The structure of the fixing member 6 can be preset according to the use requirement, and two possible structures are described below.
The first structure is as follows: referring to fig. 9, the fixing member 6 includes a third nut 29; the third nut 29 is threadedly connected to the first end 42 of the adjustment screw.
It should be noted that the third nut 29 is a member for cooperating with the first end 42 of the adjusting screw to perform a fastening function. An external thread is arranged on the first end 42 of the adjusting screw, and an internal thread matched with the external thread of the first end 42 of the adjusting screw is arranged on the third nut 29. The diameter of the third nut 29 is larger than the diameter of the third through hole.
Specifically, after the rod portion 41 of the adjusting screw 4 sequentially passes through the fourth through hole on the mounting plate 3 and the third through hole on the first pin 7, the third nut 29 is sleeved on the first end 42 of the adjusting screw and screwed in a direction close to the second end 43 of the adjusting screw. In this way, the first end 42 of the adjusting screw can be fixed outside the third through hole of the first pin 7 by the third nut 29, so that the rod 41 of the adjusting screw 4 cannot be pulled out of the third through hole.
Further, to facilitate the disassembly of the third nut 29, see fig. 10, the device further comprises a washer 30; the washer 30 is sleeved on the rod part 41 of the adjusting screw rod 4 and is positioned between the third nut 29 and the first pin 7.
The washer 30 is a member for reducing the load of the third nut 29. The size and material of the gasket 30 can be preset according to the use requirement, for example, the material of the gasket 30 can be rubber, metal, etc.
Specifically, when the third nut 29 is installed, the spacer 30 may be firstly sleeved on the rod portion 41 of the adjusting screw 4, and then the third nut 29 is sleeved on the first end 42 of the adjusting screw and screwed in a direction close to the second end 43 of the adjusting screw. Since the washer 30 is located between the third nut 29 and the first pin 7, the load borne by the third nut 29 can be reduced, so that the detachment of the third nut 29 can be facilitated.
The second structure is as follows: referring to fig. 11, the fixing member 6 includes a fourth pin 31; the first end 42 of the adjusting screw is provided with a ninth through hole through which the fourth pin 31 passes.
Note that the length of the fourth pin 31 is larger than the diameter of the third through hole. The diameter of the fourth pin 31 is smaller than that of the ninth through hole, and the difference between the diameter of the fourth pin 31 and that of the ninth through hole is small, for example, the difference between the diameter of the fourth pin 31 and that of the ninth through hole may be 1mm, 2mm, etc.
It should be noted that, after the fourth pin 31 is inserted through the ninth through hole, the first end 42 of the adjusting screw can be fixed outside the third through hole of the first pin 7, so that the rod portion 41 of the adjusting screw 4 cannot be pulled out of the third through hole.
In the embodiment of the application, the first holding clamp 1 and the second holding clamp 2 are clamped on the outer wall of the rubber gate, so that the positions of the first holding clamp 1 and the second holding clamp 2 are relatively fixed, and the position of the mounting plate 3 is relatively fixed. And because the rod part 41 of the adjusting screw rod 4 passes through the fourth through hole on the mounting plate 3 and the third through hole on the first pin 7, when the adjusting screw rod 4 is rotated, the hand grip 10 can be driven to move towards the direction close to the polish rod until the hand grip 10 pushes the polish rod to align to the center of the rubber gate. Therefore, the inclination angle of the polished rod can be conveniently and quickly adjusted, and the adjustment efficiency of the polished rod is improved. In addition, tools such as pipe tongs are not needed, and the influence of the proficiency of workers is avoided, so that the operation is stable and safe, the polish rod cannot be damaged, and the sealing performance of the packing box cannot be influenced.

a third through hole is formed in the position, located between the first through hole and the second through hole, of the first pin (7), and a fourth through hole is formed in the mounting plate (3); a rod part (41) of the adjusting screw rod (4) penetrates through the third through hole and the fourth through hole, is not connected with the third through hole and is in threaded connection with the fourth through hole; the first end (42) of the adjusting screw rod is connected with the fixing piece (6), and the second end (43) of the adjusting screw rod is connected with the handle (5).
