In the embodiment, the airbag module comprises a first airbag 3, a second airbag 4, a third airbag 5, a fourth airbag 6 and a fifth airbag 7 which are sequentially connected in an arrayed manner, and the first airbag 3, the second airbag 4, the third airbag 5, the fourth airbag 6 and the fifth airbag 7 are all cuboid after being inflated; a first inflation tube 31 is installed in the first air bag 3, a second inflation tube 41 is installed in the second air bag 4, a third inflation tube 51 is installed in the third air bag 5, a fourth inflation tube 61 is installed in the fourth air bag 6, a fifth inflation tube 71 is installed in the fifth airbag 7, the air inlet end of the first inflation tube 31 is communicated with the air outlet end of the second inflation tube 41, the outlet end of the first inflation tube 31 is disposed inside the first airbag 3, the inlet end of the second inflation tube 41 is communicated with the outlet end of the third inflation tube 51, the air inlet end of the third inflation tube 51 is communicated with the air outlet end of the fourth inflation tube 61, the air inlet end of the fourth inflation tube 61 is communicated with the air outlet end of the fifth inflation tube 71, the air inlet end of the fifth air tube 71 extends out of the mattress for being externally connected with an air pump (not shown), and the air inlet end of the fifth air tube 71 is provided with a plug 8. In this embodiment, the first airbag 3, the second airbag 4, the third airbag 5, the fourth airbag 6 and the fifth airbag 7 are connected by a second flexible fiber cloth 9. In practical use, the two ends of the airbag are opened for installing each inflation tube, and after the outer walls of the two ends of the inflation tube are adhered with cloth, the cloth is sewn with the opening of the airbag for fixing the inflation tube on the airbag.
In this embodiment, a plurality of exhaust holes 10 are formed on the outer walls of the first inflation tube 31, the second inflation tube 41, the third inflation tube 51, the fourth inflation tube 61 and the fifth inflation tube 71, and the number of the exhaust holes 10 on the first inflation tube 31, the second inflation tube 41, the third inflation tube 51, the fourth inflation tube 61 and the fifth inflation tube 71 decreases sequentially (as shown in fig. 2).
The utility model discloses an air mattress, the skin uses traditional mattress overcoat 1 and precoat 2 structure, and the novel gasbag subassembly of inside use, wherein, including a plurality of gasbags in the gasbag subassembly, a plurality of gasbags are inflated back interconnect and are formed a cuboid form for support human body lies. In practical application, after the air bags are exhausted, the air bags are changed from the original rectangular parallelepiped shape into a flat air bag shape, and the fabric layer 2 is not supported any more, at this time, a plurality of flat air bags, the fabric layer 2 and the mattress cover 1 can be folded together, and the folded mattress is approximately in a square block shape (as shown in fig. 3), so that the storage and the transportation are convenient. The first air bag 3, the second air bag 4, the third air bag 5, the fourth air bag 6 and the fifth air bag 7 are connected through a second flexible fiber cloth 9, and the purpose is to enable the air bags to be movably connected so as to achieve the folding technical effect. In a further embodiment, the bottom of the first air bag 3, the bottom of the second air bag 4, the bottom of the third air bag 5, the bottom of the fourth air bag 6 and the bottom of the fifth air bag 7 are connected 13 with the fabric layer 2 through first flexible fiber cloth, so that the air bags are fixed on the fabric layer 2, the fabric layer 2 is prevented from deviating when being folded or used for inflating a mattress, the connection stability of the internal structure of the mattress is improved, and the quality of the mattress is ensured. When the air bag needs to be inflated for air prevention, the plug 8 is removed, the air inlet end of the fifth inflation tube 71 is connected with the air outlet end of the air pump, and after inflation and deflation are completed, the plug 8 is installed back, so that small insects are prevented from entering the inflation tube. In practical application, the plug 8 can be replaced by a valve structure, and the valve structure can be used for inflation and deflation operation at the same time. The air inlet pipes and the air outlet ends of two adjacent inflation pipes are connected through a section of hose 12, and the hose 12 and the inflation pipes can be integrally formed.
The utility model discloses in, all seted up a plurality of exhaust holes 10 on the gas tube outer wall of corresponding installation in every gasbag, when the user control air pump aerifys towards the gasbag in, gas loops through fifth gas tube 71, fourth gas tube 61, third gas tube 51, second gas tube 41 and first gas tube 31 to in the gas tube outer wall's exhaust hole 10 makes the gasbag inflation with gas filling in the gasbag. When the inflatable air bags need to be stored in a flat shape, at the moment, the air vent holes 10 on the outer wall of each inflatable tube are used for sucking air, and because the air inlet end of the fifth inflatable tube 71 extends out of the outside of the mattress and is externally connected with an air pump, if the fifth air bag 7 is firstly changed into a flat shape, the air in other air bags is seriously hindered from flowing in the inflatable tubes. Therefore, in the present invention, the number of the exhaust holes 10 on the first inflation tube 31, the second inflation tube 41, the third inflation tube 51, the fourth inflation tube 61 and the fifth inflation tube 71 decreases gradually. For example, the number of the gas discharge holes 10 of the outer wall of the first inflating tube 31 in the first air bag 3 is the largest, it is desired that the gas in the first air bag 3 is firstly pumped out, the gas in the second air bag 4 to the fourth air bag 6 is sequentially pumped out, and the fifth air bag 7 is not completely flattened. That is, the number of the exhaust holes 10 of the outer wall of the inflation tube is controlled to control the amount of gas pumped out of the inflation tube per unit time.
In order to facilitate the user to detach the air bag module and to clean the inside of the mattress, in this embodiment, the fabric layer 2 and the mattress cover 1 are provided with openings (not shown) provided with zipper structures (not shown).
In order to reduce the weight of the mattress and to facilitate the storage of the mattress, in this embodiment, the first inflation tube 31, the second inflation tube 41, the third inflation tube 51, the fourth inflation tube 61 and the fifth inflation tube 71 are all rubber hoses.
