Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filtering apparatus 300 has a third side wall 310 and a third bottom wall 320, each of the third side wall 310 and the third bottom wall 320 is provided with a filtering hole 301, and at least one sampling window 312 is provided on the third side wall 310, the number of the sampling windows 312 is two in the present embodiment, and in other embodiments, it may be one or more, which is not redundant here. Because the opening of sampling window 312 is great, in order not to influence the filter effect, sampling window 312 sets up in the upper end of filtering sidewall 310, when using, through handheld structure rotatory top cap 200, after lifting up top cap 200, the filter equipment 300 who attaches to top cap 200 also is taken out, operating personnel can pass through sampling window 312 sample this moment, this sampling mode allows to remove filter equipment, simultaneously because the discarded object seals in filter equipment 300 all the time, can not cause the inside discarded object of filter equipment to expose, also can not appear and cause the risk that the discarded object spills over when opening the top cap of consumptive material box.
3 referring 3 to 3 fig. 3 7 3- 3 9 3, 3 fig. 3 7 3 is 3 a 3 front 3 view 3 of 3 the 3 consumable 3 cartridge 310 3, 3 fig. 3 8 3 is 3 a 3 cross 3- 3 sectional 3 view 3 of 3 a 3 section 3 a 3- 3 a 3 of 3 the 3 consumable 3 cartridge 3 shown 3 in 3 fig. 3 7 3, 3 and 3 fig. 3 9 3 is 3 a 3 cross 3- 3 sectional 3 view 3 of 3 a 3 section 3 b 3- 3 b 3 of 3 the 3 consumable 3 cartridge 3 shown 3 in 3 fig. 3 7 3. 3 Collection end 210 is connected to an external aspiration line (not shown), discharge end 110 is connected to a medical waste collection device, cap 200 is connected to base 100, and filter apparatus 300 is attached to cap 200, in this embodiment filter apparatus 300 is not a cylindrical filter basket. When the medical waste collection device is started, the medical waste enters the collection end 210 through the external suction pipeline and flows into the second inner cavity 230, and when a plurality of collection ends 210 exist, the separation ridge 241 separates the second rear ports 213, so that the liquids between the ports are prevented from influencing each other; after the waste fluid enters the filter device 300, the fluid flows out of the filter holes 301, and other tissues are retained in the filter device 300. The liquid may enter the discharge end 110 through a first liquid path 501 between the third bottom wall 320 and the first bottom wall 131, and may also enter the first liquid path 501 through a second liquid path 502 between the housing 101 and the third side wall 310. Therein, referring to fig. 7, the housing 101 forms a first sidewall 150 of the first interior cavity 130, the first sidewall 150. This structure allows filtered liquid to enter the medical waste collection device through the second liquid path 502 between the third side wall 310 and the first side wall 150 even if the third bottom wall 320 of the filter device 300 is clogged with tissue. Preferably, the outer surface of the third sidewall 310 of the filter device 300 is further provided with a plurality of second supporting ridges 313, and the second supporting ridges 313 are used for further spacing the third sidewall 310 from the housing 101 to form the second liquid path 502. In this embodiment, the consumable cartridge 10 further comprises a disinfectant 330, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the disinfectant 330 is wrapped in a water-soluble film 331 and is disposed in the filtering device 300. When using, when liquid inflow consumptive material box 10 passes through filter equipment 300, dissolve water-soluble membrane to in the waste liquid collecting container of medical waste liquid collecting device is washed into to disinfectant 330 that will dissolve, can last to disinfect to the waste liquid of storage in the medical waste liquid collecting device after the operation process begins, can effectively increase disinfection time, can satisfy the emission requirement when making medical waste liquid collecting device's waste liquid discharge, need not the secondary transfer and carry out disinfection treatment. Alternatively, in the case where the consumable cartridge is made with the respective nozzles (collection end 210 and discharge end 110) sealed, powdered disinfectant 330 can also be directly placed into the consumable cartridge 10, so that opening the discharge end cap 120 before use will not leak the disinfectant 330 due to the presence of the check valve 400, and after insertion into the medical waste collection device, the disinfectant 330 enters the waste collection container of the medical waste collection device. Preferably, the disinfectant 330 is a water-soluble powder disinfectant, and the disinfectant 330 may be in a liquid state if the sealing condition is satisfactory.
Referring to fig. 16, in order to prevent the tissue from overflowing the sampling window 312, a movable sampling window blocking member 330 may be provided, and the sampling window blocking member 330 is opened only at the time of sampling and blocks the sampling window 312 at other times, so that the tissue does not overflow the sampling window 312. The sampling window shielding member 330 may be disposed on the filter device 300 or on the top cap 200. In this embodiment, the sampling window shielding member 330 may be a sliding block, and preferably, the window shielding member 330 is also provided with a filtering hole. Referring to fig. 17, in other embodiments, a flexible porous material 340 may be provided around the sampling window 312 of the filter apparatus 300, which may shield the sampling window 312 during liquid pumping and may also provide a filtering function. In sampling, the porous material may be removed for sampling using the sampling window 312.
In other embodiments, such as for use in fine tissue procedures, the sampling window 312 provided in the filtering side wall 310 need not be protected from any obstructions, and the sampling window 312 can also serve as an overflow window to prevent fine tissue from blocking the filtering holes and thereby preventing aspiration.
Implement the embodiment of the utility model provides a, following beneficial effect has:
firstly, in the embodiment of the utility model, the top cover of the consumable box is provided with a handheld structure, which is convenient for mounting and dismounting the top cover, is easy to assemble, and is more beneficial to dismounting and mounting the top cover in the sampling stage, the handheld structure is convenient to hold and can not slip, and slipping or shaking caused in the process of opening the top cover of the common consumable box is avoided, so that tissue overflows to form pollution;
secondly, the base of the consumable box is also provided with a structure easy to hold, so that the problem that a waste liquid collecting container of medical waste liquid collecting equipment in the prior art is difficult to pull out under the condition of negative pressure is solved, and meanwhile, the condition that tissue overflows to form pollution due to slipping or shaking when the consumable box is taken down is also reduced;
furthermore, when in use, after the top cover is lifted by rotating the top cover through the handheld structure, the filtering device attached to the top cover is also taken out, and because the top cover and the filtering device adopt the easily-detachable structures, the operation is convenient for the operation needing a large amount of sampling or non-field sampling, the sampling mode allows the filtering device to be moved, and for the operation needing a small amount of sampling, an operator can sample through the sampling window at the moment. Meanwhile, the waste is always sealed in the filtering device. Waste inside the filtering device can not be exposed, and the risk of waste overflow caused by opening the top cover of the consumable box can not occur;
in addition, the collecting end cover and the discharging end cover in the embodiment are both provided with a plurality of operating components, so that the collecting end cover and the discharging end cover are easy to pull and insert and convenient to use;
finally, after placing disinfectant in the consumptive material box, can dissolve the disinfectant through the waste liquid and wash into the waste liquid collecting container of medical waste liquid collecting device at the operation in-process, can disinfect the waste liquid in the operation, and need not to transfer the waste liquid once more and carry out solitary disinfection flow and can reach emission standard, reduced artifical processing procedure and disinfection cost.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and certainly should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
