In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the rollable mattress 100 further comprises a third structural layer 3, the third structural layer 3 being disposed on a side of the first structural layer 1 remote from the second structural layer 2, the first structural layer 1, the second structural layer 2 and the third structural layer 3 being rolled simultaneously in the rolled state. That is, the third structural layer 3 is located on the first structural layer 1, the third structural layer 3 is suitable for fitting to the body, it is ensured that the user does not directly contact the inflatable support 11 when the user uses the crimpable mattress 100, the service life of the inflatable support 11 is prolonged, the comfort of the crimpable mattress 100 is improved, the user experience is improved, the third structural layer 3 is set to be in a crimpable structure, it is ensured that the crimpable mattress 100 has a crimped state when the inflatable support 11 is deflated, so as to reduce the volume of the crimpable mattress 100, the crimpable mattress 100 is compressed and packaged in a crimping manner during transportation of the crimpable mattress 100, the volume of the crimpable mattress 100 is reduced, the user can pack conveniently when moving, the portability of the crimpable mattress 100 is improved, and the crimpable mattress 100 is convenient to clean and air.
Optionally, the third structural layer 3 may be one of a latex pad, a silica gel pad, or a memory foam pad. To improve the comfort of the user when using the rollable mattress 100 and to improve the user experience.
Alternatively, the second structural layer 2 and the third structural layer 3 may be bonded on opposite sides of the first structural layer 1 such that the first structural layer 1, the second structural layer 2, and the third structural layer 3 form an integral structure, improving the structural stability of the rollable mattress 100.

Example 1
A rollable mattress 100, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: a first structural layer 1 and a second structural layer 2.
Wherein the first structural layer 1 comprises an inflatable support 11, as shown in figure 1, the inflatable support 11 being inflatable or deflatable.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the second structural layer 2 is disposed under the first structural layer 1, the second structural layer 2 includes a plurality of sets of support assemblies 21, and a flexible connection is formed between two adjacent sets of support assemblies 21.
The crimpable mattress 100 has a crimped state in which the inflatable support 11 is deflated and the first structural layer 1 and the second structural layer 2 are crimped simultaneously.
Example 2
A roll-up mattress 100 is based on embodiment 1 and shown in fig. 2 and 3, a support component 21 comprises a support part 211 and a flexible connecting part 212 which are arranged in a row and a column, the support part 211 is a bamboo sheet, the flexible connecting part 212 is non-woven fabric, and the bamboo sheets in two adjacent groups of support components 21 are connected through the non-woven fabric.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 5, each support assembly 21 includes two support members 211 and two flexible connecting members 212 arranged in two rows and two columns, each support member 211 is a bamboo sheet, each flexible connecting member 212 is a non-woven fabric, and the bamboo sheets in two adjacent groups of support assemblies 21 are connected through the non-woven fabrics.
Example 4
A crimpable mattress 100, on the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the first structural layer 1 further comprises a spacing support 12, and a spacing support 12 is provided between two air-inflated supports 11 arranged along the length direction of the crimpable mattress 100.
Example 5
A roll-up mattress 100, based on embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the roll-up mattress 100 further comprises a third structural layer 3, the third structural layer 3 is disposed on a side of the first structural layer 1 away from the second structural layer 2, and in a rolled state, the first structural layer 1, the second structural layer 2 and the third structural layer 3 are rolled up simultaneously.

Other attachment processes for forming crimpable mattress 100 according to embodiments of the present invention, such as ultrasonic attachment or heat staking, are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (11)
1. A crimpabie mattress, comprising:
a first structural layer comprising an inflatable support, said inflatable support being inflatable or deflatable;
the second structural layer is arranged below the first structural layer and comprises a plurality of groups of supporting assemblies, and flexible connection is formed between two adjacent groups of supporting assemblies;
the crimpabie mattress has a crimped state in which the inflatable support is deflated and the first structural layer and the second structural layer are simultaneously crimped.
2. A crimpabie mattress according to claim 1, wherein said support assemblies include at least one support member and a flexible connector by which said support members of adjacent pairs of said support assemblies are connected.
3. A crimpable mattress according to claim 2, wherein said support member and said flexible attachment member are ultrasonically or heat staked.
4. A rollable mattress according to claim 2, wherein the support member is a sheet-like stiff panel and the flexible connector is a soft, air permeable member.
5. A crimpable mattress according to claim 2, wherein said support assembly includes a plurality of said support members, said plurality of said support members being arranged in a plurality of rows and columns, said support members of a same group of said support assemblies being connected to each other by said flexible connection or by fasteners.
6. A crimpable mattress according to claim 4, wherein said sheet like stiffening sheet comprises at least one of PVC sheet, bamboo sheet, coir sheet; the soft air-permeable piece comprises at least one of non-woven fabric, cotton cloth or chemical fiber cloth.
7. A crimpable mattress according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein said support members have a dimension in a width direction of said crimpable mattress substantially greater than a dimension of said support members in a length direction of said crimpable mattress, and a gap is formed between two adjacent said support members.
8. A crimpable mattress according to claim 1, wherein said second structural layer is an air fiber support layer.
9. A crimpabie mattress according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 8, wherein said first structural layer further comprises a spacer support disposed between at least two of said inflatable supports disposed along the length of said crimpabie mattress.
10. A crimpable mattress according to claim 9, characterized in that said spacing support is a compressible sponge or fabric.
11. A rollable mattress according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 8, further comprising a third structural layer provided on a side of the first structural layer remote from the second structural layer, the first, second and third structural layers being rolled simultaneously in the rolled state.
