4. and after data screening, recalculating the average value of each group of data, removing the largest and the smallest groups, recalculating the average value as the final actual acquisition data, and comparing the final actual acquisition data with static weighing to control the maximum precision within 2%.
Meanwhile, the RFID identifier 110 below the laying nest 106 reads the electronic wingmark of the current laying hen to obtain the identity ID of the electronic wingmark, and transmits the collected identity information, egg weight information and time to the data center 120 of the server through the gateway module 118, the data center 120 can store and analyze laying data in real time, and the timer 138 starts five-minute timing based on the signal of the processor 116.
Then, the eggs automatically and slowly roll to the low-lying position of the egg collecting chamber 104 under the action of frictional resistance after sliding out from the outlet of the conveying pipeline 108, so that the eggs are prevented from being excessively concentrated at the egg outlet position.
After the timing is finished for five minutes, the PLC module 130 automatically opens the baffle 128 at the bottom of the feeder 122, the chicken food is scattered on the door body 132 through the food guide groove 126 under the action of gravity, then the chicken food slides on the ground through the door body 132, and the baffle 128 is automatically closed after 5 seconds. The pipeline between the egg laying nest 106 and the egg collecting chamber 104 adopts a spiral structure S-shaped pipeline design, the speed of eggs passing through is reduced by increasing the bottom friction and processing at a special angle, and the risk of breaking the eggs is reduced. the A/D conversion module is electrically connected with the weight sensor;

and the gateway module is used for connecting the processor to a data center in a wireless mode.
7. The egg collection device of claim 6, further comprising a feeder disposed on an interior wall of a ceiling of the housing, the feeder comprising:
