Background
With the popularity of wearable devices, wearable devices may be applied in a variety of scenarios to achieve different experiences. Taking the most popular smart watches as an example, the functions of the smart watches can be extended to business, entertainment, health monitoring and other scenes. Under different scenes, a single watchband is difficult to meet the requirements of different environments, for example, a steel wristband and a leather wristband are not suitable to wear under sports scenes such as swimming and sports, so the requirements for realizing the disassembling function of the wristband of a wearable device such as a watch are increasingly increased in order to adapt to wider application scenes. In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more comprehensible, the following description will make the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application clear and complete with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. The wearable device of the following embodiments of the present application may be a wrist watch (mechanical, quartz or smart watch) bracelet, finger ring or the like.
The specific structure of the wearable device will be described below by means of different embodiments taking a wristwatch as an example.
Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the wearable device 100 provided in the embodiments of the present application includes a main body 110, a wristband 120, and a connection mechanism 130, it is to be understood that the main body 110 may be a watch body of a wristwatch, the wristband 120 may be a watchband of the wristwatch, and the main body 110 and the wristband 120 may be detachably connected through the connection mechanism 130 so as to facilitate replacement of the wristband 120.
Specifically, the connection mechanism 130 includes a plug 131, a locking member 132 and a fixing case 133, the plug 131 is disposed on the main body 110, the fixing case 133 is disposed on the wristband 120, it is understood that when the main body 110 is connected with the wristband 120 through the connection mechanism 130, the plug 131 is disposed on a side of the main body 110 facing the wristband 120, the fixing case 133 is disposed on an end of the wristband 120 facing the main body 110, an inserting slot 1331 matched with the plug 131 is disposed on an end of the fixing case 133 facing the main body 110, and the inserting slot 1331 extends along a second direction (i.e. an inserting direction in which the plug 131 is inserted into the inserting slot 1331), so that the plug 131 can be inserted into the inserting slot 1331 along the second direction.
In addition, the wristband 120 has a receiving slot 121 extending along a first direction, the first direction and the second direction are staggered, the receiving slot 121 is communicated with the inserting slot 1331, the fixing element is provided with a first locking portion 1332, the locking element 132 is provided with a locking portion 1321 and a second locking portion 1322, correspondingly, the inserting element 131 is provided with a locking hole 1311, the locking portion 1321 on the locking element 132 can be inserted into the locking hole 1311, and the second locking portion 1322 on the locking element 132 is locked with the first locking portion 1332 on the fixing shell 133, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting the main body 110 and the wristband 120 through the locking element 132, the inserting element 131 and the fixing shell 133.
Alternatively, the first locking portion 1332 may be a first magnetic member, the second locking portion 1322 may be a second magnetic member, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member may be attracted to each other, so that after the locking member 132 is installed in the accommodating groove 121, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are attracted to each other, so that the locking member 132 and the fixing case 133 are interlocked to each other, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and has low cost.

When the main body 110 is detached from the wristband 120, the locking piece 132 is only required to be taken out from the accommodating groove 121, and the wristband 120 is pulled to separate the plug piece 131 from the plug groove 1331 on the fixing case 133, so that the main body 110 and the wristband 120 can be detached with high detachment efficiency.
In addition, after the main body 110 is detached from the wristband 120, the locking member 132 can be reinstalled in the accommodating groove 121, so that the second locking portion 1322 on the locking member 132 and the first locking portion 1332 on the wristband 120 are attracted to each other to achieve mutual locking between the locking member 132 and the fixing case 133, thereby preventing the locking member 132 from being lost.
Therefore, in the above scheme, on one hand, the connecting mechanism 130 facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the main body 110 and the wrist strap 120, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is high, so that the user experience is improved; on the other hand, the loss of the lock holder 132 can be avoided.
It is understood that when the first locking portion 1332 and the second locking portion 1322 are magnetic members, the first locking portion 1332 and the second locking portion 1322 may be made of a permanent magnetic material or a soft magnetic material. For example, one of the first and second locking portions 1332 and 1322 may be a magnet, and the other one is a soft magnet. For example, the first locking portion 1332 is a magnet, and the second locking portion 1322 is a soft magnet; alternatively, the first locking portion 1332 may be a soft magnet, and the second locking portion 1322 may be a magnet. The soft magnetic body can be an iron piece or a steel piece which can be magnetized.
For example, in fig. 1 to 6, the first locking portion 1332 is a square magnet, and the second locking portion 1322 is a steel sheet formed of a soft magnetic material. The magnet can be fixed in the inserting groove of the fixing shell in an internal dispensing mode.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the first and second locking portions 1332 and 1322 are magnets, and the first and second locking portions 1332 and 1322 have opposite polarities.
In addition, it is understood that the detent 1321 may be a detent protrusion that may be inserted into the detent hole 1311, for example, a detent post having a circular, rectangular, square, oval, or other shape in cross section, and the detent post may be inserted into the detent hole 1311 of the plug 131 in the first direction or withdrawn from the detent hole 1311.
In order to support the clamping portion 1321, the locking member 132 further includes a supporting portion 1323, the supporting portion 1323 may be a supporting plate, the clamping portion 1321 may be vertically disposed on a surface of the supporting plate, in addition, the clamping portion 1321 may be one or more, and when the clamping portion 1321 is two or more, the two or more clamping portions 1321 may be arranged on the supporting portion 1323 at intervals.

It can be appreciated that, in the embodiment of the present application, the first locking portion 1332 may be disposed at the middle of the plugging slot 1331 along the third direction, that is, the symmetry center line of the first locking portion 1332 is located on the symmetry center plane of the plugging slot 1331 along the third direction, and correspondingly, the position of the second locking portion 1322 on the plugging member 131 corresponds to the position of the first locking portion 1332, so that the first locking portion 1332 and the second locking portion 1322 are mutually locked to avoid the locking member 132 from falling from the accommodating slot 121.

Referring to fig. 7, the socket 131 may be formed as a single piece with the main body 110 by means of spot gluing; alternatively, the plug 131 may be integrally formed with the main body 110 by injection molding; or, the plug 131 can be detachably connected with the main body 110 through the threaded connector 140, so that when the plug 131 is damaged and needs to be replaced, the plug 131 is only required to be detached for replacement, and the economy of the wearable device 100 is improved.
In fig. 7, the socket 131 has a connection plate 1313, the connection plate 1313 is embedded in the main body 110, and the connection plate 1313 is fixedly connected to the main body 110 by a screw connection 140.
The fixing case 133 may be a hard plastic piece, the wristband 120 may be a nonmetallic wristband 120, for example, the wristband 120 may be a cortical wristband 120; or the wrist strap 120 may also be a metal wrist strap 120, the fixing shell 133 may be embedded at one end of the wrist strap 120, when the wrist strap 120 is a non-metal wrist strap 120, the fixing shell 133 and the wrist strap 120 may be injection molded by a mold sleeving process, so as to save an installation process between the fixing shell 133 and the wrist strap 120 and reduce an installation cost.
Example two
In the wearable device, when the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the main body and the wrist strap, the first locking part on the fixing shell and the second locking part on the locking piece can lock the plug connector and the fixing shell without adopting the magnetic piece, and the locking piece and the fixing shell can be locked in a mutually clamping way.
FIG. 8 is a schematic view, partially in section, of another lock holder assembled with other major components of the wearable device; fig. 9 is an exploded view of fig. 8. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second locking portion 1322 is a buckle disposed on two opposite sides of the locking portion 1321, and the first locking portion is an edge of the connection portion between the inserting groove 1331 and the accommodating groove 121, so that when the locking member 132 is located in the accommodating groove 121, the buckle is locked to the edge of the connection portion between the inserting groove 1331 and the accommodating groove 121.
It is understood that the slot 1331 has an opening communicating with the receiving slot 121, and the edge of the slot 1331 communicating with the receiving slot 121 is understood to be the edge of the opening.

The wearable equipment comprises a main body, a wrist strap and a connecting mechanism, wherein the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the main body and the wrist strap, the connecting mechanism comprises a plug connector, a locking piece and a fixing shell, the plug connector is arranged on the main body, the fixing shell is arranged on the wrist strap, a clamping hole is formed in the plug connector, a plug groove matched with the plug connector and a first locking portion are formed in the fixing shell, a containing groove extending along a first direction is formed in the wrist strap, extending directions of the containing groove and the plug groove are staggered, the containing groove is communicated with the plug groove, the locking piece comprises a clamping portion and a second locking portion, when the main body and the wrist strap are required to be connected, the plug connector is inserted into the plug groove, the locking piece is installed in the containing groove, and after the clamping portion on the locking piece penetrates through the clamping hole on the plug connector, the second locking portion on the locking piece is locked with the first locking portion so as to realize connection of the main body and the wrist strap; when the main body and the wrist strap are required to be disassembled, the locking piece is only required to be taken out from the accommodating groove, and the wrist strap is pulled to separate the plug connector from the plug groove, so that the main body and the wrist strap can be disassembled; therefore, on one hand, the connecting mechanism enables the main body and the wrist strap to be convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the assembling and disassembling efficiency is high, so that the user experience is improved; on the other hand, after the main body and the wrist strap are disassembled, the locking piece can be arranged in the accommodating groove, and the second locking part on the locking piece is locked with the first locking part on the wrist strap to fix the locking piece, so that the locking piece is prevented from being lost.

Claims (9)
1. A wearable device comprising a body, a wristband, and a connecting mechanism;
the connecting mechanism comprises a plug connector, a locking piece and a fixing shell, wherein the plug connector is arranged on the main body, and the fixing shell is arranged on the wrist strap;
the plug connector is provided with a clamping hole, and the axial direction of the clamping hole extends along a first direction;
the fixing shell is provided with a plugging groove and a first locking part which are matched with the plug connector, the plugging groove extends along a second direction, the wrist strap is provided with a containing groove extending along the first direction, the containing groove is communicated with the plugging groove, and the first direction and the second direction are mutually staggered;
the locking piece comprises a clamping part and a second locking part, when the plug-in connector is inserted into the plug-in groove, the locking piece is positioned in the accommodating groove, and after the clamping part penetrates through the clamping hole, the first locking part and the second locking part are locked;
the two clamping parts are arranged on the locking piece at intervals along a third direction, the second locking part is positioned between the two clamping parts, and the plug connector is provided with an avoidance groove for avoiding the first locking part, wherein the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction respectively.
2. The wearable device according to claim 1, wherein the first locking portion is a first magnetic member, the second locking portion is a second magnetic member, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are attracted to each other to interlock the locking member and the fixing case.
3. The wearable device of claim 2, wherein the first and second locking portions are both magnets.
4. The wearable device of claim 2, wherein one of the first and second locking portions is a magnet and the other is a soft magnet.
5. The wearable device according to claim 1, wherein the second locking portion is a buckle disposed on two opposite sides of the clamping portion, and the second locking portion is an edge of a groove where the inserting groove is communicated with the accommodating groove, so that when the locking member is located in the accommodating groove, the buckle is clamped with the edge where the inserting groove is communicated with the accommodating groove.
6. The wearable device of any of claims 1-5, wherein the stationary housing is embedded at one end of the wristband and is one piece with the wristband.
7. The wearable device of any of claims 1-5, wherein the receiving slot is disposed on a back of the wristband, the back of the wristband being a side facing away from the display surface of the body.
8. The wearable device of claim 7, wherein a side of the locking element facing away from the detent is flush with a back surface of the wristband after the locking element is positioned in the receiving slot.
9. The wearable device of any of claims 1-5, wherein the plug is detachably connected with the body; alternatively, the plug connector and the main body are an integral piece.
