技术领域
本实用新型涉及密实包装袋，特别涉及一种夹链防护密实包装袋。
背景技术
包装袋在日常生活中随处可见，常见的包装袋材料有纸质、塑料、布料（如：织造布、无纺布）等。纸质包装袋承重、防水性和耐穿刺性能都比较差；常规布料包装袋沾染污渍后极易滋生细菌、染色，而无纺布又不能清洗，保养不方便，较易腐烂，明显缩短了此类布袋的使用寿命；虽然棉布等部分传统织造布料可以水洗，但其防水和密封性差、易磨损，不适用于装载有密封、洁净要求的物品，所以，此类物品一般会选用密实袋来盛装和存放。密实袋，又称自封袋、夹链袋，常用的密实袋多由聚乙烯（PE）和线性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）通过吹膜成型、热切封边制袋制成的一种可以重复封口的塑料袋，可用于各种小型物品的内外包装，起到防潮、防水、防虫、防止东西散落等作用，用途广泛。然而，密实袋本体的塑料薄膜材质承压性较差，热切封边处受外力挤压或碰撞后容易破损、重复使用次数极其有限，且常规塑料包装始终是一把“双刃剑”，给人们生活带来便利的同时，却因大量废弃的塑料包装垃圾，尤其是回收价值较低、不可降解的塑料袋，极易造成环境的污染和危害。
随着经济的快速发展，居民的购买力水平和消费意愿逐步增强，消费观念将趋向进一步提高环保意识和生活质量，为了减轻塑料密实包装袋对环境的污染，提高包装袋的适用性，现提出一种新的密实包装袋方案。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于既克服上述塑料密实袋易破损、不环保等缺点，又能避免传统布料包装袋易滋生细菌、密封防护性差的不足，提供一种夹链防护密实包装袋。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种夹链防护密实包装袋，包括密实包装袋本体，以及设置在包装袋本体上端袋口内壁的封口夹链条，所述封口夹链条包括相互配合扣接的封口夹链凹条和封口夹链凸条，所述凹条和凸条在袋口内壁两侧呈相对设置，所述密实包装袋本体，是由从内到外依次为热封层、内衬层、抑菌膜层和外衬层经层压复合而成，所述封口夹链凹条和凸条挤压成型后通过热粘合工艺后附于包装袋本体的热封层上。
本实用新型所述夹链防护密实包装袋，其具体制作工艺步骤包括：
S1、包装袋本体的面料制作：
A：通过刮涂工艺在内衬层的内表面制作热封层；
B：在内衬层远离热封层的外表面铺设抑菌膜层；
C：将外衬层铺设在抑菌膜层上，并经层压工艺将所述各层进行复合形成复合面料；
D：根据需求尺寸对所述A-C步骤形成的复合面料进行裁切分条；
S2、封口夹链条挤压成型及粘贴：通过模具分别将封口夹链凹条和凸条挤压成型，并通过热粘合工艺分别贴附在S1-D步骤中分切好的包装袋本体临近袋口端的热封层上，所述凹条和凸条长度与包装袋本体宽度等长；
S3、封边制袋成型：对S2步骤中分切和粘贴好封口夹链条的包装袋本体沿对折线进行对折封边制袋，从而制得封口夹链条一端敞开的密实包装袋。优选的，所述的封边制袋是采用超声波封边工艺。
优选的，所述内衬层为经过经编定向织造的聚酯长丝纤维。
优选的，所述热封层材料为聚乙烯（PE）或低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）或线性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）。
优选的，所述封口夹链条材料为聚乙烯（PE）。
优选的，所述抑菌膜层为纳米银纤维或竹纤维或镀银纤维或铜离子纤维，所述膜层具有良好的抑菌除臭性。
优选的，所述外衬层材料为聚酯长丝纤维。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型提供的夹链防护密实包装袋本体采用多层复合面料，环保耐用、承重能力强，且可反复使用，有效减轻塑料垃圾带来的危害；所述包装袋本体的内衬层和外衬层材料采用聚酯长丝，强度高、耐磨性和耐热性好，其中经过经编定向织造的聚酯长丝内衬层，使包装袋内部更具弹性，手感更好；抑菌膜层所用材料抑菌除臭性良好，能够有效抑制细菌滋生，避免包装袋发霉腐烂，延长包装袋的使用寿命；包装袋热封层与封口夹链条采用相同材质，层间紧密度更高，避免层间脱落，且所用材料热封性好，有利于提高包装袋的整体密封性，防护性更好。

一种夹链防护密实包装袋，如图1所示，包括密实包装袋本体1，以及设置在包装袋本体上端袋口3内壁的封口夹链条2，所述封口夹链条2包括相互配合扣接的封口夹链凹条21和封口夹链凸条22，所述凹条21和凸条22在袋口内壁两侧呈相对设置。
如图2、图3所示，所述密实包装袋本体1，是由从内到外依次为热封层101、内衬层102、抑菌膜层103和外衬层104经层压复合而成，所述封口夹链凹条21和凸条22挤压成型后通过热粘合工艺后附于包装袋本体1的热封层101上。
所述夹链防护密实包装袋，其具体制作工艺步骤如图4所示，首先是S1、包装袋本体的面料制作，包括：
A：通过刮涂工艺在内衬层102的内表面制作热封层101；
B：在内衬层102远离热封层101的外表面铺设抑菌膜层103；
C：将外衬层104铺设在抑菌膜层103上，并经层压工艺将所述各层进行复合形成复合面料；
D：根据需求尺寸对所述A-C步骤形成的复合面料进行裁切分条；
然后是S2、封口夹链条挤压成型及粘贴：通过模具分别将封口夹链凹条21和凸条22挤压成型，并通过热粘合工艺分别贴附在S1-D步骤中分切好的包装袋本体临近袋口端的热封层101上，所述凹条21和凸条22长度与包装袋本体宽度等长；
最后是S3、封边制袋成型：对S2步骤中分切和粘贴好封口夹链条2的包装袋本体1沿对折线进行对折封边制袋，从而制得封口夹链条一端敞开的密实包装袋。所述的封边制袋是采用超声波封边工艺。
所述内衬层102为经过经编定向织造的聚酯长丝纤维。
所述热封层101和封口夹链条2材料均采用聚乙烯（PE）树脂，以提高热封层与封口夹链条的层间紧固性，具体为：所述热封层101材料为聚乙烯（PE）或低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）或线性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE），所述封口夹链条2材料为聚乙烯（PE）。
所述抑菌膜层103为纳米银纤维或竹纤维或镀银纤维或铜离子纤维，所述膜层具有良好的抑菌除臭性。
所述外衬层104材料为聚酯长丝纤维。
