2. A cellular shade control device as defined in claim 1, wherein the window frame (100) has two transparent glass panes mounted therein, the first (310) and second (510) shade control bars being positioned between the two transparent glass panes.
3. A cellular shade control device as defined in claim 1, wherein the first corner base block (120), the second corner base block (130), the third corner base block (140) and a fourth corner base block (150) are each superficially provided with a pulley block (160).
4. A cellular shade control apparatus as defined in claim 3, wherein each of the four pulley sets (160) is comprised of four pulleys (161), and the four pulleys (161) are disposed in opposition to each other in pairs with a gap remaining between adjacent ones of the pulleys (161).
5. A cellular shade control device as defined in claim 4, wherein the pulley (161) is a round bar, and an elastic rubber sleeve is sleeved on the pulley (161) and the surface of the elastic rubber sleeve is provided with anti-skid threads.

A cellular shade control apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein surfaces of the first corner base block (120), the second corner base block (130), the third corner base block (140), and the fourth corner base block (150) are each provided with a cord-winding bar (170), the first pull cord (330), the second pull cord (340), the third pull cord (530), and the fourth pull cord (540) each being tethered to the respective cord-winding bar (170).
7. A cellular shade control device as defined in claim 6, wherein the cord winding bar (170) is U-shaped and the cross-section of the cord winding bar (170) is circular.

A cellular shade control device as defined in claim 1, wherein the first (310) and second (510) shade control rods are of the same size, and plastic plugs (350) are inserted into both ends of the first (310) and second (510) shade control rods, and corners of the plastic plugs (350) are provided with chamfers.
9. A cellular shade control device as defined in claim 8, wherein the plastic plug (350) is convex and a surface of the plastic plug (350) conforms closely to a corresponding inner wall of the first (310) or second (510) shade control rod.
10. A cellular shade control device as defined in claim 8, wherein a cord passage is defined within each of the first (310) and second (510) shade control rods and communicates with the corresponding plastic plug (350).
