding rib 61 extends obliquely to form a guiding rib 62, and in the direction away from the guiding rib 61, the two guiding ribs 62 are disposed to be close to each other. It can be understood that the distance between the ends of the two guiding ribs 62 far away from the guiding ribs 61 is smaller than the distance between the two guiding ribs 61, that is, the two guiding ribs 62 can more easily enter between the two hanging portions 23 and are gradually guided by the inclined guiding ribs 62, and the two guiding ribs 61 respectively and slidably abut against the inner edges of the corresponding hanging portions 23, so that the assembling convenience between the liquid receiving tray 6 and the sliding groove 22 can be improved.
Furthermore, a second end of at least one guide rib 61 is provided with a limit rib 63 extending away from the other guide rib 61, and the liquid receiving tray 6 slides into the sliding groove 22 until the limit rib 63 abuts against the side opening edge of the sliding groove 22; thus, on one hand, the final sliding position of the liquid receiving disc 6 can be limited, so that the liquid receiving disc 6 can be directly opposite to the lower part of the basket body 21; on the other hand, when the sliding groove 22 is a through groove, the liquid receiving plate 6 is prevented from entering from one end of the sliding groove 22 and sliding out of the sliding groove 22 from the other end, and the assembly convenience is improved.
Furthermore, the bottom surface of the liquid receiving disc 6 is also provided with a push-pull convex rib 64, and the push-pull convex rib 64 is positioned on one side of the limiting rib 63, which is far away from the guide rib 61; therefore, a user can conveniently push the liquid receiving plate 6 into the sliding groove 22 through the push-pull convex rib 64 and conveniently pull the liquid receiving plate 6 out of the sliding groove 22, and user experience is improved.
Further, the liquid receiving tray 6 is provided with a mark part 65 for indicating the sliding direction, so as to facilitate the foolproof installation of the liquid receiving tray 6 at the bottom of the basket body 21. Alternatively, the flag portion 65 is provided as an arrow flag. Optionally, the mark part 65 is disposed on the upper disc surface of the liquid receiving disc 6, which is more beneficial for the user to indicate than the mark part is disposed on the bottom surface of the liquid receiving disc 6.
The invention further provides a dishwasher, which comprises a machine body and a bowl basket, wherein the specific structure of the bowl basket refers to the embodiments, and the dishwasher adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that the dishwasher at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted. Wherein, a cleaning cavity is arranged in the machine body, and the bowl basket is arranged in the cleaning cavity.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, further, the dishwasher further comprises a load-bearing base 1 installed in the washing chamber, the load-bearing base 1 is provided with at least one placing position 10, and the bowl basket 2 is placed on the placing position 10.
It will be appreciated that the load-bearing base 1 is generally hollow so that water used for washing can pass through the load-bearing base 1 to clean the dishes in the basket 2 on the station 10. Optionally, the load-bearing substrate 1 is reticulated by intersecting load-bearing bars (such as, but not limited to, steel bars); of course, the load-bearing substrate 1 can also be a plate in the form of a porous plate.
In addition, it should be noted that the bowl basket 2 of the present invention should be understood in a broad sense, and may be a basket used for carrying dishes, cups, etc. in a general sense, a cup holder assembly used for carrying cups only, and a dish holder assembly used for carrying dishes, etc. Of course, when the bowl basket 2 is a basket in the ordinary sense, a bowl and dish holder, a cup holder and the like can be arranged in the bowl basket to assist in placing tableware such as bowls, dishes, cups and the like, and a chopstick box, a knife rest, a knife and fork box and other accessories can be arranged in the bowl basket to be suitable for loading chopsticks, knives, forks and the like.
According to the technical scheme, the placing position 10 is arranged on the bearing base 1 for placing the bowl basket 2, so that the bowl basket 2 can be taken out of a machine body to a dining table or a water tank and the like, tableware such as bowls, dishes and cups can be loaded on the bowl basket 2, the bowl basket 2 and the tableware can be carried to the machine body at one time, and the placing position 10 is placed on the placing position, so that the loading of the tableware on the machine body can be completed, and the loading efficiency of the tableware is improved.
Further, a plurality of bowl baskets 2 may be provided, and at least two bowl baskets 2 of the plurality of bowl baskets 2 have different sizes and/or structures. It can be understood that the total amount of dishes loaded by the baskets 2 with different sizes is different, and the user can select the basket 2 with the corresponding size to load the dishes according to the requirement of the quantity of the dishes. The dish baskets 2 with different structures are usually suitable for loading different models and/or different types of tableware, and a user can select the dish basket 2 with a corresponding structure to load the tableware according to the model and/or type of the tableware, for example, when the tableware such as dishes and dishes need to be washed simultaneously after meals, the tableware can be loaded by using a basket or a dish rack assembly in the common sense, and for example, when wine cups need to be washed after wine tasting, the tableware can be loaded by using a cup rack assembly.
Optionally, a lifting part is arranged on the bowl basket 2 to facilitate the bowl basket 2 and the tableware to be carried to the machine body. Taking a basket in a common sense as an example, the lifting part can be a handle 24 additionally arranged on the side wall of the basket; of course, the basket is usually hollow out integrally so that the water used for washing can wash the tableware in the basket, and thus, the hollow-out position on the side wall of the basket can be reused as the lifting part.
Further, the placing positions 10 are provided with at least two. It will be appreciated that the two said placement positions 10 may be provided for the placement of the same bowl basket 2, but also for the placement of different bowl baskets 2. Particularly, when different types of tableware are required to be cleaned simultaneously, a user can select different bowl baskets 2 corresponding to the different types of tableware for adaptive loading, and then the different bowl baskets 2 are placed into different placing positions 10 simultaneously for one-time cleaning; it can be understood that selecting the basket 2 adapted to the type of tableware to load the tableware can improve the stability of placing the tableware on the basket 2, and thus the tableware does not fall off the adapted basket 2 even if it receives a large washing impact in the dishwasher.
In this embodiment, optionally, at least two of the placing locations 10 are adjacent and arranged side by side; thus, the structure of the load-bearing substrate 1 is more compact, and the space utilization is more sufficient.
Further, the placing site 10 is provided as a placing slot 101; in this way, the bowl basket 2 can be restricted from sliding off the placement site 10 by the channel side walls of the placement channel 101. Optionally, different sizes of the placing groove 101 are different, and accordingly, the bottom size of the bowl basket 2 is set to be matched with the size of the placing groove 101, so that the phenomenon that the bowl basket 2 slips in the washing process is avoided, and the tableware stability in the washing process is improved. It will be appreciated that in the general sense of a basket, the bottom of basket 2 is the bottom of the basket, while in the case of a cup holder assembly, dish rack assembly, etc., the bottom is typically provided with a base, the bottom of basket 2 being the base.
Optionally, a separation convex part 11 is provided between adjacent placing grooves 101. It is understood that the placement groove 101 is limited in this embodiment by providing the load-bearing base 1 with an upwardly arched separation protrusion 11. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the placing groove 101 may be directly recessed on the load-bearing substrate 1.
Furthermore, the dishwasher also comprises a supporting frame 3 arranged in the cleaning cavity, and the bearing substrate 1 is arranged on the supporting frame 3; that is, the load-bearing substrate 1 is indirectly connected with the machine body through the support frame 3; in this way, the structure to be mounted with the washing chamber can be arranged on the support frame 3, simplifying the structure of the load-bearing substrate 1; in addition, the supporting frame 3 can also assist the bearing substrate 1 to support the bowl basket 2, and the probability of deformation of the bearing substrate 1 is reduced.
Optionally, the supporting frame 3 is arranged in the cleaning cavity in a push-pull manner; therefore, the bearing base 1 and the supporting frame 3 jointly form a bearing platform which can be pushed and pulled relative to the machine body, and the bowl basket 2 can be taken and placed conveniently.
