The back frame 2 is connected to the machine shell 1, and the back frame 2 is connected with two braces 21; the power assembly 4 is disposed in the casing 1, and the power assembly 4 includes an engine 41.
The starting device 5 comprises an electric starting assembly 51 and a hand starting assembly 52, and the electric starting assembly 51 and the hand starting assembly 52 are both connected with the engine 41 and used for starting the engine 41.
In this embodiment, the starting device 5 further includes a starter assembly 53, the starter assembly 53 is in transmission connection with the engine 41, and is used for starting the engine 41; both the electrical activation assembly 51 and the hand activation assembly 52 are drivingly connected to the actuator assembly 53 for activating the actuator assembly 53. And the present embodiment can start the machine relatively quickly and easily by means of the electric start assembly 51, reducing the operator's requirements with regard to stretching power, stretching distance and stretching skill.
Furthermore, the starting device 5 of the present embodiment includes both the electric starting assembly 51 and the hand starting assembly 52, so that when the machine cannot be started by the electric starting assembly 51 due to the damage of the electric starting assembly 51 or the power loss of the power source 512, the machine can be started by the hand starting assembly 52.
The backpack mower 100 further includes a hood 31 and a handle 621, the hood 31 is disposed on the transmission rod 62 and located on one side of the cutter 3, and can prevent grass clippings cut by the cutter 3 from flying toward an operator. The handle 621 is disposed on the transmission rod 62 for facilitating the grasping of the operator, thereby facilitating the operator to control the moving direction and moving distance of the cutting tool 3.
The backpack mower 100 further comprises a quick-connect joint 7, the transmission rod 62 is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of transmission rod segments 622, and two adjacent transmission rod segments 622 are connected through the quick-connect joint 7. The drive rod section 622 comprises an externally arranged aluminum or iron tube, inside which a hard shaft made of iron or steel is arranged. Electric starter assembly 51 includes an electric motor 511 and a source of electric power 512, electric motor 511 being drivingly connected to starter assembly 53; the power source 512 is a lithium battery pack, electrically connected to the motor 511, and used for supplying power.
The power source 512 of this embodiment is a three-lithium battery. The power source 512 is provided with four wires, namely a fourth wire 94, a fifth wire 95, a sixth wire 96 and a seventh wire 97, the fourth wire 94 and the fifth wire 95 are charging wires for charging, and the sixth wire 96 is a common ground wire; seventh wire 97 is the operating power line for motor 511.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic view illustrating a part of a backpack mower 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electrical activation assembly 51 further includes a charging port 515, a charge indicator 516, a fuse 513, and an activation switch 514. The charging port 515 is disposed on the housing 1, and electrically connected to the power source 512 through a fifth wire 95 (see fig. 2) for charging; the charging indicator lamp 516 is electrically connected to the power source 512 and the charging port 515 for indicating charging status.
The fuse 513 is electrically connected to the power source 512 (see fig. 2), and the fuse 513 can reduce the risk of damage to the motor 511 and the circuit due to excessive current. The start switch 514 is electrically connected to the power source 512 for controlling the motor 511 (see fig. 2). When the start switch 514 is pressed, the motor 511 outputs torque so that the engine 41 can be started.
The hand actuation assembly 52 includes a pull handle 521 and a pull wire 522, the pull handle 521 is disposed on the housing 1, and the pull handle 521 is connected to the actuator assembly 53 through the pull wire 522. In one embodiment, the pull handle 521 is pulled and the pull wire 522 is pulled, thereby rotating the pawl plate of the actuator assembly 53 and starting the motor 41.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic view illustrating a part of a backpack mower 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a part of a structure of an engine 41 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The engine 41 is electrically connected to the power source 512 for charging the power source 512.
The engine 41 includes an oil can 411, a cylinder 417, a PCB 416 (printed circuit board), an igniter 413, a flywheel assembly 412, an ignition coil 414, a spark plug 415, an eighth wire 98, and a ninth wire 99. The eighth wire 98 is a short-circuited wire of the igniter 413, and the ninth wire 99 is a ground wire.
The flywheel assembly 412 includes a magnetic steel part 4121, the ignition coil 414 includes a high voltage wire 4143, a coil 4141 and a silicon steel sheet 4142, the coil 4141 is wound on the silicon steel sheet 4142, and the wire of the coil 4141 is connected to the PCB 416. The igniter 413 may be an electronic igniter 413. Wherein the flywheel assembly 412 rotates, the igniter 413 primarily discharges the ignition coil 414, thereby causing the ignition coil 414 to discharge high voltage electricity, and the ignition coil 414 supplies the high voltage electricity to the spark plug 415 through the high voltage line 4143, thereby causing the ignition coil 414 to provide sufficient energy to the spark plug 415 to generate sufficient electric spark.
When the backpack mower 100 is running, the silicon steel sheet 4142 in the ignition coil 414 cuts magnetic lines of force to form a certain amount of current. Two parts of current are generated through the rectification action of the coil 4141 and the PCB 416 with different sizes, wherein one part of the current generates one to twenty thousand volts and is directly used for igniting the spark plug 415 through the high-voltage wire 4143; another part of the generated voltage is stored in the electric power source 512 of the electric starting assembly 51 via the fourth electric wire 94 (see fig. 2) and is supplied to the motor 511 for starting the engine 41.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of an internal structure of the control handle 8 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The manipulation handle 8 has three electric wires and a self-reset switch 81 for controlling the three electric wires to be turned on and off. The three electric wires are a first electric wire 91, a second electric wire 92 and a third electric wire 93, respectively.
The first wire 91 is electrically connected to the electric starting assembly 51, the second wire 92 is a common connection wire, and the third wire 93 is electrically connected to the engine 41.
In this embodiment, the first wire 91 is a live wire for connecting the seventh wire 97, i.e., the motor 511 and the power source 512, the second wire 92 is a common-use wire, and the third wire 93 is a short-circuit wire for connecting the eighth wire 98, i.e., the igniter 413.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the operating handle 8 according to an embodiment of the present application. The self-reset switch 81 has three shift positions, i.e., a first shift position 811, a second shift position 812, and a third shift position 813.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a first gear 811 is interfaced with a first wire 91 for starting the machine, a second gear 812 is interfaced with a second wire 92, and a third gear 813 is interfaced with a third wire 93 for extinguishing the machine.
The initial state, i.e., the normal state, of the self-reset switch 81 is the state of the second gear 812. When the machine needs to be started, the self-reset switch 81 is pressed to the position marked by the first gear 811, and the motor 511 is started to work, so that the engine 41 is driven to operate; when flameout is needed, the switch is pressed towards the position marked by the third gear 813, and the third wire 93 is connected with the eighth wire 98, namely, the short-circuit wire of the igniter 413 is connected, so that the short circuit is caused by the wire where the ignition coil 414 is located, and the flameout purpose is achieved.

1. A backpack lawnmower, comprising:
a housing;
cutting a cutter;
the back frame is connected to the shell and is connected with two straps;
the power assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises an engine, and the engine is in transmission connection with the cutting tool and used for driving the cutting tool to rotate;
the starting device comprises an electric starting assembly and a hand starting assembly, and the electric starting assembly and the hand starting assembly are both connected with the engine and used for starting the engine; and
the operating handle is provided with three electric wires and a self-reset switch for controlling the on-off of the three electric wires,
the three electric wires are respectively a first electric wire, a second electric wire and a third electric wire, wherein the first electric wire is electrically connected with the electric starting assembly, the second electric wire is a public connection electric wire, and the third electric wire is electrically connected with the engine.
2. The backpack lawnmower of claim 1, wherein the starting device further comprises a starter assembly drivingly connected to the engine for starting the engine;
the electric starting assembly and the hand starting assembly are in transmission connection with the starter assembly and are used for starting the starter assembly.
3. The backpack lawnmower of claim 2, wherein the hand-activated assembly comprises: the starter comprises a pulling handle and a pull wire, wherein the pulling handle is arranged on the shell and is connected with the starter component through the pull wire.
4. The backpack lawnmower of claim 3, wherein the electrical activation assembly comprises:
a motor in driving connection with the starter assembly;
the power source is electrically connected with the motor and used for supplying power;
a fuse electrically connected to the power source; and
a starting switch electrically connected to the power source for controlling the motor.
5. The backpack lawnmower of claim 4, wherein the electrical activation assembly further comprises:
the charging port is arranged on the shell, is electrically connected with the power source and is used for charging; and
the charging indicator light is electrically connected with the power source and the charging port and used for indicating the charging condition.
6. The backpack lawnmower of claim 5, wherein the power source is a lithium battery pack, and the motor is electrically connected to the power source for charging the power source.
7. The backpack lawnmower of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
the flexible shaft is connected with the engine;
the transmission rod is connected with the flexible shaft; and
the input end of the gear box is connected with the transmission rod, and the output end of the gear box is connected with the cutting tool;
wherein, the control handle is arranged on the transmission rod.
8. The backpack lawnmower of claim 7, further comprising:
the protective cover is arranged on the transmission rod and is positioned on one side of the cutting tool; and
the carrying handle is arranged on the transmission rod.
9. The backpack lawnmower of claim 7, wherein the inner surface of the harness has a buffer member for buffering vibration, the buffer member being an air bag or a sponge cushion.
10. The backpack lawnmower of claim 7, further comprising:
