Claims (10)

1. A material extracting apparatus, comprising:
an installation table;
the first conveying structure is connected to the mounting table and used for conveying the component to be labeled to a first preset position;
the first grabbing structure is connected to the mounting table and comprises a first grabbing part, the first grabbing part is arranged above the first conveying structure and provided with a clamping groove for inserting a piece to be labeled, and the first grabbing part can move relative to the first conveying structure to grab the piece to be labeled in the piece to be labeled;
a second conveying structure connected to the mounting table, the first gripper being movable relative to the mounting table to engage the feed end of the second conveying structure with the outlet of the gripping trough; and
and the pushing structure is used for pushing the piece to be labeled, which is positioned in the clamping groove, to the second conveying structure.
2. The take off device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first gripper structure further includes a first drive mechanism for driving the first gripper member to move relative to the first conveyor structure.
3. The reclaimer assembly, of claim 2, wherein the first drive mechanism comprises:
a swing rod;
the driving cam is connected with one end of the oscillating rod to drive the oscillating rod to oscillate;
the limiting piece is provided with a first connecting part used for being connected with the mounting table;
the ejector rod is movably arranged on the limiting piece, and one end of the ejector rod is used for being connected with the first gripper piece; and
and one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the ejector rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the oscillating rod.

The material taking device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first gripper member comprises a mounting seat, a first clamping body and a second clamping body, the first clamping body and the second clamping body are arranged on the mounting seat at intervals and form a clamping groove for clamping the to-be-labeled member, and the mounting seat is connected with one end of the ejector rod.
5. The reclaiming apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first and second gripper bodies are coupled to the mounting block, and the first grasping structure further comprises a second drive mechanism for driving the first and second gripper bodies to move relative to the mounting block to adjust the width of the gripping slot.

The material taking device according to claim 1, wherein the material pushing structure comprises a material pushing member and a third driving mechanism, the third driving mechanism drives the material pushing member to move, and the heights of the second conveying structure and the material pushing member relative to the pressure bearing surface of the mounting table are both greater than the height of the first conveying structure relative to the pressure bearing surface of the mounting table.

The material taking device according to claim 6, wherein the material pushing member comprises a connecting body and a material pushing body, the third driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting table, one end of the connecting body is connected with the third driving mechanism, the other end of the connecting body is connected with one end of the material pushing body, the other end of the material pushing body faces the first gripper member, and the connecting body and the material pushing body are arranged at an included angle.

The material taking device according to claim 1, further comprising a second grabbing structure, wherein the first conveying structure comprises a first conveying member and a second conveying member, the first conveying member and the second conveying member are both connected to the mounting table, the first conveying member is engaged with the second conveying member, the first conveying member is used for conveying the mounting box provided with the component to be labeled to a second preset position, the second grabbing structure is used for grabbing the component to be labeled from the mounting box to the second conveying member, and the second conveying member is used for conveying the component to be labeled to the first preset position.

The reclaiming apparatus as claimed in claim 8 further comprising a collection member, said second predetermined location being disposed between an infeed end of a first conveyor member and an outfeed end of said first conveyor member, said collection member being disposed at said outfeed end, said first conveyor member being capable of conveying said mounting cartridge to said collection member.
10. A labeling system comprising a take off device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
