Claims (8)

1. A novel choke, comprising:
the mounting base is provided with a circular fixing groove and a through opening, and a fixing screw hole is formed in the circular fixing groove;
the lower annular fixing shell is internally provided with a lower annular opening cavity, the outer side wall of the lower annular fixing shell is circumferentially provided with a lower fixing piece, the lower end of the lower fixing piece can be fixedly connected into the circular fixing groove, the inner wall of the lower annular fixing shell is provided with an inner connecting ring, the outer side wall of the lower annular fixing shell is provided with an outer connecting ring, the inner connecting ring is circumferentially provided with an inner sliding groove, and the outer connecting ring is circumferentially provided with an outer sliding groove;
the upper annular fixing shell is internally provided with an upper annular opening cavity, an upper fixing piece is arranged on the lower side edge of the upper annular fixing piece, lower fixing parts are arranged on the lower fixing piece and the inner connecting ring, and the upper fixing piece is correspondingly connected with the lower fixing piece so as to fixedly connect the upper annular fixing shell to the lower annular fixing shell;
the upper annular fixing shell and the lower annular fixing shell are mutually connected to realize that the upper annular opening cavity and the lower annular opening cavity are butted to form an accommodating cavity, and the annular magnetic core is installed inside the accommodating cavity;
the insulating assembly comprises a central cylinder, a lower U-shaped connecting plate, an upper U-shaped connecting plate and an insulating connecting plate, the lower end of the central cylinder is connected to the mounting base, the central cylinder is located at the central position of the lower annular fixing shell, the upper U-shaped connecting plate and the lower U-shaped connecting plate are respectively and correspondingly fixedly connected to the upper annular fixing shell and the lower annular fixing shell, one side edge of the insulating connecting plate is connected with the central cylinder, and the other side edge of the insulating connecting plate is connected with the upper U-shaped connecting plate and the lower U-shaped connecting plate together;
and the coil winding is correspondingly arranged on the winding installation part.

The novel choke coil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower fixing member comprises a fixing plate circumferentially disposed along the lower annular fixing casing, a fixing rod is connected to a bottom of the fixing plate, a circular mounting plate capable of being inserted into the circular fixing groove is disposed at a lower end of the fixing rod, and a fixing bolt is disposed on the circular mounting plate.

A novel choke coil as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the inner wall of said lower U-shaped connecting plate is provided with an inner sliding block and an outer sliding block, said inner sliding block and said outer sliding block are respectively and correspondingly slidably limited in said inner sliding groove and said outer sliding groove.
4. The novel choke coil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the upper U-shaped connecting plate is provided with an insertion strip, and the upper side of the lower U-shaped connecting plate is provided with an insertion through hole for inserting the insertion strip;
the lateral part of the insertion strip is provided with a locking buckle, and the inner wall of the insertion through hole is provided with a clamping groove for embedding the locking buckle.

The novel choke coil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper and lower U-shaped connection plates have extension partitions on both sides, and the extension partitions inside the upper and lower U-shaped connection plates have insertion grooves into which the sides of the insulating connection plate can be inserted.

A novel choke coil as claimed in claim 5, wherein said central cylindrical body has a plurality of open slots formed on its outer side wall for receiving said side edges of said insulating connection plates, and a plurality of said open slots are formed along the circumference of said central cylindrical body.

The novel choke coil as claimed in claim 6, wherein the open slot is provided with a first locking slot on both sides of the top of the central column, the side wall of the first locking slot is provided with a locking channel, a spring element and a locking column are arranged in the locking channel, and a toggle element is arranged on the locking column;
the top both sides of embedded groove all are provided with the second and lock the groove, the second is locked the inslot and is provided with the stop pin.

A novel choke coil as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that said insulating connection plate is provided at both sides thereof with a first locking plate and a second locking plate, said first locking plate and said second locking plate being respectively inserted into said first locking groove and said second locking groove;
and the side walls of the first locking plate and the second locking plate are respectively provided with a first locking hole and a second locking hole, and the first locking hole and the second locking hole are respectively arranged corresponding to the locking column and the locking pin.
