Claims (14)

1. A lid assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
a cover body having an opening at one side thereof;
a protective cover plate which is arranged on the cover body and limits an air outlet channel between the protective cover plate and the cover body,

2. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the mounting step forms a closed loop extending circumferentially of the opening.
3. The cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the protective cover plate includes a protective body and a connecting portion protruding from an outer peripheral edge of the protective body, the connecting portion being configured to be connected to the mounting step.

The cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the mounting step has a mounting hole, the connecting portion has a connecting hole, and the protective cover plate and the mounting step are connected by a fastener passing through the connecting hole and the mounting hole.
5. The cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the mounting step has a receiving recess, and the connecting portion is located in the receiving recess and connected to a wall surface of the receiving recess.
6. The cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein a side surface of the connecting portion facing away from the receiving recess is coplanar with a surface of the mounting step.

The cover assembly of the cooking utensil of claim 5 wherein the plurality of receiving recesses and the plurality of connecting portions are respectively spaced apart along a circumference of the protective body, the plurality of receiving recesses are spaced apart along a circumference of the opening, and the plurality of receiving recesses and the plurality of connecting portions are correspondingly engaged with each other.
8. The cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein a side portion of the connecting portion is provided with a limiting portion in a circumferential direction of the protective body, and the limiting portion is in clearance fit with the mounting step.
9. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the protective cover plate is welded, riveted or connected by fasteners to the mounting step.
10. The lid assembly of claim 1, further comprising a first heating device and a rotatable impeller, wherein the first heating device and the impeller are disposed within the air channel.
11. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pan body having a cooking cavity and a pan body opening in communication with the cooking cavity;
a first cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the first cover assembly being adapted to open or close the pan opening.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein a first heating device is disposed in the air duct, and the cooking appliance is in a first cooking mode when the first cover assembly covers the pot and the first heating device is operated.
13. The cooking appliance of claim 12, further comprising a second cover assembly and a second heating device for heating the cooking cavity,
and under the state that the second cover body assembly covers the pot body and the second heating device works, the cooking appliance is in a second cooking mode.
14. The cooking appliance of claim 13, wherein the first cooking mode is a broil cooking mode or an air fry cooking mode and the second cooking mode is a pressure cooking mode or an electric cook cooking mode.
