As shown in fig. 2, the connecting assembly provided in this embodiment is provided with a connecting shaft (e.g., a rotating shaft 144-4c mentioned below) capable of relatively rotating the first chopstick 110 and the second chopstick 120, and the connecting assembly is connected with the non-top portion of the first chopstick and/or the second chopstick.
Because the two chopsticks are connected through the connecting component and can rotate relative to the connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft is arranged at the position other than the top of the chopsticks, the rotating position is more reasonable, the lever force is more reasonable, and the chopstick is more in line with the ergonomics; the chopsticks can effectively guide children to hold the chopsticks according to the specified positions, and the holding positions are almost the same as the positions of hands when the common chopsticks are actually used. After the chopsticks are fixed by the two clamping plates, the connecting component for connecting the two chopsticks is manufactured and assembled more quickly, other parts are not exposed outside, and the structure is more stable; meanwhile, the two chopsticks are positioned on the same plane, so that the problem that the chopsticks cannot clamp food due to dislocation is not easy to occur.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a second plate in the child learning chopsticks provided in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a hitching part 144-4 extending from a side wall of the second plate is provided on the second plate 144, and the hitching part 144-4 includes a rotating shaft 144-4c extending (preferably vertically extending) from the side wall of the second plate and a snapping part located on the rotating shaft; the rotation shaft 144-4c extending from the sidewall of the second clamping plate 144 is rotatable with respect to the protrusion extending from the sidewall of the first clamping plate 142, and the catching portion can be caught at the gap between the extensions 142-5b, 142-6b extending from the sidewall of the protrusion and the sidewall of the first clamping plate 142.
In this embodiment, the preferred embodiment of the snap-fit portions are overhang portions 144-4a, 144-4b provided to extend from the side walls of the rotating shaft. However, the embodiment is not limited thereto, as long as the clip portion is mounted to the notch and is not reversely released to achieve the limiting, the specific structural form of the clip portion may have many other shapes, for example, the end of the rotating shaft 144-4c may be provided with a spherical projection, or the end may be provided with a projection in an inverted buckle form; these various embodiments are all within the scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the rotating shaft 144-4c extending from the side wall of the second jaw 144 is rotatable with respect to the protrusions 142-5a, 142-6a extending from the side wall of the first jaw 142, and the hanging portions 144-4a, 144-4b extending from the side wall of the rotating shaft 144-4c are caught at the notches 142-5c, 144-5c between the extensions 142-5b, 144-5b extending from the side wall of the protrusions and the side wall of the first jaw, respectively. However, the present embodiment is not limited to this, and only one suspended portion may be provided, for example.
With the above technical solution, the rotating shaft extending from the second clamp side wall is rotatable relative to the protrusion extending from the first clamp side wall, and the overhang extending from the rotating shaft side wall is snapped at the gap between the extension extending from the protrusion side wall and the first clamp side wall; form the screens cooperation mode of a rotation type between first splint and the second splint like this, the screens mode of this rotation type more makes things convenient for the equipment, dismantles more easily, and can better solve a lot of dismantlements back, the easy cracked technical problem of screens.
As shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, in the preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the number of the protrusions extending from the side wall of the first clamping plate 142 is two, the outer side surface and the inner side surface of each protrusion (the first protrusion 142-5a and the second protrusion 142-6 a) are both arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped inner side surfaces of the two protrusions are concentric; the rotation shaft 144-4c extending from the sidewall of the second clamping plate 144 is also concentric with the inner side circular arcs of the two protrusions 142-5a, 142-6a, and the rotation shaft 144-4c extending from the sidewall of the second clamping plate 144 is installed in the circular ring in which the two protrusions 142-5a, 142-6a are located.
As shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, in a further preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the two protrusions extending from the sidewall of the first clamping plate 142 are a first protrusion 142-5a and a second protrusion 142-6a, respectively, the extension 142-5b extending from the sidewall of the first protrusion 142-5a extends along the first direction, and the extension 142-6b extending from the sidewall of the second protrusion 142-6a also extends along the first direction. Wherein, the first direction may be a counterclockwise direction as shown in fig. 5, or may be both clockwise directions; and the extension parts 142-5b, 142-6b are designed to be arranged radially in the axial direction (approximately 180 phase angle difference), the number of the hanging parts 144-4a, 144-4b extending from the side wall of the rotation shaft 144-4c is two and distributed on both sides of the rotation shaft 144-4c in the radial direction, and the two hanging parts 144-4a, 144-4b are respectively caught at the first gap 142-5c between the extension part 142-5b extending from the side wall of the first projection 142-5a and the side wall of the first clamping plate and at the second gap 142-6c between the extension part 142-6b extending from the side wall of the second projection 142-6a and the side wall of the first clamping plate.
Thus, the two radially arranged overhangs 144-4a, 144-4b directly engage the first and second notches 142-5c, 142-6c, respectively, to more securely assemble the two splints together and provide a more secure engagement.
As shown in fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the first chopsticks 110 and the second chopsticks 120 is further provided with two spiral-rotation type bracelets (e.g., a second finger ring 134 and a third finger ring 136 provided on the second chopsticks 120), a first end 134a of the first spiral-rotation type bracelet (the second finger ring 134) connected with the at least one chopstick (e.g., the second chopstick 120) and a second end 136a of the second spiral-rotation type bracelet (the third finger ring 136) connected with the at least one chopstick (e.g., the second chopstick 120) are in the same axial direction, a first end 134a of the first spiral-turn type bracelet (second finger ring 134) connected to at least one chopstick (e.g., second chopstick 120) and a first end 136b of the second spiral-turn type bracelet (third finger ring 136) connected to at least one chopstick (e.g., second chopstick 120) are distributed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction.
Therefore, the finger tips of the children are sleeved by the two finger rings, so that the contact area between the fingers and the hand rings is greatly increased, and the fingers are not easy to loosen; and the finger tips of the children can drive the picking parts of the chopsticks to rotate relative to the connecting shaft through the finger rings, so that the children can be better guided to hold the chopsticks according to the specified positions. Furthermore, the bracelet adopts a spiral rotating design, and the function of the bracelet is mainly to fix the finger tip, rather than the bracelet of the traditional learning chopsticks (the bracelet can only cover the finger); in the embodiment provided in this embodiment, the chopsticks are used by applying force to the fingertips, and the spiral-rotating bracelet can fix the fingertips.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, the child learning chopsticks further include: a first elastic element 150 hitched on the outer side of a protrusion 152-5a extending from the side wall of the first clamping plate 142, the first elastic element 150 itself is made of a deformable material, and both sides of the first elastic element 150 are respectively abutted with the inner sides of the first chopstick 110 and the second chopstick 120, and the abutted part is also called an abutting part. The first elastic element 150 is preferably implemented by a silicone material. The first elastic element 150 comprises a hollow circle center, and the inner side of the hollow circle center is abutted with the outer side of the protrusion; the outer side surfaces of the abutting parts (the first abutting part 150-2 and the second abutting part 150-4) abutting against the inner sides of the first chopstick 110 and the second chopstick 120 are flat surfaces. The upper part of the first elastic element 150 is a circular arc-shaped first arc-shaped part 150-1, and the lower part is also a circular arc-shaped part (a second arc-shaped part 150-3); and in the direction towards the bottoms of the two chopsticks, the extension lines of the outer side surfaces in the two abutting parts are intersected to form an acute angle; that is, the upper part of the first elastic element 150 is wide, and the lower part is narrow, so that in a natural state, the first picking part 112 of the first chopstick 110 and the second picking part 122 of the second chopstick 120 can be close to each other, and the inner sides of the first chopstick 110 and the second chopstick 120 press the whole first elastic element 150 by applying force at the finger rings of the two chopsticks with hands, so that the first picking part 112 of the first chopstick 110 and the second picking part 122 of the second chopstick 120 are separated from each other; when the external force acting on the chopsticks is removed, the first pick-up portion 112 of the first chopstick 110 and the second pick-up portion 122 of the second chopstick 120 are restored to be close to each other again by the first elastic element 150. In this embodiment, when the slip joint is formed outside the protrusion extending from the side wall of the first clip, fatigue of the elastic member can be reduced, and the mounting is facilitated, and the assembling speed can be increased.
However, the elastic element provided by the present embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned whole ring-shaped silicone rubber, for example, as shown in fig. 7, in another preferred embodiment, the child learning chopsticks further comprise: and a second elastic member 160 hitched on an outer side of the protrusion extending from the side wall of the first clamping plate 142, wherein the second elastic member 160 is a bar-shaped member bent from the middle and the middle bent portion is directed to the bottom of the chopsticks, both ends of the bar-shaped member are directed to the upper portion of the chopsticks, and both ends of the bar-shaped member are respectively abutted against the side wall of the chopsticks. The strip-shaped component can be made of silicon rubber or steel.
As shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, in a preferred embodiment provided by the present embodiment, the first clamping plate 142 further includes a first buckle 142-4 extending from a side wall of the first clamping plate 142, the second clamping plate 144 further includes a second buckle 144-2 extending from a side wall of the second clamping plate 144, an outer side surface and an inner side surface of the first buckle 142-4 are both arc-shaped, and an outer side surface and an inner side surface of the second buckle 144-2 are both arc-shaped; and the inner side of the second catch 144-2 abuts the outer side of the first catch 142-4, or the outer side of the second catch 144-2 abuts the inner side of the first catch 142-4.
