Some embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a walking aid rehabilitation device, which includes a frame 100 and a seat 200 disposed on the frame 100; the chair seat 200 comprises a base plate 210 and a supporting plate 220, the base plate 210 is connected with a first lifting driving device 300, the first lifting driving device 300 can drive the base plate 210 to do lifting movement relative to the supporting plate 220, and the base plate 210 has a starting position (see fig. 2 in particular) and a lifting position (see fig. 3 in particular) in the lifting movement process; the supporting plate 220 is provided with an avoiding hole 221, when the pad 210 is at the initial position, at least part of the pad 210 is located in the avoiding hole, and the upper surfaces of the pad 210 and the supporting plate 220 form a supporting seat surface, wherein the upper surface of the pad 210 is a main stress surface; when the mat 210 is in the raised position, both sides of the mat 210 have active areas for the legs of the user to rest on.
In the walking aid rehabilitation device provided by the present embodiment, the base plate 210 has a starting position and a lifting position driven by the first lifting driving device 300, when the base plate 210 is at the starting position (see fig. 2 in particular), at least a part of the base plate 210 is located in the avoiding hole 221, and the upper surfaces of the base plate 210 and the supporting plate 220 form a supporting seat surface on which a user can sit, the supporting seat surface serving as a support for the user; furthermore, the support plate 220 is provided with the avoiding hole 221, and at least a portion of the pad plate 210 is located in the avoiding hole 221, so that the upper surface of the pad plate 210 can be a main bearing surface.
Since the upper surface of the mat 210 is the main force bearing surface, when the user wants to change from the sitting posture to the standing posture, the mat 210 can be lifted relative to the supporting plate 220 by the first lifting driving device 300 (see fig. 3 in particular), in the process, the mat 210 can give the user a corresponding strength to get up, that is, the mat 210 can continuously provide the supporting function for the user, and simultaneously, the gravity center of the user is lifted to gradually make the user close to stand, and the process can reduce the discomfort of the user in the state change as much as possible. When the base plate 210 is at the rising position, the two sides of the base plate 210 are provided with the moving areas for placing the legs of the user, so that the user can independently and slowly separate from the base plate 210 when approaching the standing state, and the frame 100 is automatically pushed to exercise walking; on the other hand, the mat 210 can be not completely separated, and the mat 210 can provide a supporting function to perform a movement similar to walking.
From the foregoing analysis, it can be seen that the walking aid rehabilitation device enables the user to easily perform the actions of rising from a sitting posture to self-walking independently for rehabilitation training of patients (such as hemiplegic stroke patients), and is economical and practical.
The backing plate 210, the support plate 220, and the cooperating structure thereof will be further explained below.
Specifically, both the pad 210 and the supporting plate 220 can be made of waterproof and sweat-absorbent materials; further, the upper surface of the pad 210 is provided with titanium steel particles which are beneficial to the physiotherapy of blood vessels and heart.
It should be noted that the supporting seat surface formed by the cushion plate 210 and the supporting plate 220 is substantially planar, so that the patient can sit on the supporting seat surface, and the comfort of the user in the sitting posture can be improved as much as possible; of course, the proper modification of the base plate 210 and the supporting plate 220 in consideration of the massage and physiotherapy functions is also within the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned "initial position" refers to the lowest position of the pad 210 in the initial state, i.e. the state of not moving, or the lowest position that the pad 210 can reach when making the descending movement; accordingly, the "raised position" referred to above means the highest position that the mat 210 can reach when performing the lifting work. The lowest position may be a fixed position, and the highest position may be reasonably adjusted according to different users, that is, may be adjusted by setting the stroke of the first lifting driving device 300, which will be clear to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a portion of the pad 210 is located in the avoiding hole 221; in other embodiments, all of the pad 210 may be located within the clearance hole 221, however, in such an arrangement, it is desirable to ensure that when the pad 210 is in the raised position, both sides of the pad 210 have active areas for the legs of the user to rest upon, thereby ensuring that the user can walk to perform the exercise. In the arrangement in which the pad 210 is entirely located in the avoiding hole 221, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the seat 200 can be modified or properly adjusted based on the structure shown in fig. 2, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.
It will be appreciated that the above-mentioned "primary force-bearing surface" can be considered to be the surface that is in greater contact with the user, i.e., the pad 210 primarily supports the user; at the same time, the supporting plate 220 has relatively less contact with the user, and the plate surface of the supporting plate 220 plays an auxiliary supporting role for the user.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pad 210 is a bicycle saddle structure, and the avoiding hole 221 is adapted to the rear portion of the bicycle saddle structure; when the shim plate 210 is in the starting position, the front of the bicycle saddle structure protrudes out of the relief hole 221; both sides of the front part of the bicycle saddle structure have an active area both in the starting position and in the raised position, i.e. it is ensured that the legs of the user are active both in sitting and standing position.
This embodiment shows one form of bicycle saddle structure, as shown in fig. 2 or 3, but is not limited to this form, and all the structures of the existing bicycle saddles can be adopted, and the forms of the bicycle saddle are more, and are not listed here.
The front and back mentioned in the embodiment means that one side of the walking aid rehabilitation device convenient for a user to sit is front and the other side is back under a common or normal use state; also, the side provided with the backrest is the back, and the side corresponding to the backrest is the front; it is also indicated that the side of the conventional walking aid rehabilitation device that walks forward is forward, and the side that retreats is backward.
As shown in fig. 3, the inner side edge of the avoidance hole 221 is a lower inclined surface inclined toward the center of the avoidance hole 221 and extending downward; the outer edge of the rear portion of the bicycle saddle structure is an inclined surface matched with the lower inclined surface, so that the cushion plate 210 can be well matched and fixed with the avoiding hole 221 in the process of moving from the rising position to the starting position, and the cushion plate 210 is prevented from being inclined forwards and backwards to ensure the relative stability of the seat 200.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the supporting plate 220 is a rectangular plate structure having an escape hole 221; the side of the supporting plate 220 close to the leg of the user is a concave arc surface 222 gradually withdrawn from the two side edge parts to the center.
The curvature of the concave arc 222 should be designed with reference to the curvature of the human thigh to meet the requirements of the human thigh and ergonomics as much as possible, so that the user is not easy to slip out of the most suitable position of the seat 200 in a sitting posture state, and the thigh can be placed comfortably.
Referring to fig. 3, the shim plate 210 in the raised position inevitably imposes limitations on the mobility space of the user's legs due to the presence of the support plate 220 even though both sides of the front portion of the bicycle saddle structure have mobility areas in the starting position and the raised position.
The detailed description of the base plate 210, the supporting plate 220 and the cooperating structure of the two has been made above, and the detailed structure of the first elevating driving means 300 and the base plate 210 is described next.
Further, an angle fine-tuning structure is arranged between the output end of the first lifting driving device 300 and the base plate 210, and the angle fine-tuning structure is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the base plate 210 and enabling the base plate 210 to be arranged in a downward inclined manner from back to front when in the lifting position (not shown in the figure).
In this embodiment, the first lifting driving device 300 may be a hydraulic driving device, and of course, the first lifting driving device 300 may also be an electric push rod.
