Optionally, the mounting main body 221 of each pulley mechanism 22 is respectively mounted on the chassis 111 of the carrying mechanism 11, so that the pulley mechanism 22 can abut against the annular wall main body 211 at the lower end of the annular wall main body 211 of the pushing wall 21, so that each pulley mechanism 22 can prevent the annular wall main body 211 from shaking when a force is applied to one side of the annular wall main body 211 of the pushing wall 21 during pushing by the pusher.
Preferably, the number of the pulley mechanisms 22 of the pushing device 20 is the same as the number of the supporting columns 112 of the carrying mechanism 11, for example, in the specific example of the pushing machine shown in fig. 1A to 6B, the number of the pulley mechanisms 22 of the pushing device 20 and the number of the supporting columns 112 of the carrying mechanism 11 are four, and one pulley mechanism 22 is disposed at the lower end of each supporting column 112.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 6B, the material pushing device 20 further includes an annular rail 23, wherein the annular rail 23 is disposed on the annular wall body 211 in a manner that the annular rail 23 is attached to the inner wall of the annular wall body 211 of the material pushing wall 21, so that the annular rail 23 can enhance the strength of the annular wall body 211 of the material pushing wall 21 to prevent the annular wall body 211 from being out of round. The pulley main body 222 of each pulley mechanism 22 of the pushing device 20 abuts against the annular wall main body 211 of the pushing wall 21 in a manner of being attached to the smooth surface of the annular rail 23, so that when the annular wall main body 211 of the pushing wall 21 is driven to rotate relative to the carrying mechanism 11, the pulley main body 222 of each pulley mechanism 22 can roll along the smooth surface of the annular rail 23, and thus noise generated when the pulley mechanisms 22 and the annular rail 23 rub against each other can be reduced, and the pusher is more silent.
With continued reference to fig. 1A-6B, the pusher wall 21 of the pusher assembly 20 comprises at least two roller halves 210, wherein each roller half 210 comprises a roller wall 2101 and an extension arm 2102 extending at a high end of the roller wall 2101, wherein the roller walls 2101 of adjacent roller halves 210 can be mounted to each other such that, when the roller halves 210 are mounted, the roller wall 2101 of each roller half 210 forms the annular wall body 211 of the pusher wall 21 and the extension arm 2102 of each roller half 210 forms the coupling arm 212 of the pusher wall 21.
In particular, the thrust wall 21 comprises two drum halves 210, wherein one drum half 210 is defined as a first drum half 210a and the other drum half 210 is defined as a second drum half 210b, wherein the first drum half 210a and the second drum half 210b comprise one drum wall 2101 and one extension arm 2102, respectively, wherein the drum wall 2101 of the first drum half 210a and the drum wall 2101 of the second drum half 210b are mounted to each other to form the ring-shaped wall body 211 and the extension arm 2102 of the first drum half 210a and the extension arm 2102 of the second drum half 210b form the connection arm 212. Accordingly, the looped track 23 includes a first looped track 23a and a second looped track 23b, wherein the first looped track 23a is disposed on the drum wall 2101 of the first drum half 210a and the second looped track 23b is disposed on the drum wall 2101 of the second drum half 210b, wherein the first looped track 23a and the second looped track 23b form the looped track 23 after the drum wall 2101 of the first drum half 210a and the drum wall 2101 of the second drum half 210b are mounted to each other to form the looped wall body 211.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 6B, the pusher further comprises a magnetic sensor 30, wherein the magnetic sensor 30 is disposed at a lower portion of the chassis 111 of the carrying mechanism 11 of the walking device 10, wherein the magnetic sensor 30 can interact with a magnetic navigation path laid on the outer side of the cowshed for guiding the walking device 10 of the pusher to walk along a route.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 6B, the pusher further includes a cover device 40, wherein the cover device 40 includes a cover 41, a central position of the cover 41 is installed on the free end 1150 of the mounting post 115 of the supporting mechanism 11, so that the cover 41 is supported by the supporting mechanism 11, and peripheral edges of the cover 41 respectively extend outwards to a periphery of the annular wall main body 211 of the pushing wall 21 of the pusher 20, so that the cover 41 can prevent an upper opening of the annular wall main body 211 from being exposed.
The cover device 40 further comprises a holding rod 42 and a distance sensor 43 disposed at one end of the holding rod 42, the other end of the holding rod 42 is disposed at the cover 41, wherein the distance sensor 43 can acquire the distance between the pusher and the cowstall for timely adjusting the distance between the pusher and the cowstall when the distance between the pusher and the cowstall is not appropriate. Preferably, the retaining rod 42 is rotatably mounted to the cover 41, so that the included angle between the retaining rod 42 and the cover 41 can be adjusted. For example, when the pusher is in an operating state, the holding rod 42 can be driven to rotate relative to the cover 41 to make a large included angle between the holding rod 42 and the cover 41, so as to adjust the distance between the distance sensor 43 provided at the end of the holding rod 42 and the cowstall. More preferably, the holding rod 42 is a telescopic rod, that is, the length of the holding rod 42 can be adjusted, so that the distance between the distance sensor 43 and the cowstall can be conveniently and flexibly adjusted by adjusting the length of the holding rod 42 and the included angle between the holding rod 42 and the cover 41. More preferably, the cover 41 has a holding groove 411 for receiving the holding bar 42.
Further, the mounting post 115 of the carrying mechanism 11 is a tubular mounting post, i.e. the mounting post 115 has a communication channel 1151 for communicating the second receiving space 1102 of the carrying mechanism 11 with the space outside the upper carrying platform 114, wherein the electric wires connected to the distance sensor 43 can extend from the space outside the upper carrying platform 114 to the second receiving space 1102 of the carrying mechanism 11 through the communication channel 1151 of the mounting post 115.
With continued reference to fig. 1A-6B, the cover device 40 further includes a charging port 44, wherein the charging port 44 is disposed on the cover 41, wherein a wire connected to the charging port 44 can extend from the space outside the upper supporting platform 114 to the second receiving space 1102 of the supporting mechanism 11 through the communication channel 1151 of the mounting post 115.
Fig. 7A to 7F show the operation of the pusher according to the present invention, wherein a plurality of cows 1000 are constrained in the same pen 2000, and adjacent to each other between the pens 2000, at least one row of magnetic navigation paths 3000 is provided, and food 4000 such as forage is laid outside the pen 2000 for being constrained to be eaten by the cows of the pen 2000.
Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, when the cow 1000 confined in the cowshed 2000 eats the food 4000 such as the forage as the head of the cow 1000 protrudes outside the cowshed 2000, the head of the cow 1000 may arch the food 4000 such as the forage to a position away from the cowshed 2000, and at this time, the cow 1000 may not eat the food 4000 such as the forage away from the cowshed 2000 due to the restriction of the cowshed 2000.
Referring to fig. 7C and 7D, the pusher is used to push the food 4000 such as forage, which is far from the cowshed 2000, to a position close to the cowshed 2000 so that the cows 1000 confined to the cowshed 2000 eat it. Specifically, when the walking device 10 of the pusher walks, the annular wall body 211 of the material dragging device 20 of the pusher can be driven to rotate relative to the bearing mechanism 11 of the walking device 10, so that the annular wall body 211 can push the food 4000 such as forage and the like far away from the cowshed 2000 to a position close to the cowshed 2000 so as to be eaten by the cows 1000 restrained on the cowshed 2000. In this process, the distance sensor 43 of the pusher can detect the distance between the pusher and the cowshed 2000 in real time to ensure that the food 4000 such as fodder is pushed to a position close to the cowshed 2000.
Referring to fig. 7E and 7F, when the pusher needs to move from the position of one of the bulllists 2000 to the position of the other of the bulllists 2000, the magnetic sensor 30 of the pusher can interact with the magnetic navigation path 3000 to properly guide the pusher from the position of one of the bulllists 2000 to the position of the other of the bulllists 2000.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a material pushing method of a material pusher, wherein the material pushing method comprises the following steps:
(a) allowing the walking device 10 to walk along a route outside the cowshed 2000; and
(b) the annular wall body 211 of the pushing wall 21 is allowed to be driven to rotate relative to the bearing mechanism 11 in a manner of surrounding the bearing mechanism 11 of the traveling device 10, so that the food 4000 such as forage held outside the cowstall 2000 is pushed to a position close to the cowstall 2000 by the annular wall body 211.
In a preferred example of the material pushing method of the present invention, in the step (a), the route is preset, for example, a magnetic guide may be previously laid on the outer side of the cowshed 2000 to form the magnetic navigation path 3000, so that the preset route is provided by the magnetic navigation path 3000. In another preferred example of the material pushing method of the present invention, in the step (a), the route is planned in real time by detecting the distance between the pusher and the cowshed 2000 in real time by the distance sensor 43 of the cover device 40.
In a preferred example of the pushing method of the present invention, in the step (b), when the traveling device 10 travels along the route to push the food 4000 such as forage by the pusher, the friction force generated between the food 4000 such as forage and the annular wall main body 211 of the pushing wall 21 can drive the annular wall main body 211 to rotate relative to the supporting mechanism 11, so that the food 4000 such as forage is pushed by the pushing wall main body 211 in a manner of surrounding the supporting mechanism 11. In another preferred example of the pushing method of the present invention, in the step (b), the pushing driving motor 17 drives the annular wall body 211 of the pushing wall 21 to rotate relative to the supporting mechanism 11, so that the pushing wall body 211 pushes the food 4000 such as forage around the supporting mechanism 11.
Preferably, when the pushing driving motor 17 drives the annular wall main body 211 to rotate relative to the carrying mechanism 11 at the high end of the annular wall main body 211, at least two pulley mechanisms 23 disposed on the carrying mechanism 11 push the annular wall main body 211 at the inner side of the annular wall main body 211, so that the poor phenomena of eccentricity and movement when one side of the annular wall main body 211 is subjected to the pressure exerted by the food 4000 such as forage can be avoided, and the reliability and stability of the pusher are ensured.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only examples, wherein features of different embodiments may be combined with each other to obtain embodiments which are easily imaginable in accordance with the disclosure of the invention, but which are not explicitly indicated in the drawings.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (15)

1. A pusher, comprising:
a traveling device, wherein the traveling device comprises a bearing mechanism, a power supply mechanism, two traveling driving motors, two driving wheels and a supporting wheel, wherein the bearing mechanism comprises a chassis, the power supply mechanism is arranged on the chassis, each traveling driving motor is respectively arranged at two sides of one end part of the chassis, each traveling driving motor is respectively electrically connected to the power supply mechanism, each driving wheel is respectively connected to each traveling driving motor in a driving way, and the supporting wheel is arranged at the middle part of the other end part of the bearing mechanism; and
the pushing device comprises a pushing wall, wherein the pushing wall comprises an annular wall main body and a connecting arm extending inwards from the high end of the annular wall main body, the connecting arm is connected to the bearing mechanism, and the annular wall main body surrounds the bearing mechanism in a rotatable mode.
2. The material pushing machine according to claim 1, wherein said supporting mechanism comprises at least two supporting columns, a supporting platform, a mounting column and a driving ring, each of said supporting columns extends upward from the edge of said chassis to a proper height position, said supporting platform is disposed at the high end of each of said supporting columns to form a receiving space between said chassis and said supporting platform for receiving said power supply mechanism, said mounting column extends upward from the center of said supporting platform, said driving ring is rotatably sleeved on said mounting column, wherein said connecting arm of said material pushing wall extends to and is connected to said driving ring.
3. The pusher according to claim 2, wherein said traveling means includes a pusher driving motor provided to said carrying platform and electrically connected to said power supply mechanism, wherein said driving ring is drivably connected to said pusher driving motor.
4. The pusher according to claim 3, wherein said traveling means comprises a driving belt, both ends of said driving belt being respectively sleeved on an output shaft of said pusher driving motor and said driving ring of said bearing mechanism, so that said driving ring is drivably connected to said pusher driving motor.
5. The material pushing machine according to claim 1, wherein said material pushing device comprises at least two pulley mechanisms, each of said pulley mechanisms respectively comprises a mounting body and a pulley body rotatably mounted to said mounting body, wherein each of said pulley mechanisms is respectively mounted to said carrying mechanism in such a manner that said pulley body faces outward and abuts against an inner side of said annular wall body of said material pushing wall.
6. The material pushing machine according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein said material pushing device comprises at least two pulley mechanisms, each of said pulley mechanisms respectively comprises a mounting body and a pulley body rotatably mounted to said mounting body, wherein each of said pulley mechanisms is respectively mounted to said carrying mechanism in such a manner that said pulley body faces outward and abuts against an inner side of said annular wall body of said material pushing wall.
7. The pusher according to claim 6, wherein said mounting body of said pulley mechanism is mounted to said chassis.
8. The pusher of claim 6, wherein the mounting body of the pulley mechanism is mounted to the support post.
9. The pusher according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a cover arrangement, wherein said cover arrangement includes a cover mounted to said carrier and having a peripheral edge extending outwardly to provide said cover with a diameter greater than a diameter of said annular wall body of said pusher wall.
10. The pusher of claim 6, further comprising a cover arrangement, wherein the cover arrangement includes a cover, the cover being centrally mounted to the free ends of the mounting posts of the carrier, and the peripheral edges of the cover extending to a diameter greater than the diameter of the annular wall body of the pusher wall.
11. The pusher according to claim 10, wherein said cover means includes a holding rod and a distance sensor provided at one end of said holding rod, the other end of said holding rod being rotatably mounted to said cover.
12. The pusher of claim 11, wherein said retaining bar is a telescoping bar.
13. The pusher of claim 11, wherein said cover has a retaining slot for receiving said retaining bar and said distance sensor.
14. The pusher of claim 10, wherein said cover means includes a charging port, said charging port being disposed in said cover.
15. The pusher according to claim 14, wherein said mounting post has a communication passage for communicating said receiving space with a space outside said load-bearing platform, wherein a wire for connecting said charging port is allowed to extend to said receiving space through said communication passage of said mounting post.
