Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an adjustable detection device according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes: a positioning plate 100 horizontally disposed and provided with at least one first stitch through hole group 110; the transition plate 200 is horizontally placed below the positioning plate 100, the transition plate 200 is provided with second pin through hole groups 210, the number of which is the same as that of the first pin through hole groups 110, and the second pin through hole groups 210 are respectively opposite to the corresponding first pin through hole groups 110; the first driving piece 300 is arranged right below the transition disc 200, and a driving end of the first driving piece 300 passes through the transition disc 200 and then is fixedly connected with the bottom of the positioning disc 100; a second driving member 400, the driving end of the second driving member 400 is fixedly connected to the transition disc 200 and the first driving member 300 respectively, so as to drive the transition disc 200 and the first driving member 300 to rotate simultaneously; at least one set of detecting components 500 arranged below the transition disc 200; at least one set of third driving members 600 disposed at the lower end of the corresponding set of detecting assemblies 500, and the driving end of each third driving member 600 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the corresponding detecting assembly 500 to drive the detecting assembly 500 to move up and down; the first driving member 300 drives the positioning plate 100 to approach or be away from the transition plate 200 to adjust the distance between the positioning plate 100 and the transition plate 200, and the second driving member 400 drives the first driving member 300 and the transition plate 200 to rotate, so that the first pin through hole group 110 and the second pin through hole group 210 move to the upper side of the detection assembly 500.
Referring to fig. 5, it is conceivable that the first driving member 300, the second driving member 400 and the third driving member 600 may be driving members such as an air cylinder, a motor or an electric motor, in this embodiment, the distance between the positioning plate 100 and the transition plate 200 needs to be precisely adjusted, so that the first driving member 300 employs an electric cylinder and a related guiding member to precisely control the lifting distance of the positioning plate 100, and the first driving member 300 can drive the positioning plate 100 to lift according to the required distance by controlling a pulse signal of the electric cylinder. The rotation of the positioning disc 100 and the transition disc 200 needs to realize accurate angular rotation, so the second driving part 400 adopts a servo motor to realize accurate angular control, the second driving part 400 can drive the first driving part 300 and the transition disc 200 to rotate according to a required angle by controlling a pulse signal of the servo motor, and the driving end of the first driving part 300 is fixedly connected with the positioning disc 100, so the first driving part 300 is driven to rotate at the same time, and the positioning disc 100 and the transition disc 200 can be driven to rotate at the same angular speed; the third driving member 600 needs to drive the detecting assembly 500 to ascend or descend to a corresponding position, and achieve alignment with a pin of the transformer and detection, so the third driving member 600 uses a motor as a driving member and cooperates with structures such as a screw nut, and the like, thereby achieving that the driving current detecting assembly 500 can ascend or descend.
It is contemplated that the second driving member 400 may be fixedly connected to the transition disc 200 by a transmission rod, such that the transmission rod and the first driving member 300 are directly connected to the driving end of the second driving member in a transmission manner, and thus the first driving member 300 and the transition disc 200 can be driven to rotate simultaneously, so as to achieve the effect of simultaneously rotating the positioning disc 100 and the transition disc 200.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the detecting device further includes the same number of pressing assemblies 700 as the detecting assemblies 500, and the pressing assemblies 700 are disposed on the corresponding sides of the detecting assemblies 500. By utilizing the pressing assembly 700, the transformer to be detected can be fixed when the transformer to be detected is detected, and the influence on the detection result caused by the vertical shaking of the transformer to be detected is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pressing assembly 700 comprises: a pressing plate 710 disposed above the positioning plate 100 and opposite to the corresponding detection assembly 500; the fourth driving member 720 is fixed to a corresponding side of the detecting assembly 500, and a driving end of the fourth driving member 720 is fixedly connected to the pressing plate 710 to drive the pressing plate 710 to move up and down along the vertical direction. By using the pressing plate 710 and the fourth driving member 720, the transformer to be detected can be fixed, so as to improve the detection accuracy.
It is conceivable that the fourth driving member 720 may be a driving member such as an air cylinder, a motor or an electric motor, in this embodiment, the pressing plate 710 performs two-point movement up and down, and the adjustment is performed according to the adjusted position of the positioning plate 100, so that an electric cylinder is directly used as the driving member to drive the pressing plate 710 to move up and down and press the corresponding transformer, and the lowest point of the pressing plate 710 can be adjusted by using the electric cylinder to match the height change of the positioning plate 100 and the height change of the transformer.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first through-pin-hole groups 110 are provided in four groups and are respectively and uniformly distributed on the positioning plate 100. The plurality of first stitch through hole groups 110 are arranged, so that the processes of feeding, detecting and discharging can be respectively realized for a plurality of transformers at the same time, the detection of the transformers can be carried out circularly, and the detection efficiency is improved.
It is conceivable that the first pin through hole group 110 and the second pin through hole group 210 can be set according to actual functional requirements, and the number may be variable. In this example, the number of the first pin through hole groups 110 and the number of the second pin through hole groups 210 are respectively provided with four groups, and the four first pin through hole groups 110 are uniformly distributed on the positioning plate 100, the four second pin through hole groups 210 are also uniformly distributed on the transition plate 200, and each second pin through hole group 210 is always opposite to the corresponding first pin through hole group 110; in the detection process, each first pin through hole group 110 and the corresponding second pin through hole group 210 are sequentially and simultaneously rotated to the upper side of the detection assembly 500, so that the transformer is detected one by one.
Referring to fig. 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the detection assembly 500 includes: a socket provided with a pin hole matching with the first pin through hole group 110, the socket being fixed to a driving end of the third driving member 600; the current detector (not shown) or the voltage detector (not shown) is electrically connected to the socket.
It is conceivable that a voltage detector (not shown) is a means commonly used in the art to apply a high voltage to the transformer to be tested to test the primary insulation performance data of the transformer. It is contemplated that the number of sensing assemblies 500 may be set according to the number of first stitch through hole groups 110, when four first stitch sets 110 are used, the detecting assembly 500 is also used in four sets, and is respectively disposed under each first stitch set 110, thereby realizing the simultaneous detection of four transformers, or two groups of different detection components 500 can be adopted, one group adopts a current detector, the other group adopts a voltage detector, and the positions of four groups of first pin through hole groups 110 are matched for setting, therefore, the procedures of feeding, current detection, voltage detection and discharging can be carried out on the same transformer in sequence, the four transformers can be simultaneously subjected to the procedures of feeding, current detection, voltage detection and discharging by matching with the rotation of the positioning plate 100, and the detection efficiency of the transformers is further improved.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, a feeding manipulator 800 is further disposed above the positioning plate 100. The cooperation material loading manipulator 800 can realize transformer automatic feeding to further improve the detection efficiency of transformer.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, a feeding manipulator 900 is further disposed above the positioning plate 100. The automatic blanking of transformer can be realized to cooperation unloading manipulator 900 to further improve the detection efficiency of transformer.
It is contemplated that the loading robot 800 and the unloading robot 900 may be conventional robots. Like the structure of material loading manipulator 800 and unloading manipulator 900 the same, equally divide and respectively include horizontal moving member and be fixed in the clamping jaw of horizontal moving member below, the clamping jaw passes through the connecting rod to be fixed in on the horizontal moving member, wherein, the horizontal moving member can adopt screw-nut pair and motor structure to conveniently realize material loading manipulator 800 and unloading manipulator 900 along vertical or lateral shifting, the clamping jaw passes through the drive of cylinder, treat the clamp of machined part or release with the realization clamping jaw.

An adjustable detection device according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2 as a specific embodiment. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended as a specific limitation on the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an adjustable detection device includes: the positioning plate 100 is horizontally arranged and provided with four groups of first pin through hole groups 110, and the four groups of first pin through hole groups 110 are uniformly distributed on the positioning plate 100; the transition plate 200 is horizontally placed below the positioning plate 100, the transition plate 200 is provided with second pin through hole groups 210, the number of which is the same as that of the first pin through hole groups 110, and the second pin through hole groups 210 are respectively opposite to the corresponding first pin through hole groups 110; the first driving piece 300 is arranged right below the transition disc 200, and a driving end of the first driving piece 300 passes through the transition disc 200 and then is fixedly connected with the bottom of the positioning disc 100; a second driving member 400, the driving end of the second driving member 400 is fixedly connected to the transition disc 200 and the first driving member 300 respectively, so as to drive the transition disc 200 and the first driving member 300 to rotate simultaneously; two groups of detection assemblies 500 respectively arranged below the transition disc 200; two sets of third driving members 600, which are disposed at the lower ends of the corresponding set of detecting assemblies 500, and driving ends of the third driving members 600 are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the corresponding detecting assemblies 500 to drive the detecting assemblies 500 to move up and down; the first driving member 300 drives the positioning plate 100 to approach or be away from the transition plate 200 to adjust the distance between the positioning plate 100 and the transition plate 200, and the second driving member 400 drives the first driving member 300 and the transition plate 200 to rotate, so that the first pin through hole group 110 and the second pin through hole group 210 move to the upper side of the detection assembly 500.
In this embodiment, the distance between the positioning plate 100 and the transition plate 200 needs to be accurately adjusted, so the first driving member 300 employs an electric cylinder and a related guiding member to accurately control the lifting distance of the positioning plate 100, and the first driving member 300 can drive the positioning plate 100 to lift according to the required distance by controlling the pulse signal of the electric cylinder. The rotation of the positioning disc 100 and the transition disc 200 needs to realize accurate angular rotation, so the second driving part 400 adopts a servo motor to realize accurate angular control, the second driving part 400 can drive the first driving part 300 and the transition disc 200 to rotate according to a required angle by controlling a pulse signal of the servo motor, and the driving end of the first driving part 300 is fixedly connected with the positioning disc 100, so the first driving part 300 is driven to rotate at the same time, and the positioning disc 100 and the transition disc 200 can be driven to rotate at the same angular speed; the third driving member 600 needs to drive the detecting assembly 500 to ascend or descend to a corresponding position, and achieve alignment with a pin of the transformer and detection, so the third driving member 600 uses a motor as a driving member and cooperates with structures such as a screw nut, and the like, thereby achieving that the driving current detecting assembly 500 can ascend or descend.
In this embodiment, the detecting device further includes the pressing assemblies 700 with the same number as the detecting assemblies 500, and the pressing assemblies 700 are disposed on the corresponding side edges of the detecting assemblies 500. By utilizing the pressing assembly 700, the transformer to be detected can be fixed when the transformer to be detected is detected, and the influence on the detection result caused by the vertical shaking of the transformer to be detected is avoided.
In this embodiment, the pressing assembly 700 includes: a pressing plate 710 disposed above the positioning plate 100 and opposite to the corresponding detection assembly 500; the fourth driving member 720 is fixed to a corresponding side of the detecting assembly 500, and a driving end of the fourth driving member 720 is fixedly connected to the pressing plate 710 to drive the pressing plate 710 to move up and down along the vertical direction. By using the pressing plate 710 and the fourth driving member 720, the transformer to be detected can be fixed, so as to improve the detection accuracy.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate 710 moves up and down, and at the same time, needs to be adjusted according to the position of the positioning plate 100 after adjustment, so that an electric cylinder is directly used as a driving member to drive the pressing plate 710 to move up and down and press the corresponding transformer, and the lowest point of the pressing plate 710 can be adjusted by using the electric cylinder, so as to match the height change of the positioning plate 100 and the height change of the transformer.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, four groups of the first stitch through hole groups 110 are provided and are respectively and uniformly distributed on the positioning plate 100.
