For example, TPE, TPR, polyurethane, latex or silicon rubber with Shore hardness of 0-60A is selected to be made into a polymer elastomer structure with a cavity wall thickness of 0.1-7 mm, and TPE, TPR, polyurethane, latex or silicon rubber with Shore hardness of 5-30A is preferably made into a polymer elastomer structure with a cavity wall thickness of 1-5 mm.

For example, for the material chamber structure, it is preferable that the material chamber structure is a separate member having a snap thereon that is capable of interconnecting with the neck of the container and enabling relative rotation between the material chamber structure and the container, such that the material chamber structure becomes a snap-on material chamber structure, which facilitates the material chamber structure to adapt to various installation or combination requirements of the container closure.

The assembly and function of the container closing device and the packaging container of the embodiment are realized as follows:
(1) assembling the material chamber component 22 with the buckle and the macromolecule elastic body component 23: the polymer elastomer member 23 is placed at the head end of the material cavity structure 2201, the opening 2302 of the elastomer member is just arranged at the opening 2202 of the material cavity structure, the annular fixing piece 24 is further installed at the head end of the material cavity structure 2201, the buckle 2401 of the annular fixing piece and the fixing buckle 2208 of the elastomer member arranged at the head end of the material cavity structure 2201 are buckled with each other, and the annular fixing piece 24 tightly presses the edge structure 2303 of the elastomer member at the head end of the material cavity structure 2201, so that the effect of installing and fixing the polymer elastomer member 23 at the head end of the material cavity structure 2201 is achieved.
(2) Assembly of the snap-on material chamber member 22 with the hang-plug member 3: air in the material cavity structure 2201 is removed through the tail end of the material cavity structure 2201, for example, the air is removed through a vacuum pump to form negative pressure, the negative pressure is formed in the material cavity structure 2201, namely, the elastomer bag wall structure 2301 of the high polymer elastomer component 23 is sunken from the head end of the material cavity structure 2201 and protrudes to the tail end of the material cavity structure 2201 to be expanded and deformed to form an elastomer bag cavity structure 2304, then the material is filled into the elastomer bag cavity structure 2304, the hook structure 302 of the hanging and plugging component is further installed along the rib 2205, the hook structure 302 and the high-step ladder of the buckle 2204 of the step type structure are fastened together, in addition, the elastomer bag wall structure 2301 has the function of a sealing gasket at the part contacted with the inner wall of the opening 2202 of the material cavity structure, the sealing plug 301 of the hanging and the sealing plug 301 of the elastomer component can be sealed to the opening 2302 of the material sealing structure, Stored in an elastomeric bladder cavity structure 2304. Example 11. a container closure assembly having a pop-up seal member and a separate polymeric elastomer member mounted to the bottom of a container, its component parts, its packaging container and use.
Referring to fig. 23 to 27, the present embodiment provides a container closure device mounted on a container bottom, in particular a container closure device mounted on a neck structure provided on the container bottom, comprising a control cap, a plug member 3, wherein:
the control cover part is formed by assembling a cover enclosing component 25, a material chamber component 22 with a buckle, a macromolecule elastomer component 23 and a ring-shaped fixing piece 24 together;
the cover enclosing member 25 has a cover enclosing structure 2501, the head end of the cover enclosing structure 2501 is open, the tail end is closed, and a welding positioning groove 2507 is arranged on the inner wall of the cover enclosing structure 2501;

the ring fastener 24 has a snap 2401 of the ring fastener and a rib 2402. The container is formed by assembling a container neck component 11 and a container body chamber component 12 together through welding, the container neck component 11 is arranged at the bottom of the container, the container neck component 11 is provided with a buckle 1101 on the container neck, ribs 1102 on the inner wall of the container neck, an opening 1103 of the container and a welding groove structure 1104, and a groove-shaped longitudinal track structure is formed between the ribs 1102 on the inner wall of the container neck; the container main body chamber component 12 is provided with a container main body chamber 1201 and a welding sealing ring 1202, and the top of the container main body chamber component 12 is provided with an opening 1203 of the container top; the vessel neck member 11 and the vessel body chamber member 12 are connected and fixed to each other and sealed by welding the portions of the welding groove structure 1104 and the welding seal ring 1202 that are in contact with each other, thereby forming the vessel according to the present embodiment.

Claims (11)

1. A container is characterized in that the container is provided with an open container neck and a main body chamber, a buckle or a thread is arranged on the outer wall of the container neck, and a convex-concave structure is arranged on the inner wall of the container neck;
wherein the neck of the container is disposed at the top of the container;
alternatively, the neck of the container is arranged at the bottom of the container and the top of the container is also provided with an opening.

4. A container according to claim 1, wherein the container is an assembly or combination of separate parts of a neck of the container and a body chamber of the container.
