In general, the invention provides the animal sleep deprivation device which has the advantages of adjustable height of the barrier rod, high visualization, adjustable brightness and temperature and humidity, can keep the sanitation and the cleanness in the box body, and can record the behaviors and the states of experimental animals in real time, and is particularly suitable for experimental study of sleep deprivation modeling of rodents.

3. The sleep deprivation device according to claim 2, wherein screw holes are provided at both sides of the hollow hole of the rotation shaft, and the barrier rod is fixedly connected to the rotation shaft by a screw locked to the screw holes.

The animal sleep deprivation device according to claim 3 wherein said fecal sample drying and collecting device comprises a fence base plate disposed at a zero scale position of said spindle and a fecal sample drying and collecting tray disposed between said fence base plate and said chassis drive, said fecal sample drying and collecting tray being provided with a concave groove for said fecal sample drying and collecting tray to be drawably connected to said spindle, said fecal sample drying and collecting tray being further provided with a urine pad.

The animal sleep deprivation device according to any one of claims 1-4 wherein the cover module comprises a detachable cover and an ambient lighting lamp, a camera and a dehumidifier both disposed on the detachable cover, the box further being provided with a hygrothermograph, the ambient lighting lamp being used for adjusting the brightness in the box, the camera being used for recording and observing the behavior and status of the experimental animal in real time, the hygrothermograph being used for monitoring the temperature and humidity in the box in real time, the dehumidifier being used for adjusting the humidity in the box based on the data monitored by the hygrothermograph.
6. The animal sleep deprivation device according to claim 5 wherein the camera is fixed with a cradle head and has night vision.
7. The animal sleep deprivation device according to claim 5 wherein the thermometer screen is outwardly facing and the switch buttons are provided on either side or the back of the thermometer screen.
8. The animal sleep deprivation device according to claim 5 wherein the removable cover plate is provided with a circular aperture, the circular aperture being an inlet for placement of an experimental animal.
9. The sleep deprivation device according to claim 5 wherein the housing is a transparent cylindrical housing, an animal feed feeding trough is provided below the transparent cylindrical housing, and an animal water bottle is fixedly provided opposite the animal feed feeding trough, and a volume scale is marked on a wall of the animal water bottle.
10. The animal sleep deprivation device according to any one of claims 1-4 wherein the chassis drive is a motor.
