Abstract

本实用新型涉及空气净化模块,具有层状结构,由下至上依次为:吸附材料层、光催化材料层和蓄光材料层,光催化材料层附着于吸附材料层表面,蓄光材料层附着于光催化材料层表面。空气净化模块块状结构体,在结构体表层可一共分为三层,位于底部的吸附材料层不间断地吸附室内内有害物质,中间层为光催化材料层,如二氧化钛,用于催化降解底层吸附的有害物质,顶层为蓄光材料层,通过蓄光材料把吸收的光能蓄存,这样即便在外界光源照射不足的情况下也可为中间层光催化反应提供更良好的光催化条件,从而使得底层吸附材料不断吸附有害物质,并通过中间层进行有效的降解。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及光催化领域,特别是一种可降解室内甲醛、甲苯、苯、TVOC等有害物质的空气净化模块。
背景技术
眼下,居室的装修污染问题日益增多,些装修中所使用的装修板材、涂料、油漆、泡沫填料等材料中所释放的甲醛、甲苯、苯、TVOC等有机有害气体已导致室内空气的严重污染,对人的身体健康造成极大的威胁。这其中最为普遍存在的就是甲醛、甲苯、苯、TVOC等有害气体超标现象。因此,有效去甲醛、甲苯、苯、TVOC等有害物质已成为当今环境保护的一项重要内容,必须引起高度的重视。
目前,治理甲醛污染的二氧化钛光催化技术在室内污染实际应用中存在着一定的弊端,纳米级二氧化钛,其在紫外光的照射下,会产生光催化作用,能降解甲醛、甲苯、苯、TVOC等有害气体,但是其应用中存在一些关键的制约问题。一是由于室内装修污染对太阳能的利用率较低,其光吸收波长主要集中在紫外区(λ<387nm),而辐射到地面的紫外光部分仅占太阳光的3%左右;二是在居家环境利用紫外光源时,人体保护造成很大难题,受催化条件的制约,导致二氧化钛应用于室内环境催化有害气体方式得不到很好发挥。这样的方式,即便在室内环境使用大量的二氧化钛也无法得到比较理想的净化效果,对于价格昂贵的二氧化钛而言也是一种极大的浪费。
因此,光催化治理甲醛、甲苯、苯、TVOC等有害物质技术,迫切需要进行彻底的改进,需要一种能够不受紫外光源条件限制的光催化材料对室内甲醛、甲苯、苯、TVOC等有害气体进行催化降解,让人们得到健康安全的居住环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种空气净化模块。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提出的空气净化模块,其特征在于:具有层状结构,由下至上依次为:吸附材料层、光催化材料层和蓄光材料层,所述光催化材料层附着于吸附材料层表面,所述蓄光材料层附着于光催化材料层表面。
本实用新型空气净化模块块状结构体,在结构体表层可一共分为三层,位于底部的吸附材料层不间断地吸附室内内有害物质,中间层为光催化材料层,如二氧化钛,用于催化降解底层吸附的有害物质,顶层为蓄光材料层,通过蓄光材料把吸收的光能蓄存,这样即便在外界光源照射不足的情况下也可为中间层光催化反应提供更良好的光催化条件,从而使得底层吸附材料不断吸附有害物质,并通过中间层进行有效的降解。

如图1所示,本实施例空气净化模块,其特征在于:具有层状结构,由下至上依次为:吸附材料层1、光催化材料层2和蓄光材料层3,光催化材料层2通过喷涂或刷涂附着于吸附材料层1表面,蓄光材料层3通过喷涂或刷涂附着于光催化材料层2表面。
本实施例中,吸附材料层1具有微孔结构,选用活性炭层、海泡石层、轻质实木层或硅藻土层。吸附材料层1的厚度范围为10um-30um。
光催化材料层2为纳米二氧化钛层。光催化材料层2的厚度范围为10um-30um。
蓄光材料层3夜光粉层,夜光粉选用稀土铝酸盐或硫化锌。蓄光材料层3的厚度范围为40-60um。

1.一种空气净化模块,其特征在于:具有层状结构,由下至上依次为:吸附材料层(1)、光催化材料层(2)和蓄光材料层(3),所述光催化材料层(2)附着于吸附材料层(1)表面,所述蓄光材料层(3)附着于光催化材料层(2)表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化模块,其特征在于:所述吸附材料层(1)的厚度范围为10um-30um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化模块,其特征在于:所述光催化材料层(2)的厚度范围为10um-30um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化模块,其特征在于:所述蓄光材料层(3)的厚度范围为40-60um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化模块,其特征在于:所述吸附材料层(1)具有微孔结构,选用活性炭层、海泡石层、轻质实木层或硅藻土层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化模块,其特征在于:所述光催化材料层(2)为纳米二氧化钛层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化模块,其特征在于:所述蓄光材料层(3)夜光粉层,夜光粉选用稀土铝酸盐或硫化锌。
8.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化模块,其特征在于:所述光催化材料层(2)通过喷涂或刷涂附着于吸附材料层(1)表面,所述蓄光材料层(3)通过喷涂或刷涂附着于光催化材料层(2)表面。
