In addition, the hand-held structure may be formed by a collection end 210 or a separate component, referring to fig. 11, in the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the top cover 600 is provided with two collection ends 610 and a collection end cap 620 coupled with the collection ends 610, and the hand-held structure is formed by two hand-held ribs 640. Of course, the number of the holding ribs 640 may be more than two, and in a preferred embodiment, at least two holding ribs 640 are arranged in the following manner: the two hand-held tendons 640 may be positioned such that the directions of the forces applied to the two hand-held tendons 640 are opposite or substantially opposite. In this embodiment, the handle structure is a separate component, eliminating the need for the collection end 610. As shown in fig. 12, the hand-held structure 900 is provided as a separate component on the top wall 201 of the top cover 200, and is perpendicular to the top wall 201, the hand-held structure 900 has a supporting portion 801, the shape of the supporting portion 801 may be other shapes than the trapezoid shown in fig. 12, such as a sector, a rectangle, and an irregular figure, besides providing a portion accident for an operator to operate, at least one management space 802 for managing the external suction pipeline may be provided, and when a plurality of collecting ends are provided, after the external suction pipeline passes through the management space 802 during the suction process, the plurality of external suction pipelines may be combed, and the pipelines may be prevented from being tangled or even entangled. The external suction line can also be further secured by this management space 802. In this embodiment, the conduit space 802 is an elongated window, in other embodiments, a plurality of windows corresponding to a plurality of external suction conduits may be provided, and the shape of the window may be circular or other shapes.
The number of collecting ports 210 can be set according to actual use requirements, for example, when only a single operation is required and the ground of an operating room or other facilities do not need to be cleaned synchronously, one collecting port can be set. The collecting end 710 and the holding rib 740 are located on the same plane, and are axially or radially symmetrically arranged on the second sidewall, and the directions of the front ends of the two are opposite.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the top cover 1000 shown in fig. 14 includes four collecting ends 1010 and four corresponding collecting end caps 1020, where the four collecting ends 1010 are located in four directions respectively, an angle between two adjacent collecting ends 1010 is 90 degrees, the four collecting ends 1010 are divided into two groups, extension lines of two collecting ends 1010 in each group are located on the same straight line, the two groups are axially and radially symmetrical with each other with respect to the top cover 1000, and an angle between two adjacent collecting ends 1010 is 90 degrees. The header 1100 shown in fig. 15 includes two collecting ends 1110 and two corresponding collecting end caps 1120, and extension lines of the two collecting ends 1110 are located on the same straight line, so that the header 1100 is axially and radially symmetrical. In the embodiment shown in fig. 14 and 15, the hand-held structure is comprised of a collection end.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filtering apparatus 300 has a third side wall 310 and a third bottom wall 320, each of the third side wall 310 and the third bottom wall 320 is provided with a filtering hole 301, and at least one sampling window 312 is provided on the third side wall 310, the number of the sampling windows 312 is two in the present embodiment, and in other embodiments, it may be one or more, which is not redundant here. Because the opening of sampling window 312 is great, in order not to influence the filter effect, sampling window 312 sets up in the upper end of filtering sidewall 310, when using, through handheld structure rotatory top cap 200, after lifting up top cap 200, the filter equipment 300 who attaches to top cap 200 also is taken out, operating personnel can pass through sampling window 312 sample this moment, this sampling mode allows to remove filter equipment, simultaneously because the discarded object seals in filter equipment 300 all the time, can not cause the inside discarded object of filter equipment to expose, also can not appear and cause the risk that the discarded object spills over when opening the top cap of consumptive material box.
Referring to fig. 7-9, fig. 7 is a front view of the consumable cartridge 10, fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a section a-a of the consumable cartridge shown in fig. 7, and fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a section B-B of the consumable cartridge shown in fig. 7. Collection end 210 is connected to an external aspiration line (not shown), discharge end 110 is connected to a medical waste collection device, cap 200 is connected to base 100, and filter apparatus 300 is attached to cap 200, in this embodiment filter apparatus 300 is not a cylindrical filter basket. When the medical waste collection device is started, the medical waste enters the collection end 210 through the external suction pipeline and flows into the second inner cavity 230, and when a plurality of collection ends 210 exist, the separation ridge 241 separates the second rear ports 213, so that the liquids between the ports are prevented from influencing each other; after the waste fluid enters the filter device 300, the fluid flows out of the filter holes 301, and other tissues are retained in the filter device 300. The liquid may enter the discharge end 110 through a first liquid path 501 between the third bottom wall 320 and the first bottom wall 131, and may also enter the first liquid path 501 through a second liquid path 502 between the housing 101 and the third side wall 310. Therein, referring to fig. 7, the housing 101 forms a first sidewall 150 of the first interior cavity 130, the first sidewall 150. This structure allows filtered liquid to enter the medical waste collection device through the second liquid path 502 between the third side wall 310 and the first side wall 150 even if the third bottom wall 320 of the filter device 300 is clogged with tissue. Alternatively, in the case where the consumable cartridge is made with the respective nozzles (collection end 210 and discharge end 110) sealed, powdered disinfectant 330 can also be directly placed into the consumable cartridge 10, so that opening the discharge end cap 120 before use will not leak the disinfectant 330 due to the presence of the check valve 400, and after insertion into the medical waste collection device, the disinfectant 330 enters the waste collection container of the medical waste collection device. Preferably, the disinfectant 330 is a water-soluble powder disinfectant, and the disinfectant 330 may be in a liquid state if the sealing condition is satisfactory.
Referring to fig. 16, in order to prevent the tissue from overflowing the sampling window 312, a movable sampling window blocking member 330 may be provided, and the sampling window blocking member 330 is opened only at the time of sampling and blocks the sampling window 312 at other times, so that the tissue does not overflow the sampling window 312. The sampling window shielding member 330 may be disposed on the filter device 300 or on the top cap 200. In this embodiment, the sampling window shielding member 330 may be a sliding block, and preferably, the window shielding member 330 is also provided with a filtering hole. Referring to fig. 17, in other embodiments, a flexible porous material 340 may be provided around the sampling window 312 of the filter apparatus 300, which may shield the sampling window 312 during liquid pumping and may also provide a filtering function. In sampling, the porous material may be removed for sampling using the sampling window 312.
In other embodiments, such as for use in fine tissue procedures, the sampling window 312 provided in the filtering side wall 310 need not be protected from any obstructions, and the sampling window 312 can also serve as an overflow window to prevent fine tissue from blocking the filtering holes and thereby preventing aspiration.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, in the embodiment of the invention, the top cover of the consumable box is provided with the handheld structure, so that the top cover is convenient to mount and dismount, the assembly is easy, meanwhile, the top cover is more convenient to dismount and mount in the sampling stage, the handheld structure is convenient to hold and cannot slip, and the phenomenon that tissues overflow to form pollution due to slipping or shaking caused in the process of opening the top cover of the common consumable box is avoided;
secondly, the base of the consumable box is also provided with a structure easy to hold, so that the problem that a waste liquid collecting container of medical waste liquid collecting equipment in the prior art is difficult to pull out under the condition of negative pressure is solved, and meanwhile, the condition that tissue overflows to form pollution due to slipping or shaking when the consumable box is taken down is also reduced;
furthermore, when in use, after the top cover is lifted by rotating the top cover through the handheld structure, the filtering device attached to the top cover is also taken out, and because the top cover and the filtering device adopt the easily-detachable structures, the operation is convenient for the operation needing a large amount of sampling or non-field sampling, the sampling mode allows the filtering device to be moved, and for the operation needing a small amount of sampling, an operator can sample through the sampling window at the moment. Meanwhile, the waste is always sealed in the filtering device. Waste inside the filtering device can not be exposed, and the risk of waste overflow caused by opening the top cover of the consumable box can not occur;
in addition, the collecting end cover and the discharging end cover in the embodiment are both provided with a plurality of operating components, so that the collecting end cover and the discharging end cover are easy to pull and insert and convenient to use;
finally, after placing disinfectant in the consumptive material box, can dissolve the disinfectant through the waste liquid and wash into the waste liquid collecting container of medical waste liquid collecting device at the operation in-process, can disinfect the waste liquid in the operation, and need not to transfer the waste liquid once more and carry out solitary disinfection flow and can reach emission standard, reduced artifical processing procedure and disinfection cost.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiment, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (16)

1. A consumable cartridge for use in a medical waste collection device, comprising:
the shell of the base forms a first cavity and a discharge end which is used for connecting the medical waste liquid collecting equipment and discharging the medical waste liquid in the first cavity to the medical waste liquid collecting equipment;
at least one collection end for connection to an external suction line and for introducing medical waste into said first chamber;
the filtering device is detachably attached to the top cover, arranged in the first cavity and used for filtering the medical waste liquid introduced from the collecting end; the filtering device comprises a fourth connecting part, a filtering side wall and a filtering bottom part, and filtering holes are formed in the filtering side wall and the filtering bottom part;
the top cover is detachably arranged on the base and comprises a second connecting part used for being connected with the base and a third connecting part connected with the filtering device; the third connecting part and the fourth connecting part are connected in a detachable mode.
2. The consumable cartridge of claim 1, wherein the third connection portion and the fourth connection portion are a hooking structure.
3. The consumable cartridge of claim 2, wherein the third connection portion comprises a first contact wall, a first annular protrusion disposed on the first contact wall; the fourth connecting part comprises a second contact wall and a second annular bulge arranged on the second contact wall;
the first annular projection includes a first edge, a first guide face extending downwardly from the first edge to the first contact wall, and a second guide face extending upwardly from the first edge to the first contact wall;
the second annular projection includes a second edge, a third guide surface extending upward from the second edge to the second contact wall, and a fourth guide surface extending downward from the first edge to the second contact wall;
when the mounting device is mounted, the first guide surface and the third guide surface are in butt joint, so that the second guide surface and the fourth guide surface are combined to form a hanging connection; when the filter device is disassembled, the second guide surface and the fourth guide surface are guided and separated from each other to separate the top cover and the filter device.
4. The consumable cartridge of claim 3, wherein the first guide surface has a length greater than a length of the second guide surface; the length of the third guide surface is greater than the length of the fourth guide surface.
5. The consumable cartridge of claim 2, wherein the third connection portion and the fourth connection portion are threaded or snap-fit structures.
6. A consumable cartridge according to any one of claims 1, wherein the filter side wall is provided with a sampling window.
7. The consumable cartridge of claim 6, wherein the sampling window is disposed at a top of the filter sidewall.
8. The consumable cartridge of claim 7, wherein the number of sampling windows is at least two.
9. The consumable cartridge of claim 8, further comprising a window shield movably covering the window.
10. The consumable cartridge of claim 9, wherein the sampling window shielding member is disposed at the filtering device or at the top cover.
11. The consumable cartridge of claim 10, wherein the sampling window blocking member is provided with a filter hole.
12. The consumable cartridge of claim 6, comprising a porous material surrounding the filter arrangement, the filter cartridge being detachable or movable up and down.
13. A consumable cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 12, further comprising a disinfectant disposed within the consumable cartridge.
14. The consumable cartridge of claim 13, wherein the disinfectant is encased within a water-soluble film and placed within the filter device.
15. The consumable cartridge of claim 7, wherein the filter sidewall is provided with an overflow window.
16. The consumable cartridge of claim 15, wherein the overflow window and the sampling window are the same window.
