An intelligent management system comprising the intelligent meter reading device of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising an application server, a device server communicatively connected to the application server, a plurality of concentrators communicatively connected to the device server, and a plurality of the intelligent meter reading devices communicatively connected to at least one of the concentrators.
