The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments.

The included angles between the upper layer 731 of the tableware lifting net for pre-washing pouring into the washing lifting section, the upper layer 732 of the tableware lifting net for main washing pouring into the washing lifting section, the upper layer 733 of the tableware lifting net for rinsing pouring into the washing lifting section and the upper layer 734 of the tableware lifting net for drying and sterilizing lifting section and the horizontal plane are all about 75 degrees. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the lower portion of the pre-wash tank of FIG. 1. in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pre-wash pourer wash lifting section 1 is equipped with a bubble wash system comprising an air pump 12 and its nozzle or air outlet 13, the nozzle or air outlet 13 being located below the upper layer 731 of the dish lifting net; a hanging pressing plate 741 at one end for preventing tableware from slipping is arranged above an upper layer 731 of the tableware lifting net belt poured into the cleaning lifting section 1 in a pre-cleaning manner, one end of the hanging pressing plate is hung at the upper part, and the lower part of the hanging pressing plate is fixed; meanwhile, a pipe drawing drainage device 701 for pre-washing a washing tank poured into the washing lifting section is arranged. The throttle plate 78 of the dish throttling arrangement is suspended from the dish lifting start end 16 of the pre-wash dump wash lift section by a throttle plate suspension chain 79.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the main wash pouring and cleaning lifting section 2 is provided with an ultrasonic cleaning device, and an ultrasonic transducer 23 is arranged at the bottom 24 of the main wash tank and is electrically connected with an ultrasonic generator 22; a two-end suspension pressing plate 744 is arranged above the upper layer 732 of the tableware lifting net belt poured into the cleaning lifting section 2 for main cleaning, and the upper part and the lower part of the two-end suspension pressing plate are suspended; at the same time, a pipe drawing drainage 702 is installed which pours the main wash into the wash tank which washes the lift section.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the rinse dump wash lift 3 is provided with a clean water shower or nozzle 32 above the upper layer of the dish lifting net and suspended with a pressure curtain 75, while a pipe-pull drain 703 of the rinse dump wash tank is installed.
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the lower portion of the drying tub of FIG. 1. in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 3, a stationary platen 74 for preventing the dishes from falling is installed above the upper layer 734 of the dish lifting belt of the drying and sterilizing lifting section 4; the drying and sterilizing lifting section 4 is provided with a fan 46, an air outlet 47 of the fan is arranged at the bottom 44 of the drying groove, an air inlet of the fan is arranged in the drying groove 41, and a drying and sterilizing heating device 45 is arranged in the drying groove 41 and at the air outlet 47 of the fan; in the drying tank 41, a damping baffle 88 is arranged between the tableware inlet and the lifting starting end of the tableware, when the rinsing, pouring and cleaning lifting section 3 pours the tableware into the drying tank 41, the damping baffle 88 can baffle the tableware to disperse the tableware, so that the water on the tableware can be poured out more easily and flows away after falling into the bottom. The side of the drying groove 41 is also provided with a heat preservation layer 42, and the bottom 44 of the drying groove is provided with a porous partition plate 43.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the pouring cleaning lifting section is composed of a cleaning tank or drying tank 80 and an independently circulating tableware lifting mesh belt 7 which revolves around the two turning devices of the turning device 71 at the upper part of the cleaning tank or drying tank and the turning device 72 at the bottom of the cleaning tank or drying tank, and the tableware lifting mesh belt is divided into an upper tableware lifting mesh belt layer 73 and a lower tableware lifting mesh belt layer 730 by the two turning devices, the tableware lifting starting point end 87 is at the cleaning tank or drying tank bottom turning device 72, and the cleaning tank or drying tank bottom 84 is inclined. The turning device 71 at the upper part of the cleaning tank or the drying tank drives the tableware lifting mesh belt 7 which operates independently and circularly under the driving of the transmission shaft 83 of the tableware lifting mesh belt which operates independently and circularly; the upper layer of the tableware lifting net belt 7 at the turning device at the upper part of the cleaning groove 80 is a tableware outlet 10 of a pouring cleaning lifting section.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the bottom 84 of the washing tank is inclined to facilitate the sliding of the dishes and the drainage of the water and residue.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the second power unit 81 drives the transmission shaft 83 of the independently circulating tableware lifting net belt to rotate through the independently circulating tableware lifting net belt and the transmission chain 82 of the power unit. At the upper part of the tableware lifting starting point 87, the tableware lifting and transferring belt upper layer 73 and the washing tub or the drying tub 80 have a space, i.e., the tableware inlet 85 of the washing tub or the drying tub, which is convenient for pouring the tableware.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the damping baffle is not installed, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the damping baffle 88 is installed between the dish inlet and the dish lifting starting end, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the damping baffle installed with the barrier type damping baffle 881 is installed between the dish inlet and the dish lifting starting end, and its structural cross-sectional view is similar to that of fig. 1.
FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view of a second dumping cleaning lifting section, different from the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the bottom 841 of the cleaning or drying tank is an inclined step shape for facilitating the sliding of the tableware and the drainage and slag discharge; and air knives 89 are installed above and below the tableware lifting net belt upper layer 73.
Fig. 9 is a longitudinal sectional view of a third dumping washing and lifting section, different from the embodiment shown in fig. 8, in that a washing tub or drying tub bottom 841 has a tableware guide groove 842 of a circular arc groove shape so that tableware is not easily introduced into the guide groove but is transferred upward along a tableware lifting net belt, or so that tableware is introduced into the guide groove, i.e., is transferred upward along the tableware lifting net belt; and the stirring and turning device in the cleaning tank comprises: the horizontal or oblique rotary disk, the horizontal or vertical or oblique rotary stirring column, and the removable teeth can be installed on the disk and the stirring column as the stirring arms.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 10, the main-tub overflow 26 and the rinse-tub overflow 36 provided in the rinse tub 31 flow to the prewash tub 11 and the main-tub 21, respectively; the washing tank bottom 14 is provided with a water heating device 15.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the upper layer of the dish lifting belt 7 at the upper turning device of the wash tank 80 is the dish outlet 10 of the dumping wash lift section.
FIG. 12 is a schematic view showing an embodiment in which a repeated pre-washing pouring-in washing lifting section 5 is provided on the basis of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 to increase the number of times of washing dishes once and improve the washing effect; unlike fig. 1, the main wash pouring and cleaning lifting section 2 is not provided with the two-end hanging pressure plate 744, the main wash pouring and cleaning lifting section 2 is provided with the circulating water spraying pump 20, the circulating water spraying pump water outlet 28 is connected to the circulating water spraying pipe or nozzle 29, the circulating water spraying pipe or nozzle 29 is arranged above the tableware lifting and conveying net belt upper layer 732, and the circulating water spraying and cleaning water inlet 38 is arranged in the rinsing tank 31, namely, before the tableware sent out from the tableware lifting and conveying net belt upper layer 732 in the main rinsing tank 21, the tableware is sprayed once in advance by absorbing water from the rinsing tank 31.
