1. A washing air purification device is characterized by comprising an upper box body, a lower box body, a filter cylinder, a connecting column, an exhaust fan, an air inlet fan, a water tank, an exhaust guide pipe and an air inlet guide pipe;
the top of the upper box body is provided with an air outlet, the exhaust fan is fixedly connected in the air outlet, the filter cartridge is positioned in the upper box body, the top end of the filter cartridge is connected with the exhaust fan, and the bottom end of the filter cartridge is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the upper box body;
the lower box body is positioned below the upper box body, a gap is formed between the upper box body and the lower box body, the upper box body and the lower box body are fixedly connected through a connecting column, an air inlet is formed in the top of the lower box body, and the air inlet fan is fixedly connected into the air inlet;
the water tank is fixedly connected to the inside of the lower box body, the water tank is positioned below the air inlet fan, and a top cover is arranged at the top of the water tank;
one end of the exhaust guide pipe penetrates through the top cover and is positioned in the water tank, and the other end of the exhaust guide pipe penetrates through the connecting column and extends into the upper box body;
the air inlet guide pipe is positioned in the lower box body, the longitudinal section of the air inlet guide pipe is I-shaped, the top end of the air inlet guide pipe is connected with the air inlet fan, and the bottom end of the air inlet guide pipe penetrates through the top cover and is positioned in the water tank.

The washing air purification device of claim 1, wherein the air inlet conduit comprises a tapered section, a sudden expansion section and a sealing plate, the tapered section, the sudden expansion section and the sealing plate are integrally arranged, the top end of the tapered section is connected with the air inlet fan, the bottom end of the sudden expansion section is located in the water tank, the sealing plate is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the sudden expansion section, and the sealing plate is provided with a plurality of exhaust holes.
3. The water-washing air purification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter cartridge comprises an activated carbon adsorption layer, a filter screen layer and a water absorbent cotton layer from inside to outside.
4. The water washing air purifying device of claim 1, further comprising an ultraviolet lamp disposed in the gap between the upper case and the lower case, the ultraviolet lamp being fixedly connected to the bottom end of the upper case.
5. The washing air purification device of claim 1, further comprising a baffle, wherein the baffle is fixedly connected to the top end of the upper box body through a connecting rod, the baffle is located above the air outlet, and the area of the baffle is larger than that of the air outlet.
6. The water scrubbing air cleaning apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a dust screen positioned in a gap between the upper and lower housings.
7. The washing air purification device of claim 6, wherein the bottom end of the upper box body is provided with an L-shaped upper clamping protrusion, the top end of the lower box body is provided with an L-shaped lower clamping protrusion, and the dust screen is slidably connected between the upper clamping protrusion and the lower clamping protrusion.
