The band 200 and the main body 100 are simply mounted and dismounted to facilitate replacement of a damaged band 200 or repair of the main body 100.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in one embodiment, charging device 30 includes a charging dock 300 and a data line 400. The data line 400 is capable of communicating an electrical signal such that the charging device 30 can charge the wearable device 20 or communicate data. The data line 400 is fixed in the charging base 300, is the integration, guarantees the stability of the electric connection of data line 400 and charging base 300, avoids appearing the condition that the interface that charges of data line 400 takes place to install not in place when installing in the charging base 300, can avoid the data line 400 to lose equally, and convenience of customers uses at any time. The charging base 300 is provided with a first contact 360, the data line 400 is electrically connected with the first contact 360, and the charging base 300 can be electrically connected with an external power supply through the data line 400, so that the first contact 360 is electrically connected with the external power supply. The main body 100 is provided with a second contact (not shown), and when the wearable device 20 is installed on the charging device 30, the first contact 360 is in contact with the second contact, so that the charging base 300 and the main body 100 can be electrically connected through the first contact 360 and the second contact, and the external power supply can charge the wearable device 20 through the charging device 30. The number of the first contacts 360 may be one or more, and the number of the second contacts is the same as the number of the first contacts 360.
In one embodiment, the first contact 360 includes a PIN dot and the second contact includes a PIN dot. In another embodiment, the charging device 30 and the main body 100 may be electrically connected by other methods, which are not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in an embodiment, the charging base 300 is provided with a receiving groove 370, a depth direction of the receiving groove 370 is the same as a thickness direction of the wearable device 20, and a depth of the receiving groove 370 is smaller than a thickness of the main body 100. When the wearable device 20 is installed on the charging device 30, at least a portion of the structure of the main body 100 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 370, and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 370 holds the main body 100, so that the first contact 360 and the second contact are in contact, and the main body 100 is prevented from shaking relative to the accommodating groove 370, thereby improving the charging reliability of the charging base 300.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in an embodiment, the receiving groove 370 has a groove bottom 380 and a first groove wall 310 and a second groove wall 320 which are oppositely arranged, the first groove wall 310 and the second groove wall 320 define the length of the receiving groove 370, and the length of the receiving groove 370 is substantially equal to the length of the main body 100. The first contact 360 protrudes from the slot bottom 380. In another embodiment, the first contact 360 may protrude from the first slot wall 310 or the second slot wall 320 or other slot walls, which is not limited herein. The first groove wall 310 and the second groove wall 320 are symmetrically provided with protruding first buckles 350, and when the wearable device 20 is installed in the charging device 30, the first buckles 350 can clamp the main body 100, so that the main body 100 is fixed in the receiving groove 370.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, in an embodiment, the first side wall 110 and the second side wall 120 are symmetrically provided with first locking grooves 160 for cooperating with the first locking buckles 350. When the wearable device 20 is installed on the charging device 30, at least a portion of the structure of the first buckle 350 extends into the first slot 160, the first side wall 110 and the first slot wall 310 are fixed by the first buckle 350 and the first slot 160, and the second side wall 120 and the second slot wall 320 are fixed by the first buckle 350 and the first slot 160, so that the main body 100 is fixed to the receiving slot 370. Because 2 first buckles 350 symmetry settings, wearable device 20 atress is balanced when charging, can not rise to stick up.
In another embodiment, the first buckle 350 is symmetrically disposed on the first side wall 110 and the second side wall 120, the first slot 160 is symmetrically disposed on the first slot wall 310 and the second slot wall 320, and when the wearable device 20 is installed on the charging device 30, the main body 100 and the charging base 300 are fixed by the first buckle 350 and the first slot 160.
As shown in fig. 6 and 13, in one embodiment, the depth of second locking slot 225 extends along the width direction of strap 200, i.e., the X direction, i.e., the depth direction of second locking slot 225 is the same as the X direction; the depth of the first card slot 160 extends along the length direction of the wearable device 20, i.e., the Y direction, i.e., the depth direction of the first card slot 160 is the same as the Y direction. The depth D2 of the second buckle 150 extending into the second slot 225 is greater than the depth D1 of the first buckle 350 extending into the first slot 160, so that the holding force of the frame 220 to the main body 100 is greater than the holding force of the charging device 30 to the main body 100, and the main body 100 can be driven by the strap 200 to be pulled out of the charging device 30. It can be understood that the depth D2 of the second clip 150 extending into the second card slot 225 is the dimension of the second clip 150 extending into the second card slot 225 in the depth direction, i.e., the X direction, of the second card slot 225; the depth D1 of the first latch 350 extending into the first slot 160 is the dimension of the first latch 350 extending into the first slot 160 in the depth direction, i.e., the Y direction, of the first slot 160. After the wearable device 20 is charged, the user can pull the strap 200, and as the force of pulling the strap 200 by the user increases, the first buckle 350 and the first card slot 160 are separated from each other first because the holding force of the charging device 30 to the main body 100 is smaller than the holding force of the frame 220 to the main body 100. That is, in a state where the second buckle 150 and the second card slot 225 are engaged, the wearable device 20 can be detached from the charging device 30.
In an embodiment, the housing of the charging base 300 may be prepared by an injection molding process, so that the 2 first fasteners 350 are directly molded on the housing of the charging base 300, the production process is simple, and the cost is low. In one embodiment, the material of the housing of the charging base 300 may include PC (Polycarbonate) or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic (abs), and meet the requirement of fire protection V1.
The electronic component 10 of the present application, the charging operation of the wearable device 20 is simple, and the main body 100 can be charged without detaching the band 200 from the main body 100. When the wearable device 20 needs to be charged, the main body 100 is installed on the charging device 30, the charging device 30 clamps the main body 100 and can charge the main body 100, and the main body 100 is clamped and fixed by the charging device 30, so that the charging is safe and reliable. Because the clamping force of the frame 220 of the strap 200 to the main body 100 is greater than the clamping force of the charging device 30 to the main body 100, after charging is finished, a user can directly pull the strap 200, so that the strap 200 drives the main body 100 to be separated from the charging device 30 in the state that the main body 100 is clamped by the frame 220, the operation is simple, and the user experience is improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
