A car washing room with circulating water supply for washing a concrete transport vehicle is characterized by comprising a car washing room (1), a folding door (2), a spraying device (3), a drainage ditch (4), a control device (5), a filter (6), a heating device (7) and a production water tank (8);
wherein the car wash (1) comprises an inlet (11) and an outlet (12);
the inlet (11) and the outlet (12) are both provided with the folding door (2);
the spraying device (3) comprises a water storage tank (31), a water spraying pump (32) and a water hole (33); the water storage tank (31) is arranged outside the car washing room (1), and underground water pumped by a first water pump (34) is injected into the water storage tank (31); the water holes (33) are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface and the inner walls at two sides of the car washing room (1); the water spray pump (32) is respectively connected with the water storage tank (31) and the water hole (33);
the bottom of the car washing room (1) is provided with the drainage ditch (4) extending from the inlet (11) to the outlet (12);
the control device (5) comprises a first infrared sensing controller (51), a second infrared sensing controller (52) and a third infrared sensing controller (53), wherein the first infrared sensing controller (51) is arranged on the outer side of the inlet (11) and is used for sensing a shielding signal and controlling the opening of the folding door (2); the second infrared sensing controller (52) is arranged between the inlet (11) and the first infrared sensing controller (51) and is used for sensing a shielding signal and controlling the opening of the water spray pump (32), and the third infrared sensing controller (53) is arranged outside the outlet (12) and is used for sensing a shielding signal and controlling the closing of the folding door (2) and the water spray pump (32);
the water outlet end of the drainage ditch (4) is connected with the filter (6); the filter (6) is connected with the reservoir (31) through a first pipeline (91), and the filter (6) is connected with the production water tank (8) through a second pipeline (92);
the heating device (7) comprises a heating room (71) and a second water pump (72); the second water pump (72) pumps underground water to be injected into the heating room (71) for heating; the heating room (71) is connected with the water storage tank (31) through a third pipeline (93) and a fourth pipeline (94); the heating room (71) is connected with the filter (6) through a pipeline five (95); the heating room (71) is connected with the production water pool (8) through a pipeline six (96) and a pipeline seven (97), and the water pump two (72) is connected with the production water pool (8) through a pipeline eight (98);
the production water tank (8) is connected with a water supply pipe for concrete production.

A water-circulation car wash for concrete transport vehicle washing according to claim 1, characterized in that the folding door (2) comprises a door body (21), a threaded rod (22), a driving device (23), an internally threaded slider (24) and a roller (25); the door bodies (21) are connected through hinges to form a foldable door frame; the threaded rod (22) is arranged at the tops of the inlet (11) and the outlet (12), and two ends of the threaded rod (22) are rotatably connected with the side wall of the car washing room (1); the driving device (23) comprises a motor (231), a driving wheel (232) and a driven wheel (233), the driving wheel (232) and the driven wheel (233) are connected through a chain (234), the motor (231) is connected with the driving wheel (232), and one end of the threaded rod (22) is connected with the driven wheel (233); one side of the door frame is hinged with the side wall of the car washing room (1), and the top end of the other side of the door frame is in threaded connection with the threaded rod (22) through the internal thread sliding block (24); the bottom end of the door frame is provided with the roller (25).

7. A water-circulation car wash for concrete truck washing according to claim 6, characterized in that said first (911) to eighth (981) controllers are each composed of a pump body (991) and a valve body (992).
8. A water circulation car wash for washing concrete transportation cars according to claim 1 characterized in that inside the reservoir (31) there are placed a first water level sensor (311) and a first temperature sensor (312).
9. A water circulation and washing car wash for concrete transportation vehicle washing according to claim 1, characterized in that a second water level sensor (81) and a second temperature sensor (82) are arranged in the production water tank (8).
