An air purifier comprises a box body, a fan, a dust removal and filtration device, a control panel, a display panel, an air detector and a power supply; the top of the box body is provided with an air outlet, and the bottom of the box body is provided with an air inlet; the fan is arranged at the air inlet; the dust removal and filtration device is arranged above the fan and is used for removing dust and filtering air; the air detector is arranged above the dust removal filtering device and is used for detecting the air subjected to dust removal and filtration; the control panel and the display panel are arranged on the outer side of the box body, and the control panel is electrically connected with the air detector and the display panel respectively; the power supply is arranged on the outer side of the box body.
In one embodiment, the dust removal and filtration device comprises an electrostatic dust remover, an ultraviolet lamp array and a filter screen; the ultraviolet lamp array is arranged between the electrostatic dust collector and the filter screen.
In one embodiment, the filter screens include a catalyst filter screen, an activated carbon filter screen, and a silver ion filter screen.
In one embodiment, the power supply is electrically connected to the control panel, the display panel and the air detector, and supplies power to the control panel, the display panel and the air detector.
In one embodiment, the control panel comprises a panel body and a circuit board; the panel body is provided with function buttons, corresponding keys are arranged below the function buttons, and each key corresponds to the function module on the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the functional module comprises a switch module, a communication module and a timing module; the switch module is used for controlling the power supply to be switched on or switched off; the communication module is used for being connected with a terminal; the timing module is used for controlling the power supply to be turned on or turned off at regular time.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises an anion generator; the negative ion generator is arranged in the box body and is respectively electrically connected with the control panel and the power supply.
In one embodiment, the fan, the dust removing and filtering device and the air detector are all arranged in the box body.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a primary filter screen; the primary filter screen is arranged at the air inlet, and the primary filter screen is arranged in the box body.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present invention, the contents of the present invention will be further clarified below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an air cleaner, which mainly includes: the device comprises a box body 10, a fan 20, a dust removal and filtration device 30, a control panel 40, a display panel 50, an air detector 60 and a power supply 70; the top of the box body 10 is provided with an air outlet 12, and the bottom of the box body 10 is provided with an air inlet 14; a fan 20 is arranged at the air inlet hole 14; the dust removal and filtration device 30 is arranged above the fan 20 and is used for removing dust and filtering air; the air detector 60 is arranged above the dust removal and filtration device 30 and is used for detecting the air after dust removal and filtration; the control panel 40 and the display panel 50 are arranged outside the box body 10, and the control panel 40 is electrically connected with the air detector 60 and the display panel 50 respectively; the power supply 70 is disposed outside the case 10.
The case 10 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, etc., and is not limited thereto. The box body 10 can be divided into a top portion, a middle portion and a bottom portion, wherein the top portion of the box body 10 is provided with an air outlet 12, the bottom portion of the box body 10 is provided with an air inlet 14, and the air inlet 14 is provided with a fan 20. When the blower 20 is turned on, air can enter through the air inlet holes 14 at the bottom of the case 10, and is transferred from the middle of the case 10 to the top of the case 10, thus being discharged through the air outlet holes 12 at the top of the case 10. In this embodiment, the cabinet 10 is provided with a door 100, and the door 100 may be rotatably connected to one side of the cabinet 10 by a hinge.
The dust removing filter device 30 may be disposed above the blower 20, and after the air passes through the air inlet hole 14 at the bottom of the case 10, the air may be subjected to dust removal and filtration by the dust removing filter device 30. Since the air detector 60 is disposed above the dust-removing filter device 30, after the air is dedusted and filtered by the dust-removing filter device 30, the air detector 60 can detect the dedusted and filtered air and obtain a detection result. Specifically, the air detector 60 may detect pm2.5 and aerosol content in the dedusted and filtered air. The control panel 40 is electrically connected to the air detector 60 and the display panel 50, and after the air detector 60 detects pm2.5 and aerosol content, the pm2.5 and aerosol content can be transmitted to the display panel 50 through the control panel 40 for displaying. The control panel 40 and the display panel 50 are disposed outside the cabinet 10.
The power source 70 may be disposed outside the case 10. Specifically, the power source 70 may be located in the pinch plate interlayer outside the enclosure 10. The power supply 70 may be a circuit board.
In this embodiment, an air cleaner is provided, which includes: the device comprises a box body 10, a fan 20, a dust removal and filtration device 30, a control panel 40, a display panel 50, an air detector 60 and a power supply 70; the top of the box body 10 is provided with an air outlet 12, and the bottom of the box body 10 is provided with an air inlet 14; a fan 20 is arranged at the air inlet hole 14; the dust removal and filtration device 30 is arranged above the fan 20 and is used for removing dust and filtering air; the air detector 60 is arranged above the dust removal and filtration device 30 and is used for detecting the air after dust removal and filtration; the control panel 40 and the display panel 50 are arranged outside the box body 10, and the control panel 40 is electrically connected with the air detector 60 and the display panel 50 respectively; the power supply 70 is disposed outside the case 10. Because the control panel 40 is arranged in the air purifier, the air purifier can be controlled to be opened or closed at regular time through the control panel 40, and the terminal can control the air purifier through the control panel 40; because the control panel 40 is electrically connected to the air detector 60 and the display panel 50, respectively, the data detected by the air detector 60 can be transmitted to the display panel 50 through the control panel 40, and finally displayed by the display panel 50, so that the quality change of the air can be observed visually.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the dust filtration device 30 includes an electrostatic precipitator 32, an ultraviolet lamp array 34, and a filter screen 36; an array of ultraviolet lamps 34 is disposed between the electrostatic precipitator 32 and the filter screen 36. The number of the electrostatic precipitator 32 may be 1 or 2. The electrostatic precipitator 32 may ionize the air using a high voltage electric field, and the dust charges in the air flow are separated from the air under the action of the electric field. The ultraviolet lamp array 34 may include a plurality of ultraviolet disinfection lamps, which may also be called ultraviolet germicidal lamps and ultraviolet fluorescent lamps, and is a lamp for performing disinfection by ultraviolet sterilization. The ultraviolet disinfection lamp can radiate ultraviolet rays outwards, wherein the ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 253.7nm have the strongest sterilization capability and can be used for disinfecting and sterilizing water, air, clothes and the like. Preferably, the ultraviolet lamp array 34 may include 3 ultraviolet disinfection tubes of 15 watts. The filter 36 may be a multi-layer filter. In the present embodiment, the electrostatic precipitator 32, the ultraviolet lamp array 34, and the filter screen 36 are sequentially disposed in the dust removing and filtering device 30 from bottom to top with the inlet vents as the lower part and the outlet vents as the upper part.
In one embodiment, the filter 36 may include a catalyst filter, an activated carbon filter, and a silver ion filter. Wherein, the catalyst filter screen can be a photocatalyst filter screen, can also be a cold catalyst filter screen. The activated carbon filter screen can be used for filtering formaldehyde, benzene, ozone, volatile Organic compounds TVOC (total volatile Organic compounds) and the like in the air. The silver ion filter screen can be used for filtering nano-scale particles in air.
In one embodiment, the power supply is electrically connected with the control panel, the display panel and the air detector respectively and supplies power to the control panel, the display panel and the air detector. Wherein the power source may be a circuit board.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the control panel 40 includes a panel body 42, a circuit board 44; the panel body 42 is provided with function buttons 422, and corresponding keys are arranged below the function buttons 422, and each key corresponds to a function module 46 on the circuit board 44. Wherein, the functional module 46 comprises a switch module, a communication module and a timing module; the switch module is used for controlling the power supply to be switched on or switched off; the communication module is used for being connected with a terminal; the timing module is used for controlling the power supply to be turned on or turned off at regular time.
The communication module may be a wireless communication module, and is configured to perform wireless communication with a terminal. The terminal is provided with a wireless communication module, can receive data transmitted by the communication module and can transmit the data to the communication module. The user can set the on time or the off time of the power supply through the timing module, and the user can also set the on time or the off time of the power supply through the terminal.
In one embodiment, an air cleaner is provided that may further include an anion generator; the negative ion generator is arranged in the box body and is respectively electrically connected with the control panel and the power supply. The negative ion generator is a device for generating air negative ions, after the input direct current or alternating current is processed, the input direct current or alternating current is subjected to overvoltage current limiting, high-low voltage isolation and other circuits are increased to alternating current high voltage through a pulse circuit, then pure direct current negative high voltage is obtained through rectification filtering, the direct current negative high voltage is connected to a release tip made of metal or carbon elements, high corona is generated by utilizing the tip direct current high voltage, a large amount of electrons are emitted at high speed, and the electrons can be captured by oxygen molecules in the air, so that the air negative ions are generated. The air negative ions can be used for dedusting and purifying air.
In one embodiment, the fan 20, the dust removing and filtering device 30, and the air detector 60 are all disposed in the housing 10.
In one embodiment, an air purifier is provided that may further comprise a primary filter screen; the primary filter screen is arranged at the air inlet, and the primary filter screen is arranged in the box body.
In one embodiment, an air cleaner is provided that may further include a pulley; the pulley sets up in the bottom of the box, can control air purifier and slide.
