3. A ventilating device according to claim 2, comprising a connecting member (4), said connecting member (4) connecting said frame (21) to said housing (1), said damping material being provided in said connecting member (4).
4. The ventilation apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the housing (1) is provided with a connection hole through which the connection member (4) passes, and the buffer material is filled between the connection hole and the connection member (4).
5. The ventilation apparatus of claim 2, wherein the cushioning material comprises rubber or carbon fiber.
6. The ventilation device according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of said top shock absorber (31) and said bottom shock absorber (32) comprises a spring, a first end of which abuts against said bracket (21) and a second end of which abuts against said housing (1).
7. A ventilation device according to claim 6, characterized in that at least one of the bracket (21) and the housing (1) is provided with a recess (5), the end of the spring abutting against the inner wall of the recess (5).
8. A ventilation device according to claim 7, characterized in that a protrusion (6) is provided in the recess (5), said protrusion (6) being inserted in the spring.
9. The ventilation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein at least two top bumpers (31) are provided between the first side (211) of the bracket (21) and the inner top of the housing (1), and at least two bottom bumpers (32) are provided between the second side (212) of the bracket (21) and the inner bottom of the housing (1).
10. The ventilation apparatus of claim 1, wherein the ventilation apparatus is one of an air conditioner, a fresh air blower, a ventilator, and a range hood.
