A first one-way valve plate 27 and a second one-way valve plate 28 are respectively arranged in the water inlet hole 16 and the water outlet hole 17; the surfaces of the first one-way valve plate 27 and the second one-way valve plate 28 are provided with arc-shaped through holes 29, so that the first one-way valve plate 27, the inner wall of the bracket 7 and the peripheral wall of the moving shaft 13 form a first one-way valve, the second one-way valve plate 28, the top surface of the moving shaft 13 and the bottom surface of the second directional shaft 18 form a second one-way valve, when the linkage shaft 12 moves downwards, the second one-way valve plate 28 is closed, the first one-way valve plate 27 is opened, and liquid is sucked from the water inlet 16 at the first one-way valve plate 27; when the linkage shaft 12 moves upwards, the linkage shaft is blocked, and the second one-way valve plate 28 is opened, so that liquid sucked into the cavity of the moving shaft 13 when the linkage shaft 12 moves downwards is extruded out of the water outlet hole 17 at the position of the second one-way valve plate 28, the linkage shaft 12 moves upwards and downwards at a high speed, and the liquid can be continuously sprayed in a high-frequency pulse mode, and the water spraying effect of the tooth washing device is formed.
